Introducing Red Eye Louie's Vodquila. You did read that correctly Vodquila. A blend of grain vodka and 100% blue Weber agave Tequila, this hybrid spirit is the creation of entrepreneur Chander Arora and his daughter Nina. Peppery, herbal and subtly sweet, it is perfect for making creative cocktails.

Our rotating barrel-rested gin. For our current batch, we rested our London Dry Gin in single malt whiskey barrels for 60 days.

TASTING NOTES: London Dry Gin, aged for a little over two months in used domestic Single Malt Whiskey barrels. Your perfect nightcap.

Ingredients: Grapes, Juniper, Pink Peppercorn, Cloves, Orris Root, Spruce Tips, and Blood Orange.

What’s that we hear you say? Well first we take the best of pot still and fine grain whiskeys. Then we triple distill them- not because we have to because we want to as it gives it its signature smoothness. Finally we age them in oak casks for a minimum of 4 years. It’s where we recommend starting your whiskey journey. How to drink it? Any way you like. Just add mates and widen the circle. Triple distilled, twice as smooth, one of a kind.​

Maker Notes

Like Sloe gin, our Damson is handmade in the traditional way; in small batches, using hand-picked British damsons and a moderate amount of sugar. We slowly mature an abundance of damsons in our London Dry. The fruits combine with the smoothness of the gin to give an intense fruity dryness.

Fantastically Fruity, our Damson gin is definitely something special. Masses of luscious, hand-picked British damsons are left to steep for six months or more in our strikingly smooth London Dry. We add sugar, but not too much, just enough to balance the natural tartness of the fruit.

Slowly matured, the resulting rich, ruby-red gin is velvety and smooth with an intense depth of flavour and fruity dryness; unlike many fruit gins, it delivers quite a kick – bottled with an alcohol content of 40%.

TASTING NOTES: Aromas of damsons and marzipan waft out of the glass. Deliciously fruity plum and date flavours are followed up with a flash of citrus and spice, then subtle tannins on the finish to refresh and balance out the sweetness.

For Mixing: Plenty of ice and a healthy splash of tonic water pulls back the gin’s sweetness a notch, adding a balancing quinine bitterness but keeping the gin’s distinctive plummy damson flavours.

100 proof is required for bottled-in-bond whiskey. And 100% of your attention is required to enjoy this unique bottled-in-bond wheated bourbon’s sweet and complex lineup of floral elements contained in a rich silky texture. Stick around long enough and you can soak up the warm flavors of ripe apple and dried apricot.

Caramel Apple Pie

Ingredients: 2 oz. Carolans Salted Caramel, 1 oz. Apple Vodka

Instructions: Rim chilled glass with cinnamon and sugar mix. Add Carolans and apple vodka in a shaker with ice, strain into glass. Garnish with an apple slice.

To create this whisky, we traveled all the way to Spain, and had Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry made especially for us. The casks, once filled with quality sherry and seasoned for one year in Spain, were brought to the distillery to mature our New-Make spirit for a wonderful complex whisky. The M&H Elements Sherry is the first and only kosher single malt whisky in the world, aged in Sherry casks. This single malt reveals robust flavors of red fruit, dark chocolate, and oaky notes.

TASTING NOTES

AROMA: Dominant rich red fruit notes, covered by gentle oak, caramel scent and lemon freshness.

PALATE: Medium bodied. Light fruity sherry sweetness, rich fruits and dark chocolate, followed by gentle oaky notes.

FINISH: Long. The dark chocolate notes linger in the palate for a while, followed by tobacco and oak notes.

Tasting Notes
Deep, dark red in color with lush flavors of cherries, blackcurrants, blackberries, cedar, and a bit of black tar. It shows a tremendous concentration of flavors and a smooth, almost silky texture framed by a firm tannic structure that truly stands out at the beginning of the long finish.

BACKGROUND

Boulard Calvados is the first name in super-premium Calvados, the celebrated apple-based spirit unique to the Normandy region of France. Boulard was founded in the late 1820's by Pierre-August Boulard.

Boulard's time-honored reputation begins in the firm's 150 acres of orchards and 35,000 apple trees in the Pays d'Auge district, the officially designated source of the finest apples in Normandy. Over 120 varieties of apple, from 800 varieties grown in Boulard's orchards, are selected for production of Boulard Calvados (over twice the number of varieties stipulated by the governing body regulating Calvados production).

Calvados Boulard VSOP is the culmination of blending different Calvados Pays d'Auge from 4 to 10 years old.
