Filey Bay is the first single malt whisky made in, and of, Yorkshire. Why 'of Yorkshire'? Because it's created by us from field to bottle, here on the coast.

In June 2016, we ran the stills for the first time and filled our first casks. Filey Bay First Release was bottled in September 2019 and since then Filey Bay has grown and prospered. A unique series of limited edition releases, it is the result of our Master Blender’s freedom to elaborate a blend which, unlike other Hennessy cognacs, will not be replicated. The Master Blender’s Selection N°5 is a personal blend and a distinctive expression of the Hennessy craft. This single-batch created from eaux-de-vie was hand-selected by Master Blender Renaud Fillioux de Gironde to pay tribute to exclusive distillers.

COLOR

The richest, most complex of the Master Blender’s Selection, N°5 presents deep amber hues with endless reflections of patinated gold that denote its excellent quality. Exceptional eaux-de-vie made by 18 family-run exclusive distillers were hand-selected for this cognac blend so that they could reveal their full potential.

NOSE

A highly structured, multi-faceted and intense cognac, Master Blender Selection N° extends an invitation into a sophisticated world shaped by spice and candied orange, a beautiful aromatic complexity that deserves to be discovered note by note.

PALATE

WHAT DOES ABSOLUT VANILIA TASTE LIKE?
“For me this is a blend of dulce de leche and crème brûlée. It’s vanilla and beyond, with fine caramel notes on top.”

Tanduay has been crafting Asian rum since 1854, bringing a mysterious Eastern twist to the spirit. Headquartered in the Philippines, its origins go back to a distillery from Hagonoy, Bulacan, that was bought in 1856 by Ynchausti y Compaia, a multi-national company that was owned by the Ynchausti family, the seal of which still decorates their bottles today. By the 1900s the production had moved to the Manila distillery, and the brand Tanduay Rhum was formed, named after the area in which the distillery was located. The rum was produced in the significantly upgraded distillery in Manila until 2013, when it was decommissioned and the production moved to a much larger facility in the Philippines, capable of producing 100,000 cases each day. Since 1999 Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is owned by LT Group, Inc. In 2011, Tanduay was the 7th largest spirits brand in the world. Today their operation spans 4 plants that take care of aging, compounding, and bottling. At the heart of their lineup is an award-winning 5-year-old rum that matures in charred oak barrels. The brand has received over a hundred various awards over the years and sells over 20 million cases each year, making it one of the best-selling rum brands in the world. Tanduay Asian Rum Gold was aged for 7 years in barrels that used to hold bourbon. It has a smooth and complex profile with a distinct nuttiness, dried fruit, spices, and oak. The award-winning expression is bottled at 80 proof and is great for sipping, but works just as well in cocktails. It has garnered numerous awards in recent years, including a Gold Medal at the International Review of Spirits and a Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition both in 2018.

Cenobio's Batch Plata was created to honor the first generation of the family, Don Cenobio, who founded the Sauza dynasty. In 1873, Don Cenobio purchased the Sauza family distillery in Tequila, Jalisco, now known as "La Perseverancia" where Tres Generaciones is still produced today. True to his pioneering spirit, Cenobio was the first distiller to export tequila outside Mexico, transforming the local beverage into one of the world's great spirits. His namesake batch of Plata tequila features tahona-crushed Blue Weber agave, triple distilled for pure agave taste and smoothness and offered at still strength.

DON JUANCHO THE MAN BEHIND OUR LOGO

Don Juan Meléndez (“Don Juancho”) is the legendary figure who inspired the creation of Diplomático.

According to local stories, he was a Mantuano – a local nobleman – passionate for exploring the sources, ingredients, and methods behind the many alluring flavors of rum and other traditional beverages. It is said he became famous for his impressive collection of beverages known as “the Ambassador’s Reserves”, which he was keen to share with his closest friends, guided by his chivalry and authentic personality. Today, Diplomático rums carry Don Juancho’s portrait, and the brand is driven by the passion and values that were his hallmark.

For over 200 years, our Distillery has been defined by a dedication to one craft: making fine bourbon whiskey. By honoring tradition and embracing change, Buffalo Trace Distillery has earned its place of leadership among the legendary spirits makers of the world. Buffalo Trace Distillery produced this Wheat Recipe Bourbon in a partnership with the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc). Made with the same high quality grains as W.L. Weller Bourbon Whiskey, this Kosher spirit was aged in specifically designated Kosher barrels. In order to satisfy Passover requirements, these barrels were sold to a non-Jewish executive in a ceremony witnessed by a representative from the cRc. After aging for seven years, this Wheat Recipe Bourbon was bottled at 94 proof after ensuring the bottling lines were cleaned beforehand and that no contact was made with non-Kosher spirits. Released after Passover each year, this Wheat Recipe Bourbon stands alone, a tribute to the legacy of America’s oldest continually-operating distillery.

Our signature single malt is a deliciously balanced and bold whisky for sharing and mixing. Nova is matured exclusively in red wine barrels from wineries making great Australian shiraz, cabernets and pinot noirs.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Like we took bright flavours of red berries and orchard fruit and coated them in soft oak spice.

Palate: Imagine a rich red berry pudding covered in vanilla, caramel and spice.

Finish: Balanced and long. The sweetness fades and the delicious flavour goes on.

In years long passed, distillery workers would help themselves to a dram using a ‘copper dog’; a pipe hidden inside the leg of their trousers. These rascals are the inspiration for this unique blend of no fewer than eight Speyside single malt whiskies, slowly married together in old oak casks for a minimum of three months. Copper Dog Blended Scotch Whiskey is an easy-drinking scotch with ripe fruit aromas and a delicately spicy finish.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: On the nose, fresh fruit and toffee apple; an integration of ripe orchard fruits (apples and pears), berries, and a hint of citrus, layered above a background of sweet wood and creamy vanilla fudge.

PALATE: Fresh and fruity, some malty notes with hints of wood (mainly vanilla) and spice. The balance of wood is equally important; it has allowed these important distillery characters to come to the fore, amplifying their subtlety, whilst giving us creamy vanilla and delicate spice notes and tannins.

We took the heavenly flavors of mint ice cream and chocolate chips and blended them with our whiskey to make a smooth and creamy sipper that's perfect over ice. Drink your dessert.

No spirits was formed in 2015 by Anand Virmani and Vaibhav Singh, when the two friends from Delhi, India felt like the gin renaissance wasn't hitting the country with the same force as it did the rest of the world. The two bar owners felt that the country where gin & tonic was invented needed to step up and they decided to take matters into their own hands. They procured a copper pot still, named it Agotha, and started experimenting with various spices, herbs, and fruits. Many of the classic gin botanicals are commonly found in India's home kitchens, making at least one step of the process a bit easier as the pair meticulously distilled, tasted, and tested their way towards crafting the perfect gin. Starting with a wheat-based neutral spirit, they crafted their very first gin. A classic London dry style, this gin is made with Macedonian juniper berries, Spanish orange peels, Italian orris, and German angelica. The rest of the botanicals all come from India and include fennel seeds, lemongrass, coriander, ginger, and chamomile. What's better than gin Two gins, of course. The Hapusa is the Sanskrit word for juniper. It's also "the world's first Himalayan dry gin". It's crafted with Himalayan junipers and several unique botanicals that are native to India: Turmeric, mango, ginger, cardamom, coriander seeds, gondhoraj lime, and almonds. While Greater Than is an international spirit, Hapusa is 100% Indian.
