The Red Dragon is the national flag of Wales and the Royal Welsh badge bears the motto, ‘Y ddraig goch ddyry cychwyn’, which translates as ‘The red dragon inspires action.’ It features in ancient Welsh tales and was the battle standard of legendary Welsh princes. Welshman Henry Tudor took the flag to Bosworth, where, in 1485, he became the last king of England to be crowned on the battlefield.

Celt is a single malt whisky finished in ex-peated quarter casks, bottled at 43%. This whisky has a Kosher certificate.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Mild aromas of peat smoke, early morning at the rocky seaside and warm marmalade on toast all compete for our attention.

Palate: It begins with great sweetness before the smoky, slightly medicinal flavours descend.

Finish: Slight bitterness follows that leaves a long and lingering freshness in the mouth.

Levon cognac was established in Cognac Le Magnifique is made solely from grapes found in the two highest-quality crus (vineyard areas), Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne, located in the heart of the Cognac region. In the Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne crus, the soil consists of a thin layer of clay-limestone covering a deeper layer of limestone and chalk. Grande Champagne features rolling hills, while Petite Champagne features rolling hills, while Petite Champagne is more compact. However, the chalky soil found in both crus provides the optimal growing conditions for aromatic, flavorful grapes. This compelling blend is a charming blend of hundreds of eaux de vie aged for at least 10 years, hand-selected from the Cognac region's two finest crus, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne.

Oppidian Spirits was founded in 2015 by Jeff Walsh, pegging itself as the new American school of distilling. A technique involving traditional distilling techniques and more modern innovative ways of distilling. Known for their unique Solera Aged Bourbon, made using a rum technique to create a younger, more complex bourbon, they now have a complete line of paradigm-shifting experimental spirits. The majority of Oppidian whiskeys are fairly young, and their overall incredible quality and taste are a testament to the value of innovation over age statement.This two-year four-grain whiskey is crafted from 68% corn, 15% wheat, 9% rye and 9% malt. This is a blend of three 53 gallon Kelvin Cooperage #3 char barrels, filled between November 2015 and January 2016. TASTING NOTES

Appellation Grande Champagne Contrle XO Blend of some forty eaux-de-vie produced exclusively from Grande Champagne grapes

In a blend of mature eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne, Antique sets out to be different. A perpetual conversation between the fruit and oak reveals notes of hazelnut, ripe quince and mild spices, appearing amid accents of fig tart and blonde tobacco. Mischievous complexity comes into being, along with sleek vivacity.

Local Choice Spirits was founded in 2010 by Paula Pixie Dezzutti Hewlette. They currently have a diverse range of quality spirits including The Legendary Hatfield & McCoy Family Brand Whiskey, Dwight Eubanks and his Eubanks Gin Collection, and Boosie Badazz's Boosie Juice Vodka. Tyler Boone is a singer, songwriter and multi-dimensional business entrepreneur from South Carolina. Boone teamed up with Paula Dezzutti Hewlette to create this homegrown Boone's Bourbon. This spirit is distilled from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% barley at Striped Pig Distillery in Charleston. Aged in new, charred, white oak it is bottled at a high octane 58.5% ABV. Striped Pig Distillery's bespoke machinery was designed by distillers and owners, Johnny Pieper, Jim Craig and Todd Weiss who created state of the art, custom-made copper plate condensers and stainless steel boilers. Boone's Bourbon has pleasant aromas of sweet corn, vanilla and baking spice followed by a rich caramel flavored palate, kissed by a touch of smoke.

The Balvenie Distillery is just up the road from Glenfiddich on the north side of Dufftown smack dab in the middle of Speyside. Dufftown is also the home town of the Mortlach Distillery. And a young William Grant worked there at Mortlach for more than twenty years learning the distilling business. When he was ready to start out on his own, he bought the empty field and laid the foundation stone for The Balvenie in 1886. Still owned by William Grant & Sons, The Balvenie has long been a favorite of Speyside Whisky lovers. It's famous for producing Single Malts in the classic styles of the region light, fruit-forward, sweet, and clean without a trace of peat smoke. Balvenie took it a bit further, being one of the first to innovate with various double and triple-wood combinations to add complexity. All that adds to a large range of Single Malt agings and wood combinations to entertain the taste buds of fans all over the world. Released as a part of The Balvenie's Stories Collection, A Week of Peat is a reincarnation of the incredibly unique Balvenie Peat Week. Though recipe remains the same, it has been renamed to fit into the new Balvenie Stories collection. Balvenie Peat Week 2002 was the first vintage of a really interesting idea. It started as the brainchild of David Stewart Balvenie's malt master and whisky specialist Ian Miller. For one week each year they would distill peated Single Malt and thus turn the entire distillery on its head. Everything else stays the same, and the spirits are then aged in ex-Bourbon casks for a full fourteen years and bottled at 48.3% ABV. You can still taste the signature Balvenie Single Malt style notes of tropical fruits, honey, peaches, and vanilla. But now it also has a warm, earthy smoke flavor and aroma. It's Balvenie as youve never had it before, and still very different from the famous Islay peated spirits on the other side of Scotland. It's should be on the must have list of every Speyside and Balvenie fan. 

Bulleit 95 Rye 10 Year Old Frontier Whiskey is a robust and flavorful rye whiskey with a decade of aging. The Featherbone Factory built by E.K. Warren in the 19th century to manufacture women's corsets sits on the banks of Lake Michigan just across the Indiana border in Three Oaks, Michigan. As the factory changed hands in the twentieth century, it became a production site for everything from buggy whips to pickles. Today, it's home to Journeyman Distillery and Bill Welter, Journeyman's master distiller. Welter, who was formerly a banker in Indiana, began his journey when his family business was sold in 2006. He moved to Scotland, where he began to learn the art of craft distillation from Greg Ramsay (master distiller at Nant Distillery) and Bill Lark (master distiller at Lark Distillery). After returning to the United States, Welter spent time producing and resting whiskey using a prominent organic & kosher distiller's facility in Chicago before opening the doors of his own distillery in Three Oaks with the intention to offer grain-to-glass spirits from day one/drop one. Journeyman offers handcrafted artisan spirits that have a true sense of place or terroir. They utilize all locally sourced Midwest organic grains and use unfiltered/untreated water from an underground aquifer in Three Oaks, MI.Red Arrow Vodka, named after the historic road, pays tribute to one of America's great highways. Journeyman is uniquely set up to create spirits from grain-to-bottle, Red Arrow Vodka grain-to-bottle is double distilled from high-quality organic wheat grown locally in Michigan.The water used in production comes directly from an underground aquifer in Three Oaks that undoubtedly adds character to this spirit. 

Founded in 2008, WhistlePig is now the most awarded Rye Whiskey maker in the world. Their remote 500-acre hard-working farm in bucolic Shoreham, Vermont, is the perfect place to perfect their experiments with blending and finishing, ultimately leading to a portfolio of deeply complex Rye Whiskeys. Their Triple Terroir Whiskeys begin with Rye grain from their Estate, distilled and proofed in their Barn with water from their well, and aged in custom Vermont White Oak barrels crafted from the trees surrounding the distillery. Each annual release of FarmStock Rye not only adds dimension to the Whiskey, but also a new chapter in the WhistlePig story. FarmStock Rye Crop 003 marks a historic step - the first ever majority WhistlePig Whiskey - at 52%. FarmStock Rye Crop 003 is the third release of WhistlePig's annual Triple Terrior Whiskey - created from our rye grain, distilled and proofed with water from the WhistlePig farm, and aged in their custom Vermont White Oak. This year's release is the first ever majority WhistlePig Whiskey. Comprised of 52% of our 3-year-old Rye Whiskey, blended with 31% 6-year aged whiskey and 17% 10 year aged whiskey from Alberta, Canada.

5 Sentidos is named after the five senses that their mezcaleros use to produce their agave spirits. The producers of this mezcal do not use any model machinery or tools, being guided only by their senses throughout the production process. The brand was launched by El Destilado restaurant in centro Oaxaca. The restaurant is known for it's creative menu, unique cocktails, and exceptional selection of agave spirits. The brand is a curated tour of Mexico with a wide range of expressions that are made by some of the best mezcaleros in the region. Cinco Sentidos is uncertified mezcal and is labeled as "Destilado de Agave".

This bottling is made with maguey Sierra Negra. The agave is hand mashed, fermented with spring water and tepehuaje bark in stone. This bark provides an organic source of nitrogen that is used to stabilize the fermentation. Albarradas is approximately 7,500 feet above sea level and too cold to ferment the agave without some sort of stabilizer. Once fermented, this mezcal is double distilled in clay pot stills. The ABV of each batch will vary slightly.  

The nose opens with a creamy note, cabbage, lemony cheese, light funk, barnyard,and salt. The palate goes much fruitier, with tart cherry, pomegranate, lime zest, hay, and earthy notes. Finish is long, sweet, and fruity.
