Celebrating the passionate soul of the Caribbean, spinning Soca dancers lift their faces to the tropical sun, exuberant and radiant in the exotic sea air. Inspired by the merging of rhythms in the beating heart of calypso, our Malt Master finished this lively Oban expression in Caribbean Pot Still rum casks. The vibrant combination evokes unexpected tropical notes of sugar cane and mango, which build on Oban’s own clever fusion of the Highland and Island styles. A glint of gold announces the summer sun while the fresh aroma of a sea breeze, backed by notes of citrus and enhanced by hints of tropical fruit and a dry spiciness, quickly brings the carnival closer. On the palate, an oil-smooth texture is accompanied by a joyously sweet, richly fruity and lightly salty taste that dances across the tongue, finishing with an insistently spicy beat.

Stellum Tara is a blend of three unique blends. The first is focused on high-rye and high-corn Indiana Bourbon, the second is focused on older fruit-forward Tennessee Bourbon, and the third is concentrated on spice-driven Kentucky Bourbon. The three blends were slowly layered into the final blend, resulting in a multifaceted bourbon with the structure of a high-rye Indiana Bourbon and the nuance of hand selected Tennessee and Kentucky barrels. ABV: 56.77%

All our single malts are made with the best local ingredients of barley and soft water from nearby mountain, Ben Rinnes. Our expertly crafted new spirit is usually matured for a minimum of 12 years both in the finest hand-picked Oloroso Sherry butts and American Oak barrels. It’s this double cask maturation which subtly brings together the characteristics of each cask to create a truly rich and rewardingly complex range of single malts.

Limited Release

Three hundred and sixty-four days. That’s how long our rye whiskey waited in Ice Cider Casks, mingling with the oak until it got a perfect, crisp apple finish. This rare spirit grabs your attention with bold peppery and cinnamon notes, and then soothes your tastebuds with a sweet finish of brown sugar, apple and warm oaky undertones. This perfect winter whiskey is our first rye Cellar Collection release and is available for a limited time.

TASTING NOTES

Our Rye whiskey was aged exactly three hundred and sixty-four days in ice cider casks. The result – a perfect wintery whiskey.

NOSE: Caramel candy apple and toasted oak, with faint notes of nuttiness and cinnamon

PALATE: Bold peppery and cinnamon notes accompanied by vanilla, ripe apple, toffee and butterscotch

FINISH: A long finish that transitions from spicy to sweet, with notes of brown sugar, apple and hints of earthiness and oak

Cosa Salvaje Tanya Tucker Limited Edition Extra Añejo Tequila is made from 100% pure blue agave. This tequila by Cosa Salvaje is presented in a beautiful black bottle and filled with an Extra Añejo special blend which is considered to be a true sipping tequila.

Aroma: Cinnamon, caramel, vanilla and nutmeg.

Taste: Begins smooth, rich with a hint of oak, but then gives way to a delicious range of sweet cinnamon and maple.

Before cocktails were cocktails and even before Scotch was Scotch, Drambuie has been a premium Scotch liqueur at the heart of great cocktails. In its native Gaelic, Drambuie means the drink that satisfies. Though the exact recipe has been a closely guarded secret since it was brought to Scotland in 1745, for the past 200 years, Drambuie has been made with aged Highland whisky, heather honey, herbs and spices.

BLACK DIRT Rye is distilled from 100% NY rye grown in upstate New York.  The mash bill consists of 90% Rye and 10% malted rye.  100 proof with a dark amber color.  The whiskey is complex offering pronounced notes of caramel, rye spice with a chocolate and malt finish.  A great sipping rye and exceptional when mixed in cocktails.

Smooth and sweet with a little sting.

There’s no better place than Montana in the Spring, when the air is perfumed with apple blossoms and the cottonwood floats on the breeze. We love this time of year, because the bees are busy gathering pollen to make their incomparable honey that we use in our Montana Honey Moonshine. This spirit is made from a traditional sweet feed recipe used by moonshiners, made up of three whole grains and molasses. We barrel age our spirit and add a touch of honey for a balanced and approachable flavor.

Willie’s Montana Honey Moonshine is directly tied to the Madison river with the odes to world class fly fishing you find on the bottle. The flow rate and temperature of the Madison river at time of bottling are listed directly on the bottle.

The Tribute Blend is the third small batch blend in the Brand’s Icon Series, a series of one-off small batch releases. Each blend is different and bears its own name, inspired by the story behind it. The Tribute Blend is a nod to Dixon’s parents and the path they paved for him. The Tribute Blend’s mouthfeel is viscous and rich, moving from initial sweetness on the front, to savory notes on the mid-palate, finishing with a muted but lingering spice that hangs around longer than expected.

Lush and invitingly herbaceous, Glenmorangie A Tale of the Forest is Glenmorangie’s first whisky crafted from barley kilned with woodland botanicals.

Inspired by the ever changing natural wonder he encounters while wandering in the forest near his home, Glenmorangie’s Director of Whisky Creation, Dr Bill Lumsden, brought back an ancient method of kilning barley with botanicals. In this case, he chose juniper berries, birch bark and heather flowers. Evoking the scents, sounds and sights of the forest, the single malt surrounds your senses with aromas of pine, juniper and coriander, laced with wisps of smoke. Then tastes of deep-green eucalyptus, lit by rays of bitter orange, drift to a slow, gently oaky finish. The whisky’s fragrant, wooded depths have inspired illustrator Pomme Chan to dream up her own fantastical forest. Celebrating the whisky’s flavours, her artwork is showcased on the whisky’s pack.
