LOOK: It is distinguished by its transparency, cleanliness, and clarity, with subtle sparkles reminiscent of the brilliance of shimmery diamonds.

AROMA: Extremely fresh expression, with notes of mint and eucalyptus combined with the herbaceous profile of fresh agave, followed by distinctive notes of cooked agave and its sweet honey reminiscent molasses, piloncillo (brown sugar), and pumpkin candy. Subtle citrus notes of green lemon and lemon blossom are distinguished and, finally, mineral notes, such as wet earth or freshly fallen rain.

PALATE: A light and harmonic body is perceived, very soft and easy to taste, where all the aromatic findings are expressed in a well-integrated and balanced manner, together with the sweet flavors of the agave and a hint of saline minerality. The distillate’s silky and velvety sensations are accompanied by very great citrus and herbal freshness, and subtle spice in an aftertaste with medium duration.

We age our award-winning Tequila Reposado in white oak barrels for 11 months giving it a smooth, butterscotch aroma finished by a balanced honey-cinnamon twist. Nosotros Reposado is an excellent choice for people who love aged spirits and enjoy sipping them neat or on the rocks. It can also be used to craft spirit forward cocktails like a Reposado Old Fashioned.

Nosotros Reposado won its very own Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, considered to be the premiere indicator of Tequila quality.

Chivas Ultis captures the true essence of Chivas Regal. Blending five of our most precious signature single malt Scotch whiskies from Speyside, the rich and full-bodied flavour of this blended malt whisky reflects the true diversity within the region. Less than 1% of the millions of casks within the Chivas inventory were used to create Chivas Ultis. Each cask was individually hand-selected and nosed to ensure the highest quality within this blend.

TASTING NOTES

CASK FINISH: Chivas Ultis blended malt whisky is matured in both European and American oak casks.

NOSE: Commanding and rich aroma reminiscent of peach and red apples, laced with cinnamon, fudge and honey.

PALATE: Smooth vanilla texture, brimming with clementine and apricots. Full-bodied flavours give way to a background of soft caramel, spicy cloves and ginger.

FINISH: Bold finish with hints of heather

Founded by Joe Giildenzopf, Jamie Giildenzopf and Brad Neathery, Oak & Eden is a product of Texas-based Sanctified Spirits Company. The innovative finishing process they use for their whiskeys involves putting a spiral of wood in their bottles of bourbon and rye. The tight five-inch spirals are crafted from American white oak, allowing a maximum surface area for the whiskey to interact with the wood. Currently, the company offers four different products: A straight bourbon, a rye whiskey, a wheated bourbon, and a bourbon finished with red wine-steeped oak. All aged two years, these high-rye mash whiskeys are masterfully distilled and aged in charred new American oak barrels, delivering a distinctive whiskey full of spice and fruit. This Wheat & Spire starts with a remarkably smooth combination of 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley. Once distilled, the bourbon is aged for two years in new American oak barrels producing a rich, deep yet sweet spirit bottled at 90 proof.

Maker Notes

Our first aged statement is made from a mash of malted barley, distilled in copper pot stills and aged for 10 years in Bourbon barrels. This expression has all the of the complexity malt whiskey is known for. We then finish it in Malaga wine casks which adds notes of stone fruits and marzipan that marry wonderfully with the malty character.

The Armand de Brignac Demi Sec was once a curiosity shared only with visitors to the maison in Chigny-les-Roses, France. A wine with almost six years aging in the deep chalk cellars of Champagne, the newly released Armand de Brignac Demi Sec was created to provide a sweeter elaboration that pairs with the most exotic of foods.

Tasting Notes: 

Notes of English candy, grapefruit, compote fruits, caramel, quince and brioche. The palate is abundant with crystalized citrus fruits, honey and hints of blackberries. The fine bubbles from the six years of aging, allow the light sweetness to elaborate.

Fresh, fizzy and fruity, with flavours reminiscent of apple and pear. It has a sweet scent and a soft touch in the mouth and as such, it is perfect as an aperitivo, or for blending in cocktails such as the Aperol Spritz.

Food Pairings: Very easy to pair, this expression is the perfect fit for every kind of aperitivo, as well as first and second courses made with seafood, white meat and vegetables, even when citrus fruits are used in preparation. He is god of snow, Son of Sif, step-son of Thor—he is ULLR, the norse god of skiing. He is so fierce a bowman and ski-runner that none may contend! Just as it is good to invoke his name in duels, it is appropriate when you start a run, go off a kicker, or attack steep moguls. He is who you pray to for snow when the mountains are bare and pay homage to with libation at the end of a day on the mountain.

The unique combination of peppermint and cinnamon in ULLR encapsulates the winter sports experience. Clear as melted snow, it starts out with a bracing peppermint flavor, but melts into a warm cinnamon finish. ULLR can be enjoyed in a variety of ways—in hot chocolate, in coffee and cold brew or on the rocks…but it really shines served ice cold and straight up, preferably right out of the snow.

Tequila Fortaleza is a small-batch, handcrafted tequila. It is made today with the same production methods that our family used to make tequila, over one hundred and forty years ago! We select each agave for ripeness before it is harvested, and cook them by steam in our small brick oven. We then use a two-ton stone wheel called a tahona to slowly squeeze the juices from the agave. After adding water from the volcanic mountain of Tequila and separating the fibers, we ferment the musto for 3 to 5 days. When fermentation is complete, we achieve our distinctive tequila by distilling twice in two very small, copper-pot stills.

Fortaleza Reposado is aged for 6 months in used American Whiskey barrels. The time spent in the barrels softens the tequila and adds notes of sweet butter and spice. Common aromas and flavors found in our reposado are: Cooked Agave, Citrus, Sweet Butter, Caramel, Vanilla, Toasted Creme Brle, Green Apple, Cinnamon, All Spice, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Jalapeo Pepper, and Dry Earth.

All of our tequilas are deliciously wonderful and complex, and can be enjoyed neat, or in a cocktail!
