Inspired by a traditional recipe and distilled according to traditional techniques, Sipsmith is one of the very few gins in the world to be distilled using the one shot method, hand-crafted in genuinely small batches. Following the end of the American Civil War, the Ripy Brothers returned to their native state of Kentucky and together, opened a distillery on the slopes of a hill in Lawrenceburg. The distillery operated continuously for nearly fifty years until the 18th Amendment, which prohibited the sale of alcohol in the United States, was ratified. Following the end of Prohibition, the Ripy Brothers Distillery was reopened and a distillery executive named Thomas McCarthy took samples of maturing whiskey from the distillery on a turkey hunt with a group of friends. The next year, his friends asked him to bring "some of that wild turkey whiskey"on their next hunt, giving birth to the distillery's new name. Today, Wild Turkey Distillery is stewarded by Master Distiller Jimmy Russell and his son Eddie Russell (together, the pair have over 90 years of experience producing bourbon). "I was born and raised in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky," says Jimmy, "which was a small community when I was growing up, but there were four bourbon distilleries here, and you had families working all the distilleries. You wanted to get in the business. My grandfather and my father, me, and now my son, we've all been in the business." Wild Turkey American Honey Whiskey shares Wild Turkey Real Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey's high-rye mashbill and patient aging in #4 alligator charred American oak barrels (typically, the degree of charring within a cask is measured on a scale of one to four, with a #1 char referring to casks that have been lightly toasted, and a #4 char referring to casks that have been charred so heavily that the interior resembles an alligator hide). Blended with real, pure honey, Wild Turkey American Honey Whiskey was originally invented by Master Distiller Jimmy Russell three decades ago. Today, it stands the test of time with its pleasant aromas of citrus and vanilla, as well as its thick, honey-coated palate and soft finish filled with butter and caramel. Rested 1 Month

Código 1530 Rosa begins with the purity of our Blanco, then is rested for 1 month in uncharred Napa Valley Cabernet French White Oak wine barrels. The result is a refined spirit with a natural color as beautiful as its taste. Our Rosa has rested just long enough in our fine Cabernet barrels to enrich the natural agave juice, without overpowering its delicate botanical balance.

Production Notes

We source only the finest Napa Cabernet French White Oak barrels to age our Rosa.

We leave our Rosa barrels uncharred, allowing the Cabernet to interact directly with the tequila, imparting a subtle pink hue and light floral finish.

About the Brand

The Herrera Brothers built their distillery high in the Sierra del Tigre mountains of Jalisco, Mexico, where the hot days and cool nights would allow for a unique aging process. Then they said adios to traditions once again, distilling their spirits in stainless stills instead of copper, and again them in new American oak casks.

Tonic Water

Crafted in the most elegant way, our Tonic Water captures the contemporary taste of tonic with the highest quinine levels available in the market. This is rounded out with top notes of Thai lemongrass and Manao Lime.

Our Tonic Water is created to have a bold distinctive taste, so you can recreate the century-old tradition of Long Pink Gins made famous at the Pegu Club in Rangoon, Burma. Simply add two to four dashes of bitters to a long Gin and Tonic.
We recommend our Tonic Water with the more traditional citrus-driven and London dry style gins.

Maker Notes

Our Absinthe Verte is produced following the traditions of 19th Century European master distillers. That means we start with a grape distillate base (in our case, this means imported Chilean Pisco) and add the required ingredients to constitute absinthe: anise seed, fennel, and grande wormwood. Other botanicals are also added to our small batch still. Following distillation of this blend, we naturally color the result by steeping the distillate in coloring herbs such as lemon balm and hyssop. The result is a brilliantly emerald green spirit that is the perfect touch for classic cocktails such as The Sazerac. 

HDC Huckleberry vodka tastes just like eating the berries straight off the bush, full of rich flavor and both sweet and tart. Naturally gluten free.

The Glenrothes Sherry Cask Reserve has been matured entirely in first-fill Sherry seasoned oak casks. With a delicious creamy texture that explodes on the palate, this burnished gold single malt delivers soft, spicy and fruity flavors - ginger, orange peel and sherry oak in perfect harmony. Sheer indulgence. Situated adjacent to the Burn of Rothes in the Speyside region of Scotland, The Glenrothes Distillery was founded by in 1879 by James Stuart, who had previously been employed at The Macallan Distillery. The distillery's history is marred by tragedy in 1897, construction workers who were attempting to expand its capacity started a fire that consumed much of the distillery's equipment and infrastructure. Twenty-five years later, a fire in the distillery's original warehouse caused the loss of 200,000 gallons of maturing whisky. Despite having lost ten copper-pot stills in various accidents since its founding, the Glenrothes Distillery is now a picture of tranquility. The Glenrothes Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from plump, ripe Scottish barley, which is malted and fermented using water sourced from the Ardcanny and Brauchhill springs (the springs are situated adjacent to the distillery). Following fermentation, the grains are twice distilled through the Glenrothes' copper-pot stills. The stills, which were designed and fashioned to be exact replicas of the original stills installed in 1879, are incredibly tall and uniquely shaped, which contributes to the overall light and sweet flavor of the whisky. After distillation, The Glenrothes' stillmen remove the heads and tails of the distillate and preserve only the "hearts" for maturation (the hearts comprise less than 20% of the entire distillate). The Glenrothes Sherry Cask Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a blend of rare and limited vintages produced at The Glenrothes Distillery, each aged exclusively in first-fill ex-Oloroso Sherry casks custom-made in Jerez, Spain. These casks cost as much as five times their American ex-bourbon equivalents The Glenrothes Distillery's Malt Master, Gordon Motion, who hand-selects the casks for the Sherry Cask Reserve, believes they are worth it. The whisky has a complex aroma of lemon cake, Christmas cookies, fresh pear and vanilla, which leads to an equally bold palate filled with notes of gingerbread, oak, flan and baking spices. The finish, which is bitter and nutty, is complete with memorable notes of orange zest. The Glenrothes is an award-winning Speyside single malt of exceptional quality and a pioneer in the Scotch whisky industry. All our Single Malt is Vintage Whisky. And when we say Vintage, we don't just mean aged; we mean whisky distilled in a particular year that has reached its peak of maturity, character and flavor. At which point, we have a choice to make: to either bottle these rare and finite expressions as Single Vintages, or marry them together in perfect harmony to create one of our exquisite Reserves. A category of peach with fluffy skin and generally reddish flesh, the vine peach was originally planted at the ends of vines in order to alert winegrowers to the appearance of possible diseases. The Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne perfectly transcribes the tangy and sweet notes of the fruit in your cocktails.

Eccentric and hypnotic, Paint Me Purple Ube Lager is tasty, creamy, and delectable beer with an easily drinkable character. Its Lager base style means it’s very clean, with not a lot of fruit profiles. The subtle flavors of ube and coconut will really come through. A dessert-like beer, Paint Me Purple is an easy pair with desserts. It becomes more intriguing to pair with local dishes like a rich and flavorful Kare-kare. 

PRODUCT PROFILE

Herradura Double Barrel Reposado is a unique tequila that has undergone a two-step aging process, resulting in a rich and smooth flavor profile. The tequila is first aged in charred American White Oak barrels for 11 months, and then aged for an additional 30 days in new charred barrels. This creates a dark amber-colored liquid with a complex flavor, including hints of cooked agave, vanilla, allspice, clove, and oak. The double-resting process gives Herradura Double Barrel Reposado an unmatched taste among Reposado tequilas.

Nestled 1,000 feet high in Scotland's Monadhliath Mountains, Tomatin Distillery, founded in the 15th century, is a pinnacle of Scottish heritage. The Tomatin 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky, crafted from plump Scottish barley, undergoes a meticulous process overseen by Master Distiller Douglas Campbell, with over 50 years at Tomatin. Distilled twice in unique copper-pot stills, the whisky matures for 15 years in ex-bourbon casks before an 18-month finish in Spanish oak casks from Oloroso Sherry. Notable accolades include the 2014 San Francisco World Spirits Competition Double Gold Medal and the 2013 World Whiskies Awards' "Best Highland Single Malt (13-20 Years of Age)," along with a 96-point rating at the 2012 Ultimate Spirits Challenge.

Back from the fiery depths! Our 2021 Tears of Vulcan continues our tradition of bright, floral, citrusy, textural, skin contact orange wine. Made of 49% Viognier, 43% Pinot gris and 8% Muscat from two organic vineyards in the Chehalem Mtns AVA of the Willamette Valley. The fruit was on its skins for all of primary fermentation; 23 days. Then it was pressed and went through elevage in in 90% neutral French oak, 5% new French oak, and 5% new Acacia.
