In a blend of mature eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne, Antique sets out to be different. A perpetual conversation between the fruit and oak reveals notes of hazelnut, ripe quince and mild spices, appearing amid accents of fig tart and blonde tobacco. The Balvenie Distillery is just up the road from Glenfiddich on the north side of Dufftown smack dab in the middle of Speyside. Dufftown is also the home town of the Mortlach Distillery. And a young William Grant worked there at Mortlach for more than twenty years learning the distilling business. When he was ready to start out on his own, he bought the empty field and laid the foundation stone for The Balvenie in 1886. Still owned by William Grant & Sons, The Balvenie has long been a favorite of Speyside Whisky lovers. It's famous for producing Single Malts in the classic styles of the region light, fruit-forward, sweet, and clean without a trace of peat smoke. Balvenie took it a bit further, being one of the first to innovate with various double and triple-wood combinations to add complexity. All that adds to a large range of Single Malt agings and wood combinations to entertain the taste buds of fans all over the world. Released as a part of The Balvenie's Stories Collection, A Week of Peat is a reincarnation of the incredibly unique Balvenie Peat Week. Though recipe remains the same, it has been renamed to fit into the new Balvenie Stories collection. Balvenie Peat Week 2002 was the first vintage of a really interesting idea. It started as the brainchild of David Stewart Balvenie's malt master and whisky specialist Ian Miller. For one week each year they would distill peated Single Malt and thus turn the entire distillery on its head. Everything else stays the same, and the spirits are then aged in ex-Bourbon casks for a full fourteen years and bottled at 48.3% ABV. You can still taste the signature Balvenie Single Malt style notes of tropical fruits, honey, peaches, and vanilla. But now it also has a warm, earthy smoke flavor and aroma. It's Balvenie as youve never had it before, and still very different from the famous Islay peated spirits on the other side of Scotland. It's should be on the must have list of every Speyside and Balvenie fan.

To celebrate its 50th Anniversary, Tres is offering a unique liquid to pay homage to Don Francisco Javier Sauza’s original recipe, which he crafted in honor of three generations of family distilling. Using traditional processes, this 100% agave liquid is aged 14 months in specially selected American Oak barrels treated and charred-in house. This rare release is displayed in a green ceramic bottle inspired by the Don's original 1973 decanter that put tequila on the world stage.

The Featherbone Factory built by E.K. Warren in the 19th century to manufacture women's corsets sits on the banks of Lake Michigan just across the Indiana border in Three Oaks, Michigan. As the factory changed hands in the twentieth century, it became a production site for everything from buggy whips to pickles. Today, it's home to Journeyman Distillery and Bill Welter, Journeyman's master distiller. Welter, who was formerly a banker in Indiana, began his journey when his family business was sold in 2006. He moved to Scotland, where he began to learn the art of craft distillation from Greg Ramsay (master distiller at Nant Distillery) and Bill Lark (master distiller at Lark Distillery). After returning to the United States, Welter spent time producing and resting whiskey using a prominent organic & kosher distiller's facility in Chicago before opening the doors of his own distillery in Three Oaks with the intention to offer grain-to-glass spirits from day one/drop one. Journeyman offers handcrafted artisan spirits that have a true sense of place or terroir. They utilize all locally sourced Midwest organic grains and use unfiltered/untreated water from an underground aquifer in Three Oaks, MI.Red Arrow Vodka, named after the historic road, pays tribute to one of America's great highways. Journeyman is uniquely set up to create spirits from grain-to-bottle, Red Arrow Vodka grain-to-bottle is double distilled from high-quality organic wheat grown locally in Michigan.The water used in production comes directly from an underground aquifer in Three Oaks that undoubtedly adds character to this spirit. 

Our Black Barrel starts as a premium, aged Anejo, then spends four months in deep charred oak barrels to give it rich, smoky flavor and a golden amber color. It spends an additional two months in specially toasted barrels for more depth and distinct complexity. Easy to drink and unforgettably smooth, Hornitos Black Barrel was the most highly awarded tequila since 2014.

5 Sentidos is named after the five senses that their mezcaleros use to produce their agave spirits. The producers of this mezcal do not use any model machinery or tools, being guided only by their senses throughout the production process. The brand was launched by El Destilado restaurant in centro Oaxaca. The restaurant is known for it's creative menu, unique cocktails, and exceptional selection of agave spirits. The brand is a curated tour of Mexico with a wide range of expressions that are made by some of the best mezcaleros in the region. Cinco Sentidos is uncertified mezcal and is labeled as "Destilado de Agave".

This bottling is made with maguey Sierra Negra. The agave is hand mashed, fermented with spring water and tepehuaje bark in stone. This bark provides an organic source of nitrogen that is used to stabilize the fermentation. Albarradas is approximately 7,500 feet above sea level and too cold to ferment the agave without some sort of stabilizer. Once fermented, this mezcal is double distilled in clay pot stills. The ABV of each batch will vary slightly.  

The nose opens with a creamy note, cabbage, lemony cheese, light funk, barnyard,and salt. The palate goes much fruitier, with tart cherry, pomegranate, lime zest, hay, and earthy notes. Finish is long, sweet, and fruity.
