Meaning 'Smoky Two' in Scots Gaelic, Toiteach A Dhà (pronounced Toch-ach ah-ghaa) is a sequel to the original peaty paradox on Bunnahabhain’s gentle single malt.  To create this Mòine variant, our blending team selected a combination of ex Bourbon and Sherry casks which were then matured in full, in our coastal warehouses on Bunnahabhain Bay.

With touches of smoke from our peated malted barley, this whisky’s prickling strength emanates from the dram, while warming with a lingering, robust length and delicately sweet sherry influence.

Caymus has a signature style that is dark in color, with rich fruit and ripe tannins – as approachable in youth as in maturity. Since its founding in 1972, Caymus has become renowned as a consistent leader in the production of Napa Valley Cabernet. Grapes for this wine are farmed in a range of Napa’s sub-appellations – from Coombsville to Calistoga – with fruit from the valley floor creating lushness and the hillsides providing backbone. Diversification enables us to make the best possible wine in a given year, featuring layered, lush aromas and flavors, including cocoa, cassis and ripe berries.

Each variety is manually harvested, first the Pinot Noir at the end of August, then the Nero dAvola at the end of September. Each parcel is vinified in small, stainless steel tanks. Long maceration at a controlled temperature of 75-82F allow for the extraction of only the best polyphenols. The Nero dAvola ages in stainless steel to preserve freshness, while the Pinot Noir matures for nine months in small French barriques. Following blending, the wines are bottle refined.

Lalocura's clay pot distilled mezcales have built a steady cult following of chefs, writers, and mezcal-heads, who turn up at the palenque each day hoping to spend a few hours listening to maestro mezcalero Eduardo "Lalo" Ángeles tell stories, taste  the 20+ expressions he has resting in glass at any given time, and instagram a photo of his colorful dining room table covered in empty veladoras. Before starting Lalocura in 2014, Eduardo Ángeles spent years working as the fourth generation master distiller of his family’s brand, where he combined a lifetime of working under his father, the late, great Don Lorenzo with a degree in agricultural engineering, and a philosophy that is all his own.

Lalocura is produced in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca, where the agave piñas are roasted in an earthen oven, mashed by hand, fermented outdoors, and distilled in clay pots. It's a process that has produced great mezcal for centuries.

Lantmnnen is an agricultural cooperative and Northern Europe's leader in agriculture, machinery, bioenergy and food products. Lantmnnen refines wheat into different kinds of food commodities, such as glucose syrup and starch. Lantmnnen produces premium vodka for the beverage industry.

The Knappogue Castle Cask Finish Series is a range of single malts finished in the finest wine casks. The Marco De Bartoli limited release is matured in bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 years, then further aged in casks from the renowned Marsala Winery. Made exclusively from malted barley, distilled in copper pot stills, this expression is non-chill filtered and bottled at 92 proof.

Holmes Cay is an independent bottling company from New York City. Founded by New Yorker rum aficionado Eric Kaye in 2019, they focus on finding the very best rums and bottling them at cask strength. Kaye used to work as a producer and music composer for film, TV, and commercials, but has also been an avid diver for decades. His favorite pastime brought him into contact with fantastic rare Caribbean rums. He felt he needed to share these with his fellow Americans, which is how Holmes Cay came to be. Passionately standing behind the tradition and honor that is an integral part of rum, Kaye hopes to bring incredible as-of-yet-unknown unadulterated cask-strength rums to the US, introducing spirit-lovers to the best-kept secrets of the rum world. Their very first release Holmes Cay Barbados 2005 fittingly came from the legendary Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. The Holmes Cay Fiji Single Cask Rum was distilled in 2004 at the South Pacific Distilleries of Fiji. The 16-year-old pot-still rum was matured tropically in an ex-bourbon barrel for 12 years, then 4 years in the UK in an American oak cask, then bottled in 2020 at 116 proof without chill filtering. The cask yielded 240 bottles of this premium unadulterated rum.
