Far Niente Chardonnay is a blend of superlative Napa Valley vineyards located in Coombsville, a cool growing region nestled in the rolling countryside and protected by the hills east of the city of Napa. Coombsville offers the characteristic climate of Carneros, with less wind, along with deeper, well-drained gravelly loam and volcanic ash soils. Winemaker Notes
Our winemakers wanted to craft a wine that possessed everything they loved about Merlot, only more: more rich fruit flavors, more cocoa accents, a more voluptuous mouthfeel. They selected grapes from premier vineyards in California’s Central Coast and North Coast appellations, known for producing grapes with exceptionally rich flavors and aromas. Finally, they fermented the wine on French and American oak to round out the flavors and mouthfeel.

Tasting Notes
Lavish is a luxurious, over the top expression of Merlot, offering a truly sensual experience. From its deep ruby red color and its alluring blueberry cordial fragrance, Lavish promises to be much more than a typical Merlot. Greenhook Ginsmiths craft their gin in a custom-made, copper pot still, designed to work under a high-pressure vacuum. This allows for distillation at a lower temperature, drawing out key flavors from being overcooked. Producing gin this way lets the botanicals shine through for a more aromatic vibrant gin.

Detailed Description

Ron del Barrilito 2 Star rum is first blended and then aged for at least 3 years. The rum has been produced in Bayamn Puerto Rico since 1804 by the Fernndez family, making it the oldest rum manufacturer in Puerto Rico. In 1942 a single barrel of Ron del Barrilito rum was set aside called the 'Freedom Barrel.' The barrel will be opened in Bayamn town square for all to share when Puerto Rico gains its independence.

Founded in the 1797 Hacienda Santa Ana, home of the renowned Ron del Barrilito Two and Three Stars, Edmundo B. Fernandez, Inc. announced the worldwide launch in the coming weeks of Ron del Barrilito Five Stars. This is the first collectible edition of rum presented by Ron del Barrilito in more than 138 years, establishing a new era of the supreme quality of Puerto Rican rums.

On the Rocks Premium Cocktails was launched in 2016 by Andrew Gill, Patrick Halbert, and Rocco Milano in Dallas, Texas with the idea to bring the cocktail bar experience into the comfort of your home. They produce premium craft ready-to-drink cocktails using the finest natural ingredients and proper spirits. Their aim is to bring the whole experience of having a consistently perfect cocktail, without the need for multiple ingredients and equipment, and without sacrificing taste. No preservatives are added and the range is sweetened with cane sugar only. After securing several partnership deals with airlines and hotels that recognized the quality of the product the list includes Four Seasons, Hyatt, Hilton, and Hawaiian Airlines the company took off in a big way. "My focus was to create bar-quality cocktails that had balance and subtlety of character making cocktails that have layers of complexity rather than being overly sweet, boozy, or otherwise. We operate under the belief that good is the enemy of great. We kept working on our drinks until we had great drinks," says co-founder and mixologist-in-chief Rocco Milano. Situated in a former microbrewery on a west London street in England, Sipsmith Independent Spirits Distillery is home to London's first new gin in nearly two centuries. The distillery was founded by a triumvirate Sam Galsworthy (who previously worked at a microbrewery), Fairfax Hall (a former Diageo representative) and Jared Brown (a master distiller who has crafted new spirits in Vietnam, Norway, Sweden and the United States) with the goal of producing a traditional yet authentic craft gin. Sipsmith London Dry Gin is crafted using ten carefully selected botanicals, including Macedonian juniper berries, Bulgarian coriander seed, French angelica root, Spanish liquorice root, Italian orris root, Spanish ground almond, Chinese cassia bark, Madagascan cinnamon, Sevillian orange peel and Spanish lemon peel. "The best botanicals make the best gin no way around it," says Brown, who has been distilling spirits for over a dozen years. Once the botanicals arrive at the distillery, they are distilled through a copper-pot still named Prudence (Prudence is able to produce approximately 280 bottles of gin each day). "Prudence is the first copper still installed in London in nearly 200 years. We designed her with Germany's oldest distillery producers, Christian Carl a small, family business that has been crafting stills since 1869. She is the only one like this in the world. "The still is designed with a bespoke pot, column still and carter head, which makes it incredibly versatile. Sloe berries are a hedgerow fruit in the plumb family. Rarely consistent berry seasons yield annual harvests that almost always vary, due to the unpredictable English climate. This variety in harvest is a trait very characteristic of wine, in that each vintage batch that is produced has its own unique character. Each autumn Sipsmith picks their sloe berries, which are then frozen and steeped in their London Dry Gin, for three to four months. This process gives the gin a jammy, marzipan flavorThe result is a truly handmade sloe gin that is subtle, complex and bursting with flavour (Sipsmith).

Herradura Reposado is aged for eleven months, nine months longer than the industry standard. Its deep copper color and rounded taste sets our Reposado apart, along with its signature aroma of anise and spices. The tastes of vanilla, butter and agave work in unison to create a smooth and sweet experience. Herradura introduced Reposado to the world in 1974, creating an entirely new tequila category. The sixth in Wolfburn’s small-batch series, Batch 318 has been crafted from a combination of lightly-peated spirit, matured for a little over seven years in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, and spirit matured for seven years in first-fill Bourbon barrels. These casks produced a sweet, rounded, sumptuous whisky with a peerless depth of flavour.

Twice Distilled, Cobalto is the carefully filtered. Completely chemical and addictive free from the field to the glass, the result is an exceptionally smooth tequila that maintains the natural essence of the agave and the land in which it was grown.
