Firefly Original Sweet Tea Flavored Vodka is the first sweet tea vodka. It started at the Firefly Distillery on Wadmalaw Island, SC. It is made with all-natural ingredients with tea from a plantation just down the road & Louisiana sugarcane. Mix it with lemonade or water for a true southern sweet tea cocktail.

Firefly Distillery was founded by Jim Irvin (a graduate from Vanderbilt University in chemistry) and Scott Newitt (a graduate of Louisiana State University) in 2008. The roots of the distillery are in Jim Irvin's entrance to the wine business with muscadine grapes in 2000. Meeting Newitt--then a liquor distributor--they entered the spirits industry with a small still and the idea for a sweet tea vodka in 2008.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE: Clear gold.​

BODY: Light to medium.​

NOSE: Beguiling first impressions begin with the fresh, sweet fruitiness of lemon zest and white grape enriched by exotic notes of pink grapefruit and ripe mango, all on a faintly mossy base, a note that evolves into freshly ironed linen. A notably spicy and woody note soars high above. A drop of water dries these aromas and introduces a pinch of white pepper.​

PALATE: A creamy-smooth and full texture, the taste erupting with sweet flavour. Tingling on the tongue, the fruity and malty sweetness behind this suggesting home- made rum toffee and more exotic hints of spiced pineapple and green banana, made more appetising still by spicy and drying, bracingly crisp, clean oak. A dash of water creates a delightful and even smoother texture, still strong in peppery spice.

Another masterpiece out of San Luis del Rio, it has a nose of fruit aromatics, a hint of honey, vanilla and roast agave; the palate offers ginger, cinnamon, burnt sandalwood, banana and tangerine, with a long, soft finish. Viva VIDA!

Launched in 2010, it is highly mixable and has arrived to much anticipated industry acceptance and high bartender demand. Hand crafted, it is twice distilled, very slowly in small wood-fired, riverside copper stills to flavor specifications that underscore its versatility in cocktails.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Dark chocolate fudge with cinnamon and pepper spices, followed by lush fruit – green apples, mango, banana and guavas

Palate: Rich and complex. A creamy texture with hints of vanilla, oak and cinnamon, and a hint of nutty toffee

Finish: A creamy-vanilla flavour which is in no rush to ebb away

Espolòn Flor de Oro is a Reposado Tequila to honor and celebrate one of the greatest traditions in Mexican culture, Día de Los Muertos. A new to world expression of tequila, made by taking Reposado, aged in new Oak barrels, and blended with organic Marigold Extract; creating a unique, and elegant flavor profile. 100% hand-harvested Blue Weber Agave is cooked in autoclaves and distilled in both pot and column stills. Creating a perfect balance of flavor and smoothness.

Our aged liquid, matured for at least two months in America Oak barrels, is finished with a Marigold extract to achieve a refined and elegant Reposado taste.
