Hailing from an undisclosed Orkney distillery, this 6 year old bottling has been matured in 100% Bourbon casks. Our tasting panel commented on the delicious creamy nature of this dram, showcasing prominent notes of budding gorse, custard creams, heather honey and stroopwafels to name a few.

Intense and brilliant red garnet. Intense red fruit aromas (cherry, raspberry), completed by sweet vanilla notes. Harmonious, supple, well-balanced. The tannins are velvety, the finish is long and exquisite on the fruit. M de Magnol Haut Médoc is a fruity, juicy and elegant wine. 

Food matches: Entrecôte à la Bordelaise, risotto with mushrooms, Asian onion beef, ripe cheeses, red fruit based or dark chocolate based desserts. Best served between 16°C and18°C.

100% Pinot Noir sourced from La Viña Vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills. Submerged cap fermented in 100% stainless steel. Barrel aged for 10 months in French oak. Bottle aged for 12 months prior to release.

We scoured the world for the most intriguing grapes and sourced them from some of South Australia's finest regions. The Mediterranean climate and alluvial soils yielded one of our most complexly layered wines while maintaining the approachability and balanced acidity that makes SALDO stand out.

Inspired by a long line of Douglas Laing family Fox Terriers, Scallywag Malt Scotch Whisky is a marriage of aged Speyside Single Malts matured predominantly in Spanish Sherry casks. The resulting Whisky reveals an explosion of rich, dark fruits, chocolate and spice interwoven with late vanilla. Award-winning Scallywag is bottled and released in genuinely small, precious batches. Part of the Remarkable Regional Malts range, the ultimate distillation of Scotland’s Malt Whisky Regions.

Scallywag is a Small Batch bottling created using only the finest Speyside Malts including - amongst others - Mortlach, Macallan and Glenrothes. Bottled at 46% alcohol strength and non-chill-filtered, this Small Batch bottling has a distinct rich, dark colour - extracted purely from the fine Spanish Sherry Butts used during maturation.

We craft Gin No. 1 in the pioneering spirit of the Pacific Northwest making it a favorite of gin enthusiasts looking for a unique twist on the classic gin flavor profile. Our custom-designed pot still allows botanical oils and tannins to remain as distinctive notes on the palate, creating a buttery and herbaceous sipping gin or a unique addition to your favorite savory cocktails.

Citrus oils and juniper berry tannins produce distinct citrus notes followed by notes of cracked black pepper for an overall round and mellow tone with a silky texture and celery salt finish. Try New Deal Gin No. 1 in a dirty martini, Bloody Mary, Silver Fizz or herbaceous sour.

Over the top and shattering to the veins, these wines possess major concentration and daring flavor. The original is the Earthquake Zin which came from an old Lodi vineyard planted around the same time of San Francisco’s great Earthquake of 1906. While mulling over a label name in the vineyard, Michael Phillips thought it only seemed fitting to relate this intense wine with the historical quake. These dark and voluminous wines will definitely leave your senses quivering.

TASTING NOTES
This rich, burly Zinfandel offers over the top concentration and intensity that will leave your taste buds trembling! Opening with luscious red fruit and brown sugar aromas, this full-bodied Zin overflows with strawberry jam, molasses and vanilla bean flavors carried though by a fruit laced finish that lingers until the next quake.

A blend of remarkable straight rye whiskeys combined in perfect ratio and finished in premium bourbon barrels creating a genuinely unique balanced rye whiskey. This delightfully herbaceous and citrusy spirit smooths into a sizzle that warms the mouth before melting into a vanilla sweetness that hangs toward the back of the palate.
