42 Below Vodka, hailing from New Zealand, is renowned for its premium quality and unique production methods. Triple-distilled and filtered through volcanic rock and spring water, it boasts a smooth and clean taste. Made from locally sourced wheat, the vodka offers flavored varieties like Feijoa, Passionfruit, Kiwi, and Manuka Honey. With numerous awards and a global presence, 42 Below Vodka is a favorite in the cocktail scene, known for its versatility and commitment to sustainability.

This whiskey is 51% rye, 45% corn, 4% malt, and 100% genuine. Bottled at an honest 99 proof, it’s a real straight shooter.

VINEYARDS
Crafted using grapes from select vineyards throughout Northern California, specifically from the Lodi region. Lodi’s climate is ideal for growing concentrated, full-flavored grapes-well draining sandy soil, warm summer afternoons and cooling nighttime breezes from the Pacific Ocean.

FLAVOR
Layered with suggestions of blackberry, vanilla and warm spice with notes reminiscent of Bourbon: caramel, butterscotch and charred oak.

PAIR WITH

Full-bodied, roasted to perfection, local decaf espresso is cold infused with our vodka and natural flavors. Earthy, roasted espresso melds with pure maple syrup to create a pronounced vanilla finish that’s not excessively sweet. Reminiscent of a chocolate and maple-drizzled waffle and a warm cup of coffee.

Hell Bear American Whiskey is a blend of straight rye whiskey, 4 year and a 5 year bourbon. Fruit and subtle botanicals upfront, prominent rye spice mid-palate and a smooth vanilla caramel finish. The finished product provides hints of berries up front, big cinnamon spice, nice sweet cereal grains on the finish, and lasting vanilla intertwined with baking spices.

Mythology Best Friend Bourbon is a blend of a 15 year Kentucky Bourbon, and two high-rye bourbons aged 2 to 5 years. Wildflower honey and warm cornbread on the nose gives way to honeycomb upfront on the palate that transitions to gentle cinnamon and toasted almonds. The 15-year Bourbon provides for a lasting rich vanilla, pipe tobacco and black currant on the finish.

This award-winning Scorpion Mezcal Reposado is made in small batches in Oaxaca, Mexico, with a real scorpion in every bottle. This version spends between 2 and 11 months aging in oak barrels of less than 200 liters. Singel barrel bottlings of our aged products ensures premium quality mezcal. The distinctive bottle comes with it's own little Scorpion Mezcal sombrero.

Tasting Notes

Gold. Lanolin and honey aromas. A soft round entry leads to a dry light-to medium-body with honey, grassy herbs, flax, caramel, salt, light spice. Finishes dryly with a honeyed oak barrel note.

Sotol Coyote Blanco Chihuahua is a clear and unaged Sotol spirit crafted from the Dasylirion wheeleri plant in Mexico's Chihuahua region. Known for its herbal and earthy notes, this spirit reflects the cultural heritage of northern Mexico, offering a unique and authentic taste experience.

This rum aged 2/5 years, distilled by Demerara Distillers, offers some notes of candied fruits, power and roundness in mouth.

Distillery: the Demerara Distillers' history has started in 1670, when each sugar plantation had its own rum, and a group of producers of sugar cane has decided to create a cooperative for exporting. After years of consolidation and fusion, there is now one distillery only in Diamond on the eastern shore of the Demerara. The distillery produces a "High Easter" rum, very concentrated, in a small still especially provided for that purpose.

The refining by our Cellar Master: the Sherry Oloroso cask harmonizes the notes of rancio with the notes of red and dried fruits. The rancio aromas slowly disappear to develop into red fruits and nice notes of nuts. This rum becomes more silky, with a nice roundness and some natural sweetness.

Our cooking process involves slow cooking in autoclaves, while juice extraction is carried out using customized standard mills. Fermentation utilizes proprietary and natural occurring yeast, and distillation occurs in copper pots.

Meet the American West's most innovative and inviting bourbon. A blend of straight bourbon whiskeys, aged a minimum of two years in charred white American oak barrels. Never chill-filtered or carbon-treated and utilizing a variety of high rye content mash bills to convey an earthy complexity (with a bit of spice). The perfect marriage of richness and brightness expressed by notes of honey nougat, sweet cornbread biscuits, and lemon zest with caramel apples and pecan pie lingering on the finish. Whether sipped or stirred, this bourbon is blended to be your tried and true. 

High West Bourbon is a complex blend of straight bourbons producing an aromatic whiskey that helps preserve the West.
