We will continue to create authentic Victorian age American frontier Whiskey aged in small freshly charred new American white Oak barrels. Aged two years Cut Throat brings scents of leather, burnt honey & clove while tasting of raisin, chocolate, caramel and allspice. Using our unique mash bill & crisp Northern Sierra Mountain water our distiller has captured in this bottle the message of love shared from mother to son.
