Wiggly Bridge Gin is made using the same sour mash base that Wiggly Bridge Distillery uses for their award-winning whiskeys, and all their spirits are distilled on their hand-built 60 gallon copper still, which is operated by a father and son team.

Tasting Notes

When first nosed, Wiggly Bridge Gin has prominent notes of licorice and anise, with a subtle hint of hay and corn in the background. This combination of licorice and grain is reminiscent of some genevers. On the palate, the spirit is somewhat thin and quickly washes over the palate, but it has a distinct and warm finish that lingers. Initially, there's a touch of licorice, followed by a sharp juniper flavor and a mild bitterness from orange zest. Towards the end, there's a musky note that comes from the angelica root. Finally, the gin finishes with a long, warm, slightly peppery and licorice-flavored aftertaste.
