Our Chocolate Bourbon is created by cold macerating Dandelion Chocolate nibs with Treecraft Bourbon.  We selected Dandelion’s Costa Esmeraldas nibs from northern Equador because they have the taste of chocolate buttercream frosting with bananas creating a perfect balance of flavors.

OUR STORY

Belle Glos showcases distinctive Pinot Noirs produced from California’s most noteworthy coastal wine-growing regions. While each vineyard location lies near the Pacific Ocean, the climate differences are significant, varying with the amount of fog, wind, sunlight, and soil type at each site. Each Vineyard Designate is crafted to distill the purest essence of the locale into elegant expressions of California Pinot Noir. Owner/winemaker, Joe Wagner chose the name Belle Glos (pronounced “BELL GLOSS”) to honor his grandmother, Lorna Belle Glos Wagner. Lorna was a co-founder of Caymus Vineyards, an inspirational figure to Joseph and an avid lover of Pinot Noir.

Belle Glos Pinot Noir Clark & Telephone 2019 has Deep ruby red color with lush aromas of ripe cherry, nutmeg, and dark chocolate laced with clove, cedar, and lightly toasted oak. Bold and unctuous on the palate with dark ripe fruit, baking spices, cocoa, and blueberry pie filling. The texture is rich and velvety which leads to a long, structured finish.

Crafted by the esteemed Robert Mondavi winery, this red blend offers a unique twist. Aged in rye whiskey barrels, it combines rich berry flavors with hints of spice and a velvety texture. Ideal for pairing with hearty dishes or enjoying solo, this wine merges tradition with modern experimentation for a memorable experience.

Hailing from New Zealand's Marlborough region, Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc presents a classic blend of tropical and herbal scents in its bouquet. Its palate delights with ripe grapefruit, gooseberry, passion fruit, and pineapple flavors, all enveloped in a refreshing, crisp texture. Balancing intense fruit notes with a lively acidity, this wine is often praised for its versatility, complementing seafood and chicken dishes with finesse or standing elegantly on its own.

Our Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is 100% barrel fermented and is all about balance. The cool coastal influence provides rich acidity and delicious tropical fruit flavors, while the barrel fermentation lends itself to creamy toasted notes of spice and vanilla. Very food friendly and crowd pleasing!

If you love sweet and sour, then look no further. Smirnoff Sour Berry Lemon brings the perfect balance of sweet and sour with tart, tangy and fruity flavors of berry and lemon.

Gustoso Artisanal Rum is produced from100% locally grown sugarcane grown exclusively in the highlands of Michoacan, Mexico.

The terroir and cool nights of this high altitude create ideal conditions for the cultivation of sugar cane and the creation of a complex, deeply flavored rum known as Gustoso Artisanal Rum. The family-run sugar cane farms craft sustainably produced, small-batch rum that stands in stark contrast to the lighter, mass-produced options. is drier, more flavorful twist is beloved by serious rum aficionados and mixologists, and the communities in Mexico.

Gustoso Blanco

A blend of fermented cane juice distilled in a pot and first pressed molasses distilled in a copper column.

Maker Notes

As we have bedded in our new distillery, we have sought the true expression of Torabhaig. Through tireless trial and dialogue, then using the findings to inform each batch, we have evolved a distinctive signature style, our own flavour profile that we describe as Well-Tempered Peat.

This distillery signature will be the foundation upon which we build our legacy, and we look forward to witnessing this style develop over our first four expressions to be released under the Legacy Series label, as we dig deeper into the complexity of the flavour of peat to deliver truly exceptional and balanced character.

This is the second expression of Torabhaig Single Malt, available from July 2021 under the label ‘Allt Gleann – The Legacy Series’, bottled in small batches drawn from no more than 30 casks each.

Produced in Ireland, this award winning Irish Cream Liqueur is handcrafted using the finest Irish Whiskey, 100% Irish Dairy Cream and natural vanilla flavor with a hint of toffee. It is a unique tasting, high quality Irish Cream Liqueur which brings together a great tradition of fine quality Irish Dairy production with even finer Irish Whiskey. This is a recreation of the original Irish Cream Liqueurs using the age old recipe. The fact that cream liqueurs originated in Ireland is no coincidence – since Ireland has a great tradition in producing fine quality dairy products as well as distilling spirits. The combination of both of these two traditions brings us a high quality Irish Cream that has been proven to be the ultimate in luxury, the finest Irish Whiskey blended with real dairy cream. Truly a taste sensation.

Our Blanc de Noirs is predominantly made from hand-harvested Pinot Noir grapes, the hallmarks of which are a vibrant red fruit character. Over 21 different clones of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are planted on our Carneros estate. This allows us to consistently produce top-rated cuvées with complexity and clear fruit expression.

TASTING NOTES

The sparkling pinot noir opens with aromas of bright strawberry and black cherry with subtle vanilla highlights. Creamy cherry, lemon, and cola flavors, combined with a lush palate and lively bubbles, lead into a persistent finish.
