Mi CAMPO is a traditionally made tequila. The pias are cooked and crushed by a tahona stone, releasing the juices required for fermentation. The pias are gently squeezed, carefully extracting the juice to avoid any hints of bitterness from the agave fibers, illuminating the agave plant's natural honey characteristic and quelling any trace of bitterness. Before Mi CAMPO is bottled, it rests in the same French oak used for aging wine, made by expert coopers who craft their prodigious barrels for Napa Valley winemakers. The result is an incredibly smooth tequila. The Blue Weber agave are matured for 7-years, and 100% sourced in Jalisco, Mxico, the Pias are steamed-cooked in stone ovens for up to 38 hours and naturally fermented using open-air tanks, which allow aromatics from nearby citrus trees to fuse with the tequila. Mi Campo Reposado is double distilled in stainless stills for over 13 hours, then fermented in open-air tanks, amid fragrant citrus trees, resting for three months in the same French oak barrels used for aging Napa Valley Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, imparting an incredibly smooth taste.

Mr Black was founded in 2012 as the passion project of designer Tom Baker and distiller Philip Moore, proprietor of Distillery Botanica, one of Australia's highest-awarded distilling houses. The premium coffee liqueur is brewed at the Distillery Botanica facility in New South Wales, nearly 50 miles up the coast north of Sydney. Mr. Black is a bittersweet blend of high-quality Arabica coffees combined with Australian wheat vodka. Their roasters source specialty beans from the highest quality growing regions to deliver a complex, premium liqueur that is bold, balanced and unapologetically coffee. Each bottle is handcrafted with half the sugar and ten times the coffee of old-world liqueurs. In essence, Mr. Black can be described as "the cold brew liqueur for coffee purists." The Merlet & Fils Distillery hails from the Saint-Sauvant in the Cognac region. The family-owned brand has been making cognac since 1850 and is now in its fifth generation of Merlet's. After distilling for large cognac houses for 160 years Merlet ventured out to develop their own cognac in 2010, producing several award-winning spirits. Gilles Merlet and his sons Pierre and Luc created this blend as a new expression for the new generation. They sourced four cognacs from Fins Bois crus and one from Grande Champagne, aging it for at least four years, yielding a sophisticated marriage of different ages. This is a unique release where the youngest cognacs deliver power and energy, and the oldest bring maturity and complexity. This Merlet VS is comprised of hand-selected eaux-de-vie blended from several different regions. For this expression, Gilles and his sons selected and blended eaux-de-vie from different regions of the cognac appellation, to ensure consistent quality. Aged for at least two years, the eaux-de-vie selected for this blend are light and inviting, made mostly from Fins Bois crus, but also from Bons Bois and a little bit of Petite Champagne. The result is a VS cognac with slightly woody and delicately fruity notes.

A blend of superb exclusively copper pot-distilled brandy with real character and depth of flavor mingled in a unique, modern American style. Small batch distillation of superior, highly aromatic wine selected for exceptional quality.

Non-Chill Filtered For An Authentic, Uncorrupted Natural Flavor and natural color. Some Cloudiness, faint suspension or light sediment may be apparent at colder temperatures. Our ambition is to retain the integrity of the distillate with minimal intervention, with our signature mouth-feel and definitive aroma. Matured in Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey and medium-char American white oak barrels for balance, complexity and a polished, velvety finish. The approximate blend is 90% Kentucky Bourbon Barrels & 10% New American Oak.

In a blend of mature eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne, Antique sets out to be different. A perpetual conversation between the fruit and oak reveals notes of hazelnut, ripe quince and mild spices, appearing amid accents of fig tart and blonde tobacco. Our signature single malt is a deliciously balanced and bold whisky for sharing and mixing. Nova is matured exclusively in red wine barrels from wineries making great Australian shiraz, cabernets and pinot noirs.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Like we took bright flavours of red berries and orchard fruit and coated them in soft oak spice.

Palate: Imagine a rich red berry pudding covered in vanilla, caramel and spice.

Finish: Balanced and long. The sweetness fades and the delicious flavour goes on.

Situated in the heart of Campbeltown, Glen Scotia is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland. The Scotch distillery was founded by the Galbraith family in 1832. In 2014, the petite facility was purchased by the Loch Lomond Group. The distillery is quite small scale, outfitted with two 12,000 and 16,000-liter stills, with distinctive onion shapes and horizontal lyne arms. Glen Scotia's line-up showcases their versatility, as they produced a range of peated and non-peated whiskies, two styles characteristic of Campbelltown. Their malt is sourced from eastern Scotland, and are crafted in open-topped, cast iron mash tuns, and their whiskies are processed with a variation in fermentation time yielding either nuttier, or fruitier malts. Their small-batch distillation process still maintains much of the original equipment designs dating back to the 1830s. This exceptional single malt whisky was matured from specially selected casks to deliver the true character of a Glen Scotia Malt Whisky. The stunning 18 year-old has earned several awards including Gold at the 2018 World Whiskies Awards, Double Gold at the 2018 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and Gold Medals at The Spirits Business in 2017 and 2018.

The tradition of keeping an infinity bottle is well known to whiskey collectors and aficionados around the world. In 2018, we introduced the Infinite Barrel Project, to honor the infinity bottle tradition in our own way, and we became the first brand to produce and sell an infinity barrel in the commercial market.

THE INTENT OF THIS PROJECT 

The tradition of keeping an infinity bottle is well known – take the last ounces of each whisk(e)y bottle as you finish it and pour them into a bottle you’ve set aside.

Until 2018, the infinity bottle was largely something that people put together at home, but was done more for fun than flavor. The point of difference for the Barrell Craft Spirits “infinity barrel” was to select barrels for their flavor contribution and complexity and blend them in a larger single, or "Infinite" vessel. At each bottling, we remove a portion of that whiskey and replace it with other barrels that will complement the remaining blend. We then repeat the process - bottling a portion and adding newly selected whiskeys each time. To date, we’ve done 19 bottlings of the Infinite Barrel Project. 

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM THE SOLERA PROCESS?

Our Infinite Barrel Project contains fractions of many whiskey barrels in a single blend, and we produce a unique blend for every bottling. A solera is designed to create a consistent product every time. At its most basic, the solera process starts with a single barrel or group of barrels of a specific age. A fraction of the first group of barrels is put it in the second group of barrels, a fraction of that second group is put in the third group and so on. The solera process is designed and symmetrical. We think of our Infinite Barrel Project as a solera in reverse. It's unpredictable and asymmetrical, and constantly evolving.

Bumbu XO is truly a thing of beauty. A smooth, rich and complex rum created from scratch by our master distiller, our XO is aged in bourbon barrels and selectively finished in white oak sherry casks to achieve a beautifully balanced, endlessly sippable rum.

This special release is distilled and aged in Panama, where we created a truly unique – and unquestionably superior – rum. Aromas of toffee, toasted oak, and vanilla give way to orange zest, peppery spice and even a hint of coffee on the palate.

A wonderfully engaging rum that encourages repeat visits, Bumbu XO is perfect for traditional rum cocktails – and perhaps even better on its own, neat or with a single ice cube.

Las Cabras Distillery dates as far back as 1919, when it was just a mere sugar mill. In the 90s the abandoned mill was discovered by Francisco Jose Fernandez Perez, aka "Don Pancho," and Carlos Esquivel. Beneath the overgrown grass, they uncovered a copper column still with a small medallion inscribed with Cincinnati 1922, and the modern day Las Cabras rum production plant was born. The distillery now boasts a five column, continuous distillation installation that distills rum from molasses, fermented using a bespoke strain of pineapple yeast. The facility also produces Caa Brava Rum. This Zafra 21 is distilled by Cuban master blender Francisco "Don Pancho" Fernandez, in the Cuban style of rum production. Made from molasses and aged in used Bourbon barrels for twenty-one years.

Earning top honors from multiple spirit awards, our Bird Dog Black Cherry Whiskey is the ultimate “cherry on top”. This spirit is distilled from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% barley at Striped Pig Distillery in Charleston. Aged in new, charred, white oak it is bottled at a high octane 58.5% ABV. Striped Pig Distillery's bespoke machinery was designed by distillers and owners, Johnny Pieper, Jim Craig and Todd Weiss who created state of the art, custom-made copper plate condensers and stainless steel boilers.
