Pommery Brut Royal is the essence of the Pommery style: liveliness, fresh, finesse. From 40 selected villages in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims and other areas in the Champagne region where the liveliness and delicacy of the chardonnay grape is enhanced by the climate.

TASTING NOTES

Eye: Pale yellow with faint green highlights.

Nose: Lively and « cheerful », fresh, light-hearted, fine, delicate and generous.

Palate: Elegant and lively. Small assertive notes of red fruits. A rounded, rich, delicate wine that lingers in the mouth. In short, a clean taste with no dryness. A very smooth wine which never wanes on the palate.

A unique blend that combines the distinctive characteristics of syrah and cabernet sauvignon, the two most highly regarded red grape varieties grown in Paso Robles. Rich, with full ripe black fruit, spice, and smoky, meaty elements, it’s a wine that lovers of bold wines will be captivated by, while still being classy enough to display exquisite table manners, pairing well with a wide variety of food.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Bright with a purple-ruby core that lightens at the rim, with thick, heavy moderately stained tears on the glass.

Aroma: Aromatic with ripe plum, fresh mission fig, black currant fruit, vanilla, tobacco leaf, dried violet flower, cinnamon, clove, eucalyptus bark, and oak.

Palate: Full-bodied with very ripe black and blue fruits on entry. Boysenberry, blackberry, and black cherry lead to a midpalate that is robust, with savory elements of black olive, cured meat, dried sage, and autumn leaves, surrounded by balanced moderate-plus tannins. The long finish is highlighted by persistent fruit with vanilla, baking spice, black tea, and toasted oak appearing as the finish lingers.

"Grancey" was the name of the last owners of the château situated on the road of Corton, before the Latour family bought it in 1891. This wine, produced by Maison Louis Latour, is unique and exclusive. It is a blend of five areas of Domaine Latour Corton Grand Cru: Bressandes, Perrières, Grèves, Clos du Roi, and Chaumes, the proportions of which vary depending on the vintage. The average age of the vines is over 40 years. After aging individually, only the best barrels are assembled to create the Château Corton Grancey. It is a wine that is produced only if the grapes are of a perfect maturity, vintages judged inferior are systematically declassified.

Tasting Note
Our Château Corton Grancey Grand Cru 2020 reveals a deep ruby colour with a hint of garnet. It is complex on the nose with aromas of black cherry, blueberry, and moka. Round in the mouth, it is lightly peppery on the final. This wine stands out for its complexity and the softness of its tannins.

Incredibly concentrated, the 2016 Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is bold yet bright with a pronounced licorice finish. The intense violet hue lends well to a nose dominated by red fruit and spice. Pomegranate, sage, thyme, and rosemary blend seamlessly with a subtle mineral quality.

The second release in our Founders Reserve series highlights a collection of 15 year old American Light Whiskey barrels distilled from corn at Seagrams Indiana in 2008. Aged in 2nd fill oak barrels, this amazing spirit brings out savory vanilla notes with a hint of cinnamon and creme brûlée. This 15 year old American Light Whiskey is bottled at cask strength.

Napa Valley is known the world over for fine cabernet sauvignon. Vineyards here are blessed with a great diversity of soils and microclimates and express their distinct personalities through remarkable wines. We blend our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from special spots throughout the region, including the renowned cab appellations of Rutherford and Oakville, which impart classic Napa Valley bold fruit intensity, as well as the warmer Calistoga area to the north and the cooler southern reaches of the Suscol watershed, which contribute layers of complexity and depth of flavor.

Wild-harvesting is a much more sustainable practice than monocropping and helps conserve valuable resources such as land and water.

TASTING NOTES
Our Oak-Aged Texas Sotol is the result of aging our Original Texas Sotol in virgin White Oak barrels for approximately one year. On the nose, our Oak Aged is akin to a young whiskey, with pleasing notes of vanilla, cedar and caramel. Sipping reveals more vanilla, along with dried cherries and oak. The finish brings back caramel and a creamy smoothness like vanilla custard, with just a hint of eucalyptus.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
We recommend you sip our Oak-Aged neat or over an ice cube. It also makes a great Old Fashioned and can be substituted for brown spirits in most cocktail recipes.

While it’s not an agave spirit, our Desert Door Original is a lot like a premium tequila on the nose, with bright notes of vanilla and green grass. But here the similarities end. Tasting reveals flavors like toffee, mint, and orange zest. The finish is custard-smooth - smoother than tequila - with subtle hints of sage.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Our Original is great for mixing in cocktails and can be substituted for clear spirits in most recipes. It can also be enjoyed neat or over an ice cube.

It is safe to say that Château D’Esclans is the only rosé producer to be able to achieve this style of wine with such concentration. In a blind tasting, most sommeliers and wine experts would guess it is a White Burgundy like Meursault or Chassagne-Montrachet. Approachable when young, yet a rosé which can be aged.

TASTING NOTES

AROMA: Ripe red berry aromas with toasty and hazel nut notes.

PALATE: Full-bodied, yet elegant. Ripe pineapple and ginger notes with hints of black licorice, making for a rich and exotic palate.

FINISH: Elegant, long a juicy with a suave finish.

Hors d'Age

Aspect: Amber coloured Bas-Armagnac, bright and clear.

Nose: Rancio, nuts, vanilla, toasted notes, mellow wood.

Mouth: Clean attack, soft with light tannins. Note of rancio with a round and supple finish with great length.
