Aramis Vineyards' Single Vineyard Shiraz captures the essence of the McLaren Vale terroir with finesse. This distinguished wine boasts deep crimson hues and a bouquet redolent of ripe blackberries, plums, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it unfolds layers of dark fruit flavors intertwined with subtle oak nuances, culminating in a velvety finish. Crafted with precision and passion, Aramis Vineyards' Shiraz epitomizes the epitome of McLaren Vale's winemaking excellence.

Blueberry and brambly fruit on the nose, with dried mint and aromatic woody herbs, earthy notes and background cedary oak. The Varietal palate shows dark berry fruits along with woody herbs and some mint. Beautiful purple and red hues representative of a classic Cabernet Sauvignon wine with fine tannin structure and lingering flavours.

TASTING NOTES

This Cabernet from our McLaren Vale family vineyard is one for the purists – elegant, structured and displaying great finesse. Concentrated dark berry fruit and liquorice are beautifully balanced with firm tannins and subtle smoky notes, leading to a smooth, savoury finish. 

This Classic Collection Shiraz, sourced from our family vineyard, is an elegant example of McLaren Vale’s flagship varietal. Deep purple, with red hues. Lifted aromas of dark berry and plum fruit, with underlying earthy notes and savoury toasted spice characters, chocolate and liquorice. Dark berry fruit and spice intermingle on the palate, with hints of smoky oak. A rich, well rounded wine with good depth of flavour and fine, structural tannins.

Tasting Note
This White Label Shiraz from our family vineyard is an elegant example of McLaren Vale’s flagship varietal. Deep purple, with red hues. Lifted aromas of dark berry and plum fruit, and more earthy, savoury toasted spice characters along with hints of chocolate and liquorice. Dark berry fruit and spice intermingle on the palate, with hints of smoky oak. A rich, well rounded wine with good depth of flavour and a fine and soft lingering tannin structure.

Celebrating 150 years of passion for cra­fting quality whisky, CASCADE MOON EDITION NO. 2 continues to set the tone for the future of the whisky category while looking toward the next 150 years. Further tying back to George Dickel’s history, the liquid for this second release was taken from a small batch blend curated around the first barrel of TN Whisky  filled a­fter the distillery returned from shutdown in 2003. This small batch blend used less than 20 barrels, holding some of our best whiskies aged at least 17 years that are befitting a celebration of a 150 year heritage.

Our Story

Our vision was to redefine the whiskey drinking experience by creating a premium flavored whiskey that would stimulate the senses at each stage of the drinking process, with incredible
aroma, remarkable taste, and an extremely smooth finish. Out of this vision, the award-winning Duke & Dame Salted Caramel Flavored Whiskey was born.

NATURAL INGREDIENTS

Duke & Dame Salted Caramel Flavored Whiskey is made with only the finest ingredients. From the corn mash used in the distillation process to the caramel flavor used in the blending process, all ingredients used to craft Duke & Dame are 100% natural.

PERFECT BLEND

We begin with a harmonious blend of 100% corn whiskeys meticulously selected by our Master Blenders, including two-year aged Bourbon, which introduces slightly charred orange and toffee notes. The unique flavors and characteristics of the individual whiskeys combine to create a rich, balanced and extremely smooth blended whiskey that perfectly complements the natural flavors and aromas of salted caramel.

Remarkable Taste

We combine our blended whiskey and natural salted caramel flavor to create the unique whiskey experience that is Duke & Dame Salted Caramel Flavored Whiskey. It is the richness and complexity of this combination that gives Duke & Dame its characteristic flavors and aromas, providing a pleasant surprise at each stage of the tasting process.

Kilbeggan Single Pot Still is a glorious tribute to the town and those who kept its whiskey alive, proudly wearing the colour of County Westmeath on its label. It is the second limited release whiskey to be 100% distilled and matured at Ireland’s oldest licensed distillery, and the oldest expression to be released since distillation resumed at Kilbeggan in 2010. Double distilled, once through the oldest working whiskey pot still in the world, Kilbeggan Single Pot Still is a unique mash of malted barley, raw barley, and 2.5% oats that was inspired by historical recipes from the distillery’s heyday in the late-1800s.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Initial fresh crisp aroma followed by apple, pear and melon. Jasmine and hazelnut notes combine with an almost honeycomb sweetness.

TASTE: Spice becomes apparent but not overbearing with summer fruits and citrus. Warming mid palate with a fresh mint leaf flavour leading on to a rich creamy mouthfeel.

FINISH: Initially soft, mellow and smooth with a creamy finish. Lingering spice and a dryness as the oat influence becomes evident.

A beautifully complex Reposado that continues to open up the more you let it sit. Aromas of light spice, floral, and cinnamon blend well with its slightly sweet, caramelized agave taste

Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Distilled Gin is a zesty, fruitful gin, offering a bold and bittersweet taste of the sun-soaked Mediterranean. Seville oranges are distilled with orange blossom and the four botanicals of our classic London Dry gin - piney juniper, peppery coriander, aromatic angelica, and sweet licorice - for a balanced, fruity flavour. Charles Tanqueray’s Andalusian adventures, which took him to the orange groves of Seville in the 1860s, inspired the creation of this truly unique award-winning gin.

Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Distilled Gin is best served with plenty of ice, premium tonic water, and a wedge of orange.

With slightly smokey tastes of butterscotch, oak and pepper, our Reposado is perfectly smooth while maintaining the clear presence of cooked agave. This artfully blended Tequila, with careful amounts of our Añejo added, can be aged up to five times longer than industry standards, and at least twice as long as products similar to ours. There is no predetermined length of aging, as the entire Becherano Family Tasting Council must unanimously decide when the Reposado is good enough to carry the name Cantera Negra. Given the range in length of aging, our Reposado may vary in color between batches. We ensure a consistent flavor and taste with precise blending. While all of our Tequilas are meant for sipping, the Reposado’s pronounced oak presence makes it our favorite for mixing into cocktails.

The botanicals are macerated overnight and then pot-distilled in micro batches for a truly hand-crafted spirit.
