COLOUR: Visually, the Ruinart Blanc de Blancs has a brilliant robe with a beautiful pale yellow color and slight hints of almond green and jade green reflections.

It was completed with 11% traditionally macerated Pinot Noir of the year blended from plots in Aÿ and Taissy, to add a unique spiciness, colour and structure. A stay of around seven years in Krug’s cellars gives

Krug Rosé 26ème Édition was composed around the harvest of 2014, an erratic year that oscillated between hot dry spells, and cool rainy periods. Vines developed under good conditions, ensuring a generous, high quality harvest. The contrasting weather preserved freshness and resulted in great heterogeneity throughout the region, underscoring the importance of the House’s plot-by-plot approach.

Each year, to re-create the dream of the fifth generation of the Krug family of an unexpected, bold and elegant rosé Champagne, the House starts by identifying plots’ wines from the current and previous years that will together convey all possible types of fruit expression. This composition then embraces a traditionally macerated red Pinot Noir, which adds spiciness, colour and structure.

Krug Rosé 26ème Édition is thus the result of complementing the selected plots’ wines of the year with reserve wines from 6 other years. Reserve Chardonnay plot’s wines from the 2006 harvest bring roundness and unctuousness to this Édition of Krug Rosé, while a red Pinot Noir wine of the year blended from plots in Aÿ and Taissy completed the creation. It is the 26th time this dream has been re-created.

In all, reserve wines from the House’s extensive library made up 33% of the final blend of this Édition of Krug Rosé.
The final composition of this Édition of Krug Rosé is 44% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 26% Meunier.
The most non-conformist of Krug Champagnes, Krug Rosé is for bold gastronomic adventures. Combining breadth, depth and grace, it is a perfect tango with savoury dishes of all kinds, replacing a good red wine at the table with brio. It can be enjoyed with foie gras, lamb, game, white meat, venison or even dishes with spices.

Maker Notes

We selected barrel of the sweet, delicate 51% rye/ 45% corn/ 4% barley traditional straight rye and blended it with barrels of the big and bold 51% rye/ 49% malted barley straight rye. The end result is an upfront flavor profile that is beautifully sweet and rich with a luxurious mouthfeel. The finish has just enough cinnamon and rye spice to get your tongue tingling while the flavors from the malted barley, such as smoke and malt are still present, but softer and more subtle.

El Dorado Single Barrel EHP Demerara Rum is a premium spirit from Guyana's El Dorado Distillery, showcasing the heritage of Demerara rum production. Named after the historic EHP wooden Coffey still, this single-barrel release offers rich molasses, tropical fruit, and subtle spice notes. Limited edition and ideal for sipping neat, it reflects El Dorado's commitment to quality and tradition, making it a sought-after choice for rum enthusiasts.

American Oak is the first blend in the Oak Series, an innovative double oak technique where Dixon introduces additional charred oak to barrels with a moderate amount of rye in the mashbill. Dixon will match the profile of each batch for consistent taste and character, providing an everyday offering. American Oak moves from sweet, rich butterscotch on the front, to savory roasted nutty notes in the middle, finishing with a lingering mild spice. It is very approachable and perfect for cocktails.

Sourced from the deserts of San Luis Potosí, our 14 year old Salmiana is cooked in a 200 year old oven made from brick layered upon stone for 7 days using steam seeping through Sabine wood floors. This process allows our mezcal to maintain the truest flavor profiles of a ripe Salmiana agave. 

After 7 days of gradually applied heat, our Salmiana begins the maceration with a Roman concrete double tahona. Our juices then flow via copper grates into a larger pit, finishing the maceration process with a large single tahona stone for the perfect extraction. The aguamiel then flows through copper grates into our open air vats where we use natural fermentation ignited with pulque from the very same Salmiana. After 3 full days, we then distill through our 200 year old copper still, twice. 

A bright, clean and vegetal nose with robust aromas of crisp green bell pepper, fresh cut grass and lemon peel. Upon your first sip, we awaken your palate with a hint of olive and fresh Serrano pepper, cooked Salmiana, and a distinct creamy mouthfeel, which then finishes with lemon zest, green poblano pepper, and an elegance that lingers gracefully.

Introducing Adictivo Small Batch Whiskey, a 100% Single Malt aged in American Oak, finished in Adictivo Tequila casks for a distinctive flavor. The inaugural whiskey from the renowned tequila brand boasts notes of vanilla, sweet fruit, and fresh mint, with a pleasantly woody palate featuring accents of spice, smoke, and nutmeg. Brand Story

Inspired by memorable dinners and nights out on West 32nd Street in New York City’s Koreatown, we sought to develop an approachable, high-quality Soju to share over any meal, toast with for celebrations, or to kick back and catch up with friends.

About the Brand

Four-time NBA Champion and two-time MVP Stephen Curry is entering the spirits industry with the upcoming launch of Gentleman’s Cut Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Years in the making, this highly anticipated, fine-aged bourbon will be released worldwide this July by Game Changer Distillery located in Boone County (Independence, KY). 
“Celebrations take on many different forms, from intimate gatherings to major milestones, and at the center of each memorable moment is a spirit rooted in history and tradition,” said Stephen Curry. “I’m proud to have helped carefully craft a new signature Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Gentleman’s Cut. This rich, complex, and bold bourbon is the perfect offering to commemorate life’s great occasions, and will be part of a raised-glass toasting moment in the lives of my fans, friends, and family.” 
The name, Gentleman’s Cut speaks to the art of crafting a truly fine spirit, as well as to Curry’s skillful movement on and off the court. Motivated by his passion for premium bourbon, Curry was intimately involved in every step of the process – from the manufacturing, blending, and aging to the packaging and marketing efforts.

Aged 5-7 years and bottled at 90 proof, Gentleman’s Cut Kentucky straight bourbon is polished and smooth.

We’ve carefully crafted a blend of 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Malted Barley that delivers a seamless sip of honey, fresh vanilla bean, and rich caramel on the palate. The rye element engages earthy and spicy notes, while the dash of barley offers bold touches of cocoa and toast.

The Tribute Blend is the third small batch blend in the Brand’s Icon Series, a series of one-off small batch releases. Each blend is different and bears its own name, inspired by the story behind it. The Tribute Blend is a nod to Dixon’s parents and the path they paved for him. The Tribute Blend’s mouthfeel is viscous and rich, moving from initial sweetness on the front, to savory notes on the mid-palate, finishing with a muted but lingering spice that hangs around longer than expected.
