Enjoy the following cocktail recipe:

1 L Wild Turkey 101
20 g cardamom seeds
150 g dried, unsweetened cranberries
3 sticks cinnamon

In a wide-mouthed glass infusion jar, place the Wild lurkey 101 and the cardamom seeds. Close and leave in a cool dark place for 1 day. Strain out cardamom and add the cranberries and cinnamon. Close and leave for another 2 days, agitating once per day. Strain solids and store in the original Wild Turkey bottle with proper labeling.

This is a Private Pick Selected by the members of the NEBCo. Barrel #16-12 was selected by 6 members of the group during a virtual barrel pick. This specific barrel was chosen for it complete bourbon profile (Nose, Palate, and Finish), how approachable it is for those new to cask-strength. bourbon, and the complexity it presents for those more experienced with higher proof bourbon.

James, our President and Founder, is at it again and has sourced some amazing barrels of 100% Canadian Rye. Barrel #4985 met his exacting standard and promises to be a special pour.
At 132.2 proof this barrel drinks below it alcohol content while providing a hybrid profile – the spicy notes you would expert from a cold weather rye coupled with vanilla cream, light citrus, and an amazingly long finish.

In May 2021, Lord Hobo Brewing Company (Woburn, MA) picked up seven Kentucky bourbon that housed whiskey used in the production of Batch 2021-03 of New England Barrel Company’s (NEBCo.) Small Batch Select Bourbon. These barrels were then filled with a stout developed by Lord Hobo and left to sit for just over four months.
In September 2021, these barrels were emptied of the stout and brought back to NEBCo where they were filled with single barrels of Kentucky Bourbon aged 3 years, 11 months, and 14 days.
The bourbon was allowed to finish for 3.5 month in these barrels adding complementary notes of the chocolate, toffee, and hints of coffee to the underlying bourbon.
Bottled at cask strength and lightly, non-chill filtered for your enjoyment and drinking pleasure, Barrel 17-45 is limited to 196 bottles.

Slane Special Edition is inspired by Lord Henry Conyngham and the first Slane Castle Concert that took place on August 16, 1981. Now more than 40 years later, Henry’s trailblazing idea lives on both through the concert and Slane Irish Whiskey.

Slane Special Edition uses Slane Irish Whiskey’s signature triple casked blend with an increased amount of Virgin Casks to go with the Seasoned and Sherry Casks. Flavor Profile: Pale straw color, anise nose, subtle juniper, resinous pine, caraway, mild citrus. 

Description: Barrel-aged and bottled at navy strength, this singular gin forms the perfect foundation for our customer's next Martini or Negroni and provides a unique opportunity for mixologists to experiment with a rare category of spirit.

ABV: 57%

Aged: A blend of 1-5 years.  

Flavor Profile: Slight molasses nose, pine resin, grassy, brown sugar, low on congeners, easy drinking belies its age. 

Description: Enjoyed neat or added to cocktails for a decadent depth of flavor, this rare rum reminds the drinker of warm summer breezes, white sand beaches, Mai-Tais, and daiquiris.

ABV: 45%

Aged: 11 Years Old 

Size: 375ml

This rare American Single Malt Whiskey was distilled in-house, grain to glass in the Pacific Northwest and aged for at least 2 years in American White Oak. We then laid the precious liquid to rest in one of two seventy-year-old French sherry casks. Enjoy this truly rare and hard-to-get spirit while you can.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Bergamot with hints of bitter cocoa and cinnamon, brown sugar and butterscotch, followed with dried herbs.

FLAVOR: Chocolate, dried fruit, sherry, biscuit, coconut, and cinnamon.
