CLASSIC COCKTAILS

Crafthouse Classic Cocktails are made from the highest quality all-natural ingredients. They All of our ready to drink cocktails contain no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. 

We use only exceptional spirits, collaborating with the finest producers (many of whom are our friends). You will never find malt, low-grade grain neutral spirits or unnamed “brewed alcohols” in our pre-mixed cocktails. 

Each Crafthouse Classic Cocktail is made just as it would be at a cocktail bar. We simply make them in larger batches. It is important to note that unlike many RTD’s (ready to drink) in the market, our cocktails each have their own ABV (alcohol by volume). You would never expect a Moscow Mule and an Old Fashioned to contain the same percentage alcohol, would you? 

Our cocktails in cans are not watered down. They have full and distinct flavor while still maintaining an accessible profile. Carefully curating our lineup, we worked diligently to provide something for every taste, occasion and mood. 

In alignment with our team’s individual concern for the impact on the environment, Crafthouse Cocktails strives to make sustainable decisions. We recently moved to 100% recyclable aluminum for our 200mls bottle and are introducing a new 1.75L bag-in-box option with less packaging. Our 750mls glass bottle is also 100% recyclable and reusable.

Tasting Notes

Yellow in color with green and golden reflections, this very bright wine presents an elegant train of bubbles. The nose opens on white blossom then citrus, before developing pleasant buttery and brioche notes. Full and rounded in the mouth, with a certain vivacity, and secondary aromas of great complexity, that evolve over time.

TASTING NOTES

A deep, golden yellow color in the bottle with a fine, sparkling perlage. A truly smooth and well-balanced Champagne, the nose is fresh and warm that reveals aromas of white fruits followed with subtle citrus notes. Silky texture with a lively edge, this wine shows its maturity with notes of brioche but plenty of intense freshness leaving a crisp, long-lasting finish. WHAT THE NUMBER 44 SIGNIFIES: Prior to 1844 and the discovery of the wire cage used to keep the cork in place, Champagne was seen as the work of the devil himself -- nicknamed le vin du diable, or "the devil's wine."

STORY

Jean-Charles was born in 1969, the year that mankind went to the moon. As such, 69 represents unlimited expression, freedom, creativity, intellectual revolution, artistry, and refinement. Of course, 69 is also a rosé brut based exclusively on pinot noir; a rosé and femininity.

MADE FROM

Pinot Noir grapes, No 69 is a seductively light and refreshing rose. 

Vibrant aromas of raspberry and red currant evolve into aromatic jammy noes.

THE HISTORY OF THE FAMOUS OLD BRAND​

First established in 1856 in Paris, Kentucky, a town tucked away in the heart of Bourbon County, Chicken Cock Whiskey rose to popularity during the 19th century. James A. Miller built a distillery and started making Chicken Cock, a type of whiskey unique to the bluegrass region. During the 1920’s it was a staple of prohibition-era speakeasies, like the Cotton Club, where it was smuggled inside in nondescript tin cans, earning it the nickname, “the Whiskey in a tin can.” Unfortunately, the original distillery where Chicken Cock was made burned down in the 1950s, causing a decades long pause for the once great brand. Known as “The Famous Old Brand” for much of its history, Chicken Cock Whiskey has now reclaimed its spot amongst the great American whiskies, because good spirits never go out of style. Staying true to the rich 166-year-old brand history while modernizing it just a touch, the products we’ve created are an unsurpassable collection of small-batch craft whiskies.

DOUBLE OAK KENTUCKY WHISKEY

Age and wood.  You can't have great whiskey without great wood. That is why we aged our 8-year-old whiskey in American oak barrels twice. This process allows us to extract all of the great flavor within the oak to create a robust and interesting sipper. Double the wood, double the flavor.

WHEN YOUR WHISKEY COMES FROM A CASTLE, YOU KNOW IT’S FIT FOR A KING.

In 1966, Mark Edwin Andrews purchased Knappogue Castle, a 15th century castle in Ireland, which was then in ruins. He and his wife, a prominent architect, then embarked on an ambitious program of restoration, in an effort to return the structure to its original state of glory and grandeur. It was around this time that Andrews began buying casks of fine pot still whiskey from top distilleries in the country. The casks were further aged and bottled under what is now the Knappogue Castle label. His last bottling, a 1951 vintage aged 36 years, is revered by connoisseurs as the oldest and rarest commercially available Irish whiskey on the market. Many years later, his son, Mark Andrews III, would bring Knappogue 1951 and his father’s legacy to the United States and other international markets.

Introducing new Redemption Sur Lee Straight Rye Whiskey. Inspired by the French winemaking process known as “Sur Lie”, Redemption Sur Lee uses a groundbreaking whiskey-making technique that has never been done before in the category. To create this first-of-its-kind innovation, we take our award-winning classic pre-Prohibition Rye mash bill and break conventional whiskey-making norms by adding the “whiskey lees” into the barrels and periodically rotating them during the aging process. The result is a deep, complex whiskey with bold, rich taste, a silky finish and a hint of rye spice.

Flavor Profile

NOSE: Floral upfront with a lovely nutty, woody back drop. Evokes deep fruit notes of dried mango, bergamot orange, and honey baked apples.

PALATE: Round, rich and soft with decadent nutty and buttery notes that envelop the palate. Supporting notes of toasted marshmallow, maple, and nutmeg, balanced with Redemption Rye’s signature undertones of fennel and caraway.

FINISH: A lingering, balanced finish that coats the palate. Spice fades into a hint of sweetness with warming flavors of­ pie crust, sweet pine, buttered popcorn, vanilla and dried fig.

Legacy Series: Chapter 3

Inspired by Sir Arthur John Tedder – The Exciseman stationed at Glengoyne defining the rules of Scotch whisky, inspired by our distillery. March 2nd 1908 – He was first witness at the Royal Commission on Whiskey* and other potable spirits. A royal commission to determine the very concept of what whisky was. On one side was the purists who only thought Pot Still whisky was whisky and on the other side Blenders who thought grain and malt whisky combined was whisky. The Scots and the blenders won the day after 37 sittings; This was seen as the sensible outcome. Blends could still be called Whisky and called Scotch if distilled in Scotland.

We will use this exceptional whisky to celebrate Tedder’s influence in defining what should make a great Scotch during his time stationed at Glengoyne – defining the rules to which we still distil to this day. Tedder would be proud of this exceptional whisky – bottled using some of the very finest American oak sherry casks in our Glengoyne warehouses – and we thank him as the attention to detail and his exacting standards not only creates rules the whole industry follows today, but it inspired the people of Glengoyne to constantly pursue perfection, and helping to create the Unhurried Glengoyne Way.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE: Deep Gold

NOSE: On the nose, signature Glengoyne deep sherry notes which accompany our distinctive cinnamon sticks and vanilla aromas.  A very pleasing combination of mixed berry jam and apple strudel intertwine revealing some pear. 

PALATE: On the palate, a rich luxurious body that’s satisfyingly chewy with warm boozy raisins combining with spiced buns slowly giving way to tarte tatin and smooth cream sherry. 

FINISH: The finish is light and fruity, which deepens with hints of pineapple, dried fruits, dark chocolate and lingering spice finish are the aromatic ‘legacy’ of this wonderful dram before you reach for the bottle and go back for more.

Shakmat (or shakhmat) is the Armenian word for chess. But our Shakmat is so much more than a game. It is a symbol. A symbol of life, persistence, patience, and wisdom of a people that do not fall, even when held in check.

Shakmat 23 Year Old is a premium brandy originating from the birthplace of winemaking. It is an embodiment of Armenia’s two national treasures – Chess and Konyak.

THE OPENING

Armenia has excellent conditions for the production of a brandy’s most important ingredient: grapes. The local brandy only utilizes indigenous grape varieties and there are over 200 grown there. For Shakmat, we used the following grape varieties: Kangun, Kakhet, Garan Dmak and Rkatsiteli.

THE TACTICS
Shakmat is a 23 Year Old Brandy, aged in barrels made of local Caucasian oak. The terroir (both for grapes and oak barrels) is what gives it its distinctive flavor profile.

CHECKMATE
Shakmat offers an abundance of exciting flavors including dried fruits (plums, raisins), walnuts, cloves, tobacco, molasses, vanilla, oak, and a bit of black pepper. It takes a well-known and loved flavor profile and elevates it.

Aged no less than 36 months, our Extra Añejo drinks like a bourbon-lover’s Tequila. Rich and buttery smooth from start to finish, this very special Tequila offers notes of chocolate and coffee. We artfully blend bourbon-cask and cognac-cask aged Tequila with it for an unrivaled, sophisticated taste. Our Extra Añejo makes a great sipping drink with dessert. We find pairing it with dark chocolate creates an outstanding and rewarding experience.

Aberfeldy Distillery is nestled within a lush valley in the foothills of the Central Highlands of Scotland. Known as the ‘Golden Dram’, the distillery’s water source is the famous Pitilie Burn, renowned locally for its water quality and famed for its deposits of alluvial gold. Time honored techniques, such as longer fermentation, conjure rare honeyed notes key to the signature sweetness of Aberfeldy’s malts.

The "Aberfeldy 12 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey" is Scented with spices and honeyed plump fruits. Syrupy, with lots of vanilla and fudge, with a whisper of smoke on the finish.

Our 25 year old is a complex and elegant Campbeltown single malt Scotch whisky. Bottled at 48.8%, this full-bodied whisky offers a fruity and sweet character with crisp coastal notes and hints of sea spray. Gently matured in our finest American oak barrels before being married in first-fill bourbon casks before bottling. The signature nose has hints of vanilla oak interwoven with subtle notes of sea spray and spicy aromatic fruits. Bottled at 48.8% with no added color or chill-filtration, as nature intended.
