While White Blended Rum has existed in many forms, this is the first time that a White Blended Rum has been made entirely in the Caribbean, in collaboration between two different distilleries, selected by the rum makers themselves.

For the first time in history, Probitas is a joint venture between Caribbean distilleries to produce a blended Rum. Our Fine Blanche is a new classic!

Eau-de-vie. It has never been so well named. Transparent. Lively. Exhilarating. Fine Blanche is the authentic expression of a year. It carries all the fruity flavors of the wine from which it is made. This “Armagnac in its prime”, bottled without having been aged in wood, is both traditional and innovative. The only perfectly natural brandy!

This particular Armagnac is a blend of different vintages, carefully selected and artfully crafted to create a spirit of exceptional quality and complexity.

Château Arton La Réserve represents a harmonious combination of different grape varieties, including Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Baco, which are grown in the Gascony region of France. The grapes are meticulously harvested and fermented, and the resulting wine is distilled in copper stills to produce a clear, high-proof spirit.

Following distillation, the Armagnac is aged in oak barrels, allowing it to develop its character and flavors over time. Château Arton La Réserve is typically aged for a minimum of seven years, although the specific aging period may vary depending on the batch. During this maturation process, the Armagnac interacts with the wood, absorbing its tannins and acquiring a range of delightful aromas and flavors.

Les Reserves d'Arton Crme de Peche de Vigne is an extremely bright and fruit forward expression of heirloom varietal Peaches, grown entirely in estate owned orchards in the iconic Dordogne region of France.

Enjoyed with dry white wine, and fresh mint in a sangria - or with champagne on a summer afternoon - the rich character of these heirloom peche de vigne (peach of the vine) present a natural, and accurate character of ripe fresh peach.

Les Reserves d'Arton Poire Ancienne is a true fruit brandy, or eau de vie (water of life). Extracting the character of several ancient and heirloom varietals of pear into spirit form.

Traditionally enjoyed chilled, or after dinner, this spirit has recently become embraced by craft cocktail bartenders and mixologists worldwide. Estate grown heirloom orchard pears are fermented and distilled to capture the purest expression of their essence. Bottled at 42% ABV.
