This exceptional tequila starts as 100% weber blue agave which is triple-distilled for exceptional smoothness. It is then rested in American white oak barrels for at least 12 months to enhance its character – adding an array of subtle flavors, and a unique smoky finish. Finally, this aged liquid is filtered through diatomaceous earth to gently extract the color, rounding out the flavor profile.

WINEMAKING
We use Pinot Noir, Sangiovese and Gamay lots that have a noticeable pink hue and generous strawberry and black-cherry-like flavors for our Brut Rosé. The goal is to consistently produce a rosé that is flavorful, bright and aromatic. One interesting aspect of making a rosé using the classic méthode champenoise process is the color balance. The yeast used in the bottle fermentation process removes some of the color from the California champagne, and the amount of color loss is unpredictable. To correct for this, we use a small amount of young red wine in the sweetening dosage to add a note of complexity and adjust the color back to a nice pink hue.

Acquired by Fratelli Branca Distilleries in 1987, Candolini is a soft and elegant grappa preferred by the Italians. Produced from carefully selected high-quality distillates, Candolini broadens its presence on the market by launching single-varietal variants, with quality distillates originating from a single vine.

"Candolini Bianca" possesses a balanced yet delicate aroma and taste. Produced with carefully selected distillates, it is a fresh Grappa, ideal to end meals with.

"Candolini Ruta" has a delicate and harmonious scent and taste, thanks to the very fine infusion of fresh rue. Serve in tulip-shaped glasses at a temperature between 50° and 60 °F. Perfect after a meal.

Using our proprietary BLACK NOISE finishing process, each batch of whiskey is blasted with its very own Metallica playlist, curated by the band themselves. The wind from the North Sea mixes blood with the desert of Mexico in this double-distilled rye whisky aged in old mezcal casks. An illegal love affair with a gentle and exotic aftertaste. Stauning Bastard a rye whisky made purely of local ingredients, malted on the floor at our distillery and double-distilled in flame-heated pot stills. After at least three years in new, toasted virgin American oak casks, it has been rounded off with at least 6-months ageing in old mezcal casks from Mexican Oro de Oaxaca. The result is an elegant love child whose equal you won't find anywhere else in this world.

Born and raised in the scenic city of Chattanooga TN, J.W. Kelly’s original Single Barrel Bourbon was bottled at cask strength, creating a handmade style with its own unique flavors. Reborn in 2016, this unique single barrel, coming in at 109 proof,  is hand bottled and double oaked. Every barrel is selected from barrels 5-8 years old. Once the barrel has been selected it is then transferred into a new American oak barrel and aged for another 8-12 months. Every barrel will be different and have its own personality. That’s the benefit of a single barrel, amazing taste, flavors and an amazing surprise with every glass.

The Gem of Kentucky is the premiere offering from 2XO. The only double barreled single barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey on the market. The barrels are exclusively selected by Dixon from his double barreled stocks of the high rye bourbon mash bill (35% rye) that spend a year in new charred oak barrels before bottling. It is a full-bodied, full-flavored expression that leans on Dixon’s unique double-barreling process for a richer and more viscous mouthfeel. The differing char levels on the secondary barreling allow complex flavors to develop and balance the spicy finish from the high rye distillate.

Each double barreled single barrel is unique. Some barrels are sweeter with notes of chocolate, cinnamon, and toasted marshmallows that flow into baking spices. Other barrels are more savory with notes of dark red fruits, nutmeg, and black pepper spice.

MacNair’s Lum Reek 12-year-old combines Single Malts from Islay and Speyside – two of the most renowned whisky producing regions in Scotland.  The recipe, created by industry veteran and Master Distiller/Blender of the Year, Billy Walker, includes both peated and unpeated whiskies, including aged GlenAllachie single malt. The small batch expression was matured at The GlenAllachie Distillery in a combination of first fill Bourbon, Pedro Ximénez and red wine casks until the whisky reached its optimum. The consequential bronze spirit, offered without added colouring or chill-filtration, reveals sophisticated notes of sweet peat reek, warming mocha, Scottish heather, and butterscotch.

Our Lum Reek 12-year-old has won some incredible global accolades, including Double Gold (San Francisco World Spirits Competition, 2021), Best Blended Malt under 12 Years (World Whiskies Awards, 2020), and Gold (Scotch Whisky Masters, 2021).

Ploughing Edition (First Crop)
Our first peated expression, matured in ex-Islay barrels and peated quarter casks, is inspired by winter on the farm, when we plough the fields in preparation for spring. We have created a warming, smoky version of our signature Lochlea whisky, with an icy blue label that reflects our cold and frosty Ayrshire winters.
