Sassenach Select is what happens when great whiskey meets amazing tequila. Master distiller Antonio Salles and the Sassenach spirits founder Sam heughan joined forces to create a small-batch limited-edition aged tequila. The Sassenach Select is a double wood reposado that is handcrafted using the finest matured agave from the highlands of Jalisco and mineral-rich water from volcan de tequila, distilled in traditional copper pot stills, aged for two years in American oak barrels, and finished for four months in French oak barrels. These attributes form the foundation of the Sassenach Select's unique character and exceptional, unparalleled taste.

The Sassenach Select marks the first-ever joint venture between the acclaimed teams at El Tequileño and The Sassenach Spirits. During several trips to Mexico, Antonio "Tony" Salles and the Scottish actor and spirits aficionado Sam Heughan joined forces. Salles reveals that the inception of this unique blend began with their shared appreciation for The Sassenach whisky. Despite the geographical distance, they merged their respective cultures and unwavering commitment to creating exceptional spirits, all with the aim of doing justice to this innovative creation.

To breathe life into this expression, they began with an award-winning foundation. Salles shares his inspiration from learning about the meticulous process behind The Sassenach whisky and immersing himself in Scottish tales. "The Scottish and Mexican cultures bear striking similarities," notes Salles. "Both hold tremendous pride in their nations, boast deep-rooted histories, and, of course, possess an immense passion for producing their iconic spirits." The Sassenach Select is meticulously handcrafted using the finest matured agave sourced from the Highlands of Jalisco, complemented by mineral-rich water from El Volcán de Tequila. Created in 1927 by the visionary Louis-Alexandre Marnier-Lapostolle, Cuvée Du Centenaire is a celebration of the 100 years anniversary of Maison Marnier-Lapostolle, founded in 1827. Originally only given as a gift for family, friends and clients, Grand Marnier Cuvée Du Centenaire is comprised of XO cognacs, sourced from the finest growing areas in the cognac region – mostly Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne – and it is refined through the ages in tronçais oak casks at the prestigious Château Grand Marnier in Bourg-Charente.

Grand Marnier Cuvée Du Centenaire liqueur is best served neat in a sipping glass, with ice on the side to further reveal the nuanced tasting notes. The intriguing interplay of aged cognac and vivid bitter oranges is the perfect experience to sublimate and close a refined gourmet dinner.

Created in 1860, Early Times grew up during the early days of the country, when most of America was still country. The name Early Times was chosen as a tribute to the old-fashioned method of making whisky, which included mashing grain in small tubs and distilling the whisky in copper stills over open fires. Today, the process of distilling Early Times is much more exacting, but it still delivers the unmistakable mellow taste that is reminiscent of the original American whisky experience.

Pierde Almas La Puritita Verda is made from agave Espadin, which takes 8 to 10 years to mature. This Mezcal is crafted in San Juan del Rio by maestro mezcalero Rodolfo Hernandez. It has a savory smoke flavor with earthy undertones. It could be sipped neat, but is most commonly used as a mixer for cocktails.

Behind each bottle of Pierde Almas is a time-honored recipe kept alive with painstaking care by the family patriarch in each successive generation. Their labels are hand-printed on 100% acid-free, handmade paper derived from fibers that are indigenous to the region and have been in use since pre-Columbian times. With their Wild Agave Reforestation Program, they are actively engaged in the re-forestation of wild species of Agave in those areas where their populations have been depleted. Pierde Almas begins each rainy season by inviting bartenders, chefs, restaurateurs, and journalists to join them for their annual wild Tobal planting. Due to the artisanal nature of their mezcal, the ABV of each lot may vary slightly.

In May 2018, British multinational alcoholic beverages company Diageo purchased Pierde Almas Mezcal.

Every year, Pinhook releases a new bourbon and rye, each of which is connected to a promising young thoroughbred horse. The whiskey in each release is the best expression of our barrels at that moment in time, and we blend and proof each release to be as unique as the horse on the label Bourbon Country is the latest edition of straight bourbon whiskey produced by Pinhook. The traditional mashbill has over three years of barrel age and was blended and proofed by Sean Josephs at Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, KY.

Eagle Rare Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is masterfully crafted and carefully aged for no less than ten years. The rareness of this great breed of bourbon is evident in its complex aroma, as well as the smooth and lingering taste. Eagle Rare is a bourbon that lives up to its name with its lofty, distinctive taste experience.
