Sheep Dog Peanut Butter Whiskey is produced by Sazerac Company in Louisville, Kentucky. This whiskey has natural flavors and caramel color with notes of peanut butter, vanilla, and caramel corn with whiskey undertones. Additional time in the glass delivers out butterscotch notes. An initial thick viscose mouthfeel is rampant with flavors of simple syrup, citrus, and sweet vanilla frosting, followed by caramel, popcorn, and massive peanut butter notes. This bold flavor effervesces into notes of vanilla and toffee. The finish is lingering, warm and somewhat dry with a subtle bite evolving into notes of vanilla, peanut butter, caramel, butterscotch, coffee, subtle oak and whiskey flavors. 

Heaven Hill distillery was founded in 1935, immediately after Prohibition ended in the United States in 1933, after a group of investors decided to be ready for the rebounding market. The investors including the famous Joseph L. Beam. Heaven Hill is located on a massive estate boasting 22 multi-story rick-houses across hundreds of acres of land. Now known as the Heaven Hill Bernheim Distillery they have the second-largest inventory of Bourbon Whiskey in the world. It is also the only remaining family-owned distillery in Kentucky. After retiring their hallmark 6-year-old bourbon, on June 24, 2019 Heaven Hill launched this 7-year-old Bottled-in-Bond flagship bourbon. This whiskey scored 92 points and ranked #4 on Whisky Advocate's Top 20 Whiskies of 2019 which stated This whiskey more than proves its merit. It's explosive, bold, and buttery, with warm flavors of honey-roasted peanuts, caramel, chocolate, corn muffins, licorice, and cinnamon, all accented by notes of savory herbs, cloves, white pepper, tobacco, and an earthy undertone. Forty years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence, George A. Dickel was born in a rural town in eastern Tennessee. By 1867, Dickel was an established Nashville merchant but moved his family to the city of Tullahoma (situated in south-central Tennessee), where he purchased the Cascade Hollow Distillery. After working tirelessly at the distillery, Dickel declared that his spirits were of equal quality to the finest scotch, and followed in the Scottish tradition of spelling whisky without an "e." While George A. Dickel Distillery was forced to close its doors as a result of Prohibition, it was rebuilt in 1958 by Master Distiller Ralph Dupps. To ensure the whisky's authenticity, Dupps obtained the original manuscripts in which Dickel detailed his unique recipe and distillation processes. Today, Master Distiller John Lunn carries on the tradition of excellence that has made Dickel whisky a symbol of quality for over a century. Bourbon & Brew is the intersection between bourbon whiskey and cold brew coffee. We begin the process with a bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. After aging, we add a twist – a French Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with cold brew coffee, imparting rich, hearty flavors, and notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and burnt vanilla.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Sunset Orange

AROMA: Curiously perfumed and aromatic, a big top note of fragrant lavender tumbles into vetiver and incense candles. Down below, deeper notes of leather and wax dance alongside a rich almond nuttiness. A splash of water reveals gentle wisps of woodsmoke and damp peat moss. Hints of menthol hurl headlong into rich antique leather.

TASTE: A viscous mouthfeel bursts forth to introduce a sparkling array of salty, sweet, and savoury flavours. Peat smoke, eucalyptus oil, minty chocolate and toffee mingle with smoked pecans, creosote, and tar. Subtle sweet pear crumble and fudge lurk in the background.

FINISH: Finally, a long and lingering finale of salted caramel and cooling menthol brings this showstopping spectacle of flavour to a close.

Bottled at 108 to 114 proof, Maker’s Mark Cask Strength amps up the front-of-the-palate flavors of Maker’s Mark. In other words, it’s Maker’s with a lot more Maker’s. But the higher alcohol content of our Cask Strength isn’t the story here – it’s the taste. Maker’s Mark Cask Strength has more of the rich oak, vanilla, caramel and spice that are the signature flavors of Maker’s Mark.

Maker's Mark 46 is made by taking fully matured Maker's Mark Bourbon at cask strength and inserting specially seared French oak staves into the barrels. The bourbon finishes aging for a few months before bottling. The French oak staves selected from the Independent Stave Company were named "Stave Profile No. 46," hence the name. When Maker's Mark 46 first launched in 2010, it was the brand’s first extension for Maker’s Mark. This Maker's Mark 46 Cask Strength originally was only available at the Maker's Mark Distillery in Loretto, Kentucky for purchase. However, to mark the 10th anniversary of the launch of the brand, Maker's Mark has released this to a wider audience.

The nose is inviting with vanilla and maple notes along with a light herbal aroma. The char smoke is gentle. As you taste, the French oak staves become noticeable in the bourbon with a gentle toasted flavor. This adds a nice spiced element to the bourbon, which is soft on the palate.

OUR STORY

Belle Glos showcases distinctive Pinot Noirs produced from California’s most noteworthy coastal wine-growing regions.

While each vineyard location lies near the Pacific Ocean, the climate differences are significant, varying with the amount of fog, wind, sunlight, and soil type at each site. Each Vineyard Designate is crafted to distill the purest essence of the locale into elegant expressions of California Pinot Noir.

Owner/winemaker, Joe Wagner chose the name Belle Glos (pronounced “BELL GLOSS”) to honor his grandmother, Lorna Belle Glos Wagner. Lorna was a co-founder of Caymus Vineyards, an inspirational figure to Joseph and an avid lover of Pinot Noir.

RUSSIAN RIVER VALLEY

Once a dairy farm and pastureland, this vineyard has realized its greatest potential as a prime, virgin Pinot Noir vineyard. It was first planted in 2000 to a mix of Dijon clones 115, 667, and 777, all grafted on low-vigor rootstock 101-14.

We harvested early in the morning so the fruit would arrive at the winery while the grapes were still cool to preserve the vineyard-fresh flavors. After destemming (but not crushing) the berries, we cold-soaked the fruit for up to two weeks to soften the skins and allow for ideal extraction. During fermentation in a combination of closed and open-top stainless steel fermenters, we used both punch-downs and pump-overs to extract color and tannins, and also to control temperatures and maximize flavors. We aged the wine in 100% French oak (60% new) for up to nine months. After the wine underwent malolactic fermentation, we racked it twice before making the final blend.

Tasting Notes

Deep garnet in color with abundant aromas of sun-warmed black cherry, raspberry compote, and dark chocolate followed by hints of cedar and black currant. Bold and rich tones layered with flavors of fresh strawberry cobbler and bramble accompanied by notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. This wine has rich tannins, nice concentration, depth, and natural acidity that expresses the authenticity of a Sonoma County Pinot Noir.

We were proud to craft the collector's line of Beluga Transatlantic Racing in honor of The Russian Yachting Team, which has achieved brilliant victories at a number of prestigious competitions in the Mediterranean and Atlantic Regattas. The recipe of this kind of Beluga differs from other vodkas in the Beluga constellation: In the process of filtration, the spirit passes through natural cotton.

The resting period is increased to 45 days, making its taste even more delicate. Such treatment results in a fresh aftertaste and the elite smoothness of Beluga Transatlantic Racing. The bottle's design clearly reflects marine motifs: The label features a golden anchor on a deep navy-blue background. There is also a little Beluga fish on the bottle's neck in shiny gold.
