Matured for 15 years, this is our most balanced and smooth single malt. Balancing two different sides of the flavour spectrum, this single malt marries these perfectly, whilst also reflecting our coastal home and its unwavering influence.

Legent Yamazaki Cask Finish Blend, an exclusive release inspired by diverse perspectives in whiskey craftsmanship, unfolds a remarkable journey. Originating as an exceptional Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey meticulously crafted by Fred in Kentucky, it embarked on a transpacific voyage to Japan. There, at the revered Suntory Yamazaki Distillery near Kyoto, Shinji nurtured it in specially chosen French Oak wine casks and Spanish Oak sherry casks, adding rich nuances and a vibrant spiced finale. A select reserve further matured in sherry casks that once cradled Yamazaki Single Malt Japanese Whisky, contributing a full-bodied malty depth and intricate layers of flavor.

Upon returning to Clermont, the three uniquely refined batches reunited with the original Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, resulting in a bottling that epitomizes a harmonious and intricate fusion. Maker Notes

The grapes for our Il Ducale wine come from the most prestigious wine-growing regions of Tuscany, including Ruffino's estate vineyards. After we ferment the wine in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for eight days, it receives extended grape skin contact for another eight to 10 days for deep colour and concentrated flavours. We age this wine for 12 months in oak casks of first, second and third use.

IL DUCALE RED BLEND

Color:  Ruby red with violet reflections.

Aroma:  Il Ducale shows notes of cassis, cherries, plums, and chocolate, which then fade into aromas of vanilla, tobacco, vanilla, eucalyptus, and spice.

Tasting profile:  The wine opens with fruit-driven notes that unfold into round, elegant tannins. This well-balanced wine finishes with ripe fruits and aromas of vanilla and balsamic herbs. Il Ducale is a modern Tuscan wine born from Ruffino’s century-old winemaking traditions.

The first Texas whisky on the market since Prohibition, Baby Blue is crafted from roasted blue corn. This rich and oily maize adds new sophistication to the corn whisky tradition while keeping the freshness and verve of classic American distilling. Intentionally youthful, Baby Blue captures the essence of this prized corn with a round nuttiness, roasted overtones and refined complexity. The mouthfeel is viscous with a soft finish. Brenne Ten is an extremely limited annual release marrying about four different hand-selected barrels. The spirit is fermented and distilled in alembic Charente stills and aged for a decade in a combination of new French Limousin oak and Cognac casks. Brenne Ten shares the Estate Cask’s DNA, but features a deeper, striking richness. On the palate: creamy fruit-forward taste with notes of dried fruits, chili spice, and dark chocolate.
