Caramel Apple Pie

Ingredients: 2 oz. Carolans Salted Caramel, 1 oz. Apple Vodka

Instructions: Rim chilled glass with cinnamon and sugar mix. Add Carolans and apple vodka in a shaker with ice, strain into glass. Garnish with an apple slice.

Tasting Notes
Deep, dark red in color with lush flavors of cherries, blackcurrants, blackberries, cedar, and a bit of black tar. It shows a tremendous concentration of flavors and a smooth, almost silky texture framed by a firm tannic structure that truly stands out at the beginning of the long finish.

Aging: 16 months in French oak barrels

World’s Best Single Malt Whisky.
To create this whisky, we traveled all the way to Spain, and had Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry made especially for us. The casks, once filled with quality sherry and seasoned for one year in Spain, were brought to the distillery to mature our New-Make spirit for a wonderful complex whisky. The M&H Elements Sherry is the first and only kosher single malt whisky in the world, aged in Sherry casks. This single malt reveals robust flavors of red fruit, dark chocolate, and oaky notes.

TASTING NOTES

AROMA: Dominant rich red fruit notes, covered by gentle oak, caramel scent and lemon freshness.

PALATE: Medium bodied. Light fruity sherry sweetness, rich fruits and dark chocolate, followed by gentle oaky notes.

FINISH: Long. The dark chocolate notes linger in the palate for a while, followed by tobacco and oak notes.

BACKGROUND

Boulard Calvados is the first name in super-premium Calvados, the celebrated apple-based spirit unique to the Normandy region of France. Boulard was founded in the late 1820's by Pierre-August Boulard.

Boulard's time-honored reputation begins in the firm's 150 acres of orchards and 35,000 apple trees in the Pays d'Auge district, the officially designated source of the finest apples in Normandy. Over 120 varieties of apple, from 800 varieties grown in Boulard's orchards, are selected for production of Boulard Calvados (over twice the number of varieties stipulated by the governing body regulating Calvados production).

Calvados Boulard VSOP is the culmination of blending different Calvados Pays d'Auge from 4 to 10 years old.

Our tequila is meticulously fashioned using age-old techniques, such as utilizing stone ovens for agave roasting and pot stills for a meticulous double distillation process. Southern Alps of New Zealand

New Zealand water is unique because our geography is unique.

The rain that hits New Zealand is the same as the rain that hit New Zealand a thousand years ago. None of it comes through clouds passing over land masses belching out car fumes and agricultural enhancers. The first thing it hits is a huge, jagged mountain range that runs the length of the South Island. This mountain range then holds this water for 80 years. That’s how long it takes to travel through the layers of sediment until it’s finally released in to the depths of one of the world’s last natural aquifers. Think about that. The water in this gin has actually been filtering through rock since before your grandfather was the age you are now.

The Bottle

The bottle is deliberate. It’s a modern take on the original Genever bottles from 200 years ago.

If gin-makers from then were making gin today we know they would make it like we do, because we make it like they did.

4 Grain & Maple is the intersection between four grain bourbon and maple syrup. We begin the process with a four grain bourbon made from 55% corn, 18% rye, 22% wheat, 5% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. After aging, we add a twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with maple syrup, imparting sweet, rich flavors, and notes of maple syrup, butterscotch and cinnamon.

True Blue 100 is made from the same select barrels of our blue corn whisky that have always gone into our True Blue Cask Strength, diluted down to 100 proof. As such, many Bourbon drinkers, in particular, may gravitate to this powerfully subtle dram.  Since the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, ‘100 proof’ has long stood for quality and authenticity. True Blue 100 carries on that tradition. 100% of the whisky in this bottle was born, raised, and bottled at Balcones–from mash to glass. More approachable than full cask-strength whisky, True Blue 100 retains the depth and complexity of over-proof spirits with the softer edges, supple textures and fuller fruitiness that slight dilution can bring. Maker Notes

Mixed with our award-winning Cape Gin, these glass-free cocktails are ready for outdoor activities, beaches, and fiery fun. Coit small-batch Cape Gin is fruity, fermented with rooibos tea from the Western Cape of South Africa. Each cocktail is named after an early San Francisco settlement.

In 2006, Munich bartenders Stephan Berg and Alexander Hauck gave birth to the idea of producing handmade, classic cocktail bitters. Their goal was to introduce a new line of bitters that would allow mixologists, bartenders, and consumers everywhere to reach back in time and create traditional cocktails that were reminiscent of the drinks mixed centuries ago. Thus The Bitter Truth Co. was born. Tiki Lovers is the next logical step for the company a rum brand focused on blended rums with added character. The idea came about when Berg & Hauck came upon several subpar tropical Tiki cocktails during their travels. Berg has first-hand experience with rum making from his younger days, spent as a seafarer in the Caribbean, where he learned about distilling, blending, and mixing the popular spirit. His partner, a designer, bartender, and rum aficionado, has been a fan of Polynesian culture ever since visiting the famous Mai-Kai restaurant and venue in Fort Lauderdale, seeing the colorful dance performances, the carved statues, and experiencing Tiki drinks. The Tiki Lovers Pineapple rum followed in the footsteps of their Dark Rum and White Rum and is made with aged as well as unaged Jamaican pot-still rum, 3YO ex-bourbon barrel-aged rum from Barbados, as well as some clear column still rum from Guyana and Trinidad. It is a nod to Caribbean rum of the past, where fresh pineapples were added to sugar cane spirits. This modern take has all-natural pineapple extract added, made from ripe tropical South American pineapples. The infusion is added at the end of the process, before letting the blend rest and giving the aromas a chance to come together.

Terrazas de los Andes Cabernet Sauvignon. Naturally low-yield vines grown in the clay soils of Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo, bring forth full-bodied, generous flavors. And our best plot in Paraje Altamira, Uco Valley, offers spicy, fruity aromas. Blending the contrasts of five in transition to organic plots, this Mendoza red wine is perfect for ageing.

TASTING NOTES
This Argentinean Cabernet Sauvignon offers a complex bouquet that shows back pepper, tobacco and fresh herbal hints, combined with notes of dark chocolate and caramel due to the oak aging. In mouth, it stands out for presenting a greasy and long sensation with granular tannins and a fresh finish.

This is a rare expression from the Jimenez Mendez family. This mezcal has a velvety mouthfeel with bold roasted agave flavors and citrus fruit notes before delivering a long, lasting finish.

The highest proof spirit released by El Buho, the Arroqueño is a rare agave used by the Jimenez Mendez family to make mezcal. With a smooth start of bold roasted agave flavor, this velvety mezcal has an incredible texture of light fruit notes and a long-lasting finish.

The Arroqueño agave takes about 15 to 20 years to mature. One of the singularities of A. Americana is their size with harvested piñas weighing up to 300kgs, making it one of the largest plants mezcal is made of. These agaves can be found in the wild regions of Oaxaca and San Luis Potosí.

Arroqueño agave prefer full sun and well drained soil. The conditions are very important for the plant to mature, and help explain why its maturity window ranges from 10 to 25 years.
