Today we bring you Special Reserve Straight Bourbon. A select reserve of our special stock that is non chill filtered and aged 6 years in American Oak Barrels. Incredibly balanced with a smooth long finish. You get a generous amount of orchard fruits on the nose and clove and spice on the palate.

THE TASTE OF A PRISTINE LAND

Smogóry Forest is crafted with rare Diamond Dankowskie rye from a single estate located in Smogóry, a tiny village in rural Western Poland surrounded by the region’s vast, pristine forests. This exceptionally bold, robust and savory vodka captures the essence of its unspoiled region, recalling the dense hardwood forests dominating the terroir.

The Single Estate Rye Series celebrates Belvedere’s craftsmanship and expertise in vodka distilling, as well as our ability to produce vodkas of complex character. When tasted side by side, the two vodkas deliver demonstrably different taste profiles, illustrating the variation of terroir on the same Dankowskie Diamond rye grown in each unique location.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Intense aromas of sea air, toasted rye bread and caramel.

Palate: Rich and mellow with initial impressions of salted caramel, cereal and a touch of honey. Persistent with delicate notes of toasted bread, white pepper and fudge. Mouthfeel is rich, well rounded and luscious.

Finish: Long and salty/sweet. Notes of baked bread, sea salt and caramel.

Heaven's Door Whiskey is a collaboration with Bob Dylan that came to be in 2018 when industry veteran Marc Bushala and Master Blender Ryan Perry teamed up with the music icon. This award-winning collection features an inspired bottle depicting the distinctive iron gates that were created by Dylan in his studio, Black Buffalo Ironworks. The unique gates were handcrafted from objects discovered across America. This incredible label has a core lineup of highly acclaimed whiskeys. Their Straight Tennessee Bourbon has a unique mash bill from Tennessee, utilizing 30% "small grains" to complement the character imparted from spending a minimum of 8 years in American oak barrels. The result is smooth and lasting with notes of vanilla and baked bread layered over a bed of toasted oak. On the other hand, the award-winning Straight Rye Whiskey gets its rest in toasted oak cigar barrels, air-dried in the low-lying mountain region of Vosges, France. This unique, proprietary finishing creates a smoother, incredibly approachable rye with notes of citrus, coriander, and spice. Heaven's Door Highway 61 is a limited-edition expression that is a blend of 5 different juices: 3 different batches of their Tennessee Bourbon and 2 batches of Straight Rye Whiskey. It's 69% bourbon, 31% rye, and 100% something special. The resulting blend is one-of-a-kind and truly unique, complex, and impressive, and available in super-limited (think single cask!) quantity.

Glen Elgin distillery typically produces whisky with a light fruity character which works well with a variety of cask types. The Cadenhead’s team felt that Manzanilla casks would add an interesting complexity to this expression. With just over a year spent in Manzanilla, notes of almonds, battenberg cake, salted caramel and melon have been welcomed.

We took our award-winning London Dry Gin and dialled up the citrus with fresh orange peel and zest for an orange gin that’s sure to brighten your summer sipping.

A pioneering American Single Malt Whiskey, utilizing dark specialty malts and introducing them into standard malt mash. At the sacrifice of high yields, intentionally overpowering flavors such as over-ripe green apple, cacao, and chocolate dazzle the palate. We pushed the malt to the boundaries, purposefully off-balancing the undertones of bitter orange peel, angular oak, caramel, and green coffee cherries. Delightfully finishing with subtle essences of seaweed and sea salt. Up to ten years in a combination of new American oak and used bourbon casks has developed a singular and satisfying whiskey experience.

In today's rum market, a considerable amount of products suffer from deceptive marketing, ambiguous age statements, and the inclusion of additives, largely due to the lenient regulations governing the spirit. Myrtle Bank, an independent bottling company, is on a mission to introduce top-notch rum to consumers while prioritizing transparency. The name pays homage to the Jamaican Myrtle Bank Hotel, a majestic historic structure constructed in the 1800s. Once the focal point of Kingston's social life in the 1920s and '30s, this hotel inspires the creation of Myrtle Bank rum.

Distilled at Jamaica's Worthy Park Estate, this rum is crafted using local molasses, cane juice, and crushed cane stalks from the Jamaican highlands. The high-ester mash undergoes natural fermentation over two to three weeks, utilizing natural yeast from the cane stalks in two fermenters. The distillation process takes place in a traditional Scottish Forsyths copper-pot still. The rum is then aged for a full decade in the United Kingdom, benefiting from a climate conducive to extended maturation, which minimizes tannin extraction from the wood and reduces evaporation.

Throughout its aging process, the barrels impart tropical fruit, banana, oak, vanilla, and cocoa notes to the rum. In line with their commitment to transparency, Myrtle Bank refrains from adding coloring or sugar, and the spirit is bottled at cask strength (120 proof) to preserve its full flavor. Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2020, this single-estate, single-cask rum is a distinctive and intricate choice, certain to satisfy aficionados of Jamaican rum.

The box consists of three 50 ml bottles, featuring a Whistlepig 10 Year Rye, a Whistlepig 15 Year Rye, and a Whistlepig 12 Year Old Rye, each included once.

Whistlepig 10 Year Rye: This 50 ml bottle showcases the excellence of Whistlepig's 10 Year Rye, a whiskey that has been aged for a decade to achieve a remarkable depth of flavor. With its golden amber color, the whiskey entices the senses from the first pour. The nose is greeted by an enticing bouquet of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, while the palate delights in a harmonious blend of spicy rye, rich butterscotch, and hints of dried fruit. The finish is long and warming, leaving a lingering impression of sweet and spicy notes that define this exceptional expression.

Whistlepig 15 Year Rye: Encased in a 50 ml bottle, the Whistlepig 15 Year Rye is a testament to the art of patient aging and the rewards it brings. Exhibiting a deep amber hue, this whiskey exudes elegance and sophistication. On the nose, one discovers an enchanting medley of dark chocolate, baking spices, and leather, giving way to a velvety palate that balances the intensity of black pepper, charred oak, and rich toffee. The long, satisfying finish leaves a trail of lingering spice and a touch of sweetness, making this 15 Year Rye an exquisite sipping experience.

Whistlepig 12 Year Old Rye: Nestled within a 50 ml bottle, the Whistlepig 12 Year Old Rye unveils the mastery of the distillery's craftsmanship. Exhibiting a captivating amber color, this whiskey captures attention from the start. The aroma dances with enticing notes of honey, baking spices, and toasted oak, inviting you to take a sip. The palate reveals a symphony of flavors, where the robustness of rye intertwines with layers of caramel, dried fruit, and a touch of clove. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving behind a gentle warmth and a lingering sweetness, making this 12 Year Old Rye a true delight for whiskey connoisseurs.

The result of the ideal marriage of advanced distillation and finishing and blending techniques developed over five generations in the same family, CAMUS XO cognac subtly evolves in the mouth during a journey filled with emotions and sensations.

TASTING NOTES

The nose first perceives the tasty aromas of apricot kernels and bitter oranges as well as notes of exotic fruits and a hint of deep cocoa.

On the palate, it is first of all a silky texture that evokes honey and an intense floral taste that result directly from the Instensity process. Its character gradually evolves towards spicy and toasty aromas obtained by the finishing process in cognac barrels having undergone a second heating. Finally, it leaves a long and intense final touch on the palate, enriched with the powerful aromas of vanilla and cinnamon that result from the slow maturation of the cognac in oak barrels.

The original pink gin infused with bitters
The tradition of blending gin and bitters was first established by members of the Royal Navy to cure seasickness, and Pink Gin started life as a seafarers breakfast, drunk to rally a man against the wiles of the ocean. The Bitter Truth Pink Gin is a delicious blend of traditionally crafted gin and a blend of bitters. This minx is not just a common gin with a fake tan; it’s a sophisticated metrosexual in a salmon jumper.

It begins with a Mediterranean bouquet on the nose, with aromatic juniper, fresh lemons, and warm spices. Wonderfully gentle in the mouth, juniper berries are still at the helm, but these notes are supported by a crew of fresh spice flavors like licorice, caraway, and fennel, which cruise to a smooth whirlpool finish.

The Bitter Truth Pink Gin was created to please the taste of modern gin drinkers with a soft and gentle mouthfeel and fine complex flavors. It is best used on its own, as a Gin & Tonic, in your favorite Martini Cocktail or in any other gin-based cocktail.

Tasting Notes
Complex fruity and floral aromas dominate the nose of this flavored gin. The taste is smooth with distinctive flavors of juniper berries in the foreground surrounded by spicy flavors of licorice, caraway, and fennel.

This whisky is exclusively matured in first fill Oloroso sherry oak casks from the Jerez region of Spain. These are some of the most prized and desired casks used by whisky makers. We bottle it at cask strength without chill- filtration, to create a rich and indulgent flavor.

Leopold Bros. painstakingly re-engineered a Three Chamber Still from old manuscripts and grew the heritage grain Abruzzi rye that was favored by Pre-Prohibition distillers to resurrect this one-of-a-kind whiskey. 

​The 2022 summer release of the Three Chamber Rye is a Single Barrel offering. Todd Leopold worked through our dunnage warehouse, searching for the best barrels that are at least 5 years old.

He found some commonalities: rich aromas of peanut shell, maple syrup, cocoa nibs, and hazelnuts followed by wafts of fruits like plum, cherries, apricot and orange marmalade. In the finish, you will find the floral notes that are the hallmarks of Three Chamber Rye: lavender, rose, elderflower, and chamomile. Each barrel he selected has differing intensities of these notes and thus every bottle from this collection is marked with the barrel number and the date the barrel was filled. We hope you enjoy this rebirth of an American classic as much as we enjoyed making it.

TASTING NOTES

A light golden colour and fine, vivacious bubbles, holding a promise of pleasure. Aromas of flowers in bloom, ripe, dried and citrus fruits, as well as marzipan and gingerbread. Flavours of hazelnut, nougat, barley sugar, jellied and citrus fruits, almonds, brioche and honey.

Lote Maestro Extra Añejo offers an exquisite sweetness that transforms the experience into a delightful, lingering finish. This Tequila, made from 100% pure Blue Agave, boasts a deep amber hue tinged with reddish tones. It presents an exceptional toasted flavor complemented by delightful sweet fruity aromas.

With over 50 years of experience, Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE possesses an unequalled knowledge of The Balvenie. For The Balvenie Tun 1509 Batch No.2, David hand-selects an assemblage of vintage casks from the distillery’s precious aged whisky stocks and fills them to Tun 1509, housed in Warehouse 24. Three months later emerges this exceptionally complex and rare single malt Scotch whisky. This is a rare interpretation of the marrying process, with each batch limited by the 8000L capacity of the tun itself, allowing these fine casks to come together to create a singular expression; a Balvenie greater than the sum of its constituent parts.

One batch is bottled each year and The Balvenie Tun 1509 Batch 1 was launched in 2014.

The Holmes Cay Uitvlugt 2003 edition was distilled on a historic French 4-column Savalle column still. Originally located in the legendary Uitvlugt Estate (pronounced “eye-flot”), the still can now be found at Diamond Distillery, Guyana, under the management (along with all other rum in Guyana) of Demerara Distillers Limited. Aged two years tropically in Guyana and 16 years in the UK, and bottled in New York State. No sugar, no (additional) color, and no other flavors were added in the making of this rum. Bottled at barrel proof, 51% alcohol by volume. Four casks, just 858 bottles are available. 

With golden honey and a whiff of brine on the nose, the palate starts out with overripe tropical fruits, then continues with hints of almond, herbs and a touch of cocoa. Light tobacco lingers on the finish.

In the game of golf, people LOVE the Long Ball. It is with that spirit in mind, Bushwood added Long Ball to its beverage repertoire. Our single barrel, straight Kentucky bourbon, is a spirit all golfers, bourbon enthusiasts, and lovers of life will aspire to. We crafted Long Ball to be approachable, and consumable, whenever the mood strikes you. As Always, Be The Ball.

Mash Bill: 70%, Corn, 21 % Rye, 9% Malted Barley

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Long Ball is a 6 year old bourbon, aged in charred American Oak casks. Amber waves of grain. Long Ball extracted the best char these barrels had to offer, and the result is a deep, rich mahogany that gives it a strong 10+ year appearance.

Palate: First sip is a creamy honey texture. Vanilla undertones carry throughout and linger in the finish. Medium body with a silky viscous mouth feel.

Nose: On the nose, toasted caramel, butterscotch candies, and soft oak nuances. Delicate and floral, this does not smell like 100 proof.

Finish: Vanilla undertones linger through the finish. The higher proof really helps this thing carry.
