Using only Italian ingredients- Mix 1 part Malfy Originale Gin with 1 part Campari and 1 part Italian Rosso Vermouth. Serve in a tumbler filled with ice and a large slice of orange.

The casks are taken from a single cooperage in order to ensure the infinite quality and character at the heart of this rich single malt. The cooperage exclusively creates Spanish oak casks which, once seasoned with sherry, create the unique flavor of this exquisite whisky. NOSE: Raisin, dates and figs dominate whilst sultana and toffee apples add texture and depth. The weight of flavour from the raisins is dark and rich with great viscosity. Dry ginger and soft cinnamon hint at the edges the edges. Dark chocolate is majestic, vanilla sweetness lingers in the background.

PALATE: Heavy and sumptuous. A rich fruit cake of raisin, dates and figs, apples, sultanas, orange then ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and hints of clove. Oak notes are like velvet, soft and chic.

Summertime is here to stay with this fruity, soft, and satisfying 50 proof moonshine. But don’t be fooled! It packs a peachy punch.

The right choice for a great authentic taste. For Ccile Roudaut, St-Rmy VSOP is our keystone, our pillar. It has an amber, golden, clear appearance. When swirled in a glass, small tears cling to the sides. It is unctuous, and releases notes of fruit from the orchard: peach, pear, fig. And then it ends on a woody, subtle, spicy note. It's sweet, pleasant, feminine, with a nice finish. No trace of bitterness.

St-Rmy VSOP conveys the taste of small, freshly-picked red berries, while bringing out the sweet vanilla flavour of oak. It is a round, balanced spirit that is easy to drink. With its light and subtle nose, St-Rmy VSOP is excellent neat, on ice or with a simple mixer.

STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY FINISHED IN AMBURANA CASKS

When Brazil comes to mind we often think of the amazon rainforest, legendary football tournaments, white sand beaches that stretch as far as the eye can see - this exotic finish is exactly that! 

A bountiful expression of butter cream, vanilla, and cinnamon notes will fill the room, transporting you to memories of fresh baked snicker-doodles coming out of the oven. Bossa Nova is a genre of Brazilian music inspired by samba and jazz and literally translates to "new wave." But the word "bossa" is also an old Brazilian slang word meaning something done with particular charm. We feel this "new charm" (Bossa Nova) was a fitting name for this bourbon whiskey finished in Brazilian amburana wood.

Master’s Keep Voyage is a 106-proof expression of 10-year-old bourbon finished with a secondary maturation period in Jamaican rum casks, marking the first rum cask finish in Wild Turkey’s history. Crafted by Master Distiller Eddie Russell in partnership with Dr. Joy Spence, the renowned Master Blender of Appleton Estate rum, Voyage reflects over 80 combined years of experience in crafting exceptional spirits. This one-of-a-kind Kentucky Straight bourbon whiskey draws inspiration from the lush isle of Jamaica and showcases the expertise of two masters of their craft.
The aim with Master’s Keep Voyage was to create a unique spirit that captured the hallmarks of both bourbon and rum-making. To do so Dr. Joy Spence hand selected some of the finest casks from the iconic Jamaican rum house – casks which previously held 14-year-old pot still rum and would best complement the bold top notes and rich caramel undertones of Wild Turkey’s extra-aged bourbons. The casks were then brought to the Wild Turkey Distilling Co. in Lawrenceburg, KY, where they were filled with Eddie Russell’s own hand selected batch of 10-year-old bourbon, which had been aged in Wild Turkey’s classic No. 4 char barrels. After finishing in the Kentucky heat of a timber rickhouse, the result is a tropically influenced American icon, bursting with a palate of fruits, caramel and aged oak, and a warm, long-lasting finish of chocolate and spice.

Sherried & Intense

Meaning ‘the original’ in Gaelic, A’bunadh is made in homage to Aberlour’s founder, James Fleming. A’bunadh is a whisky hand-made from start to finish with each batch being created to ensure a rich and complex flavour of moist raisin, and homemade fruit cake. It is bottled at cask strength resulting in a robust and deeply intense, sherried whisky.

Our story began in 1942, when a young Don Julio González saw a unique opportunity in the production of tequila. It was this unrelenting passion for excellence that inspired his creation of the world's first luxury tequila.

He didn't have much, but what he did have was passion, and after sharing his vision with a powerful local businessman he was granted a loan to create his first tequila distillery.

Michter’s US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is made from a carefully selected mashbill that features the highest quality American corn. It is then matured to the peak of perfection. Truly “small batch” each batch of our US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is batched in a holding tank sized to fit a maximum of twenty full barrels, leaving no margin for “blending out” imperfection and thus necessitating excellence from every barrel. Reflecting the spirit of the Bluegrass State, Michter’s US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is nuanced, mellow and earthy. Michter’s US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is also available with personalized Fort Nelson Select labeling at Michter’s Fort Nelson Distillery.
