Schiller, worked as a bartender in New York, later finding his way to New Orleans. By 1860 he was operating the world-famous Sazerac Coffeehouse in the French Quarter. Thomas Handy, a Maryland native, worked for Schiller at the coffeehouse. Handy later went on to become even more successful in the industry. Handy and Schiller's integral roles in the early days of New Orleans' cocktail culture would serve as inspiration for over a century and a half years of libations in America's most unique city. The Handy & Schiller Barreled Old Fashioned, and the Handy & Schiller Barreled Manhattan are both crafted and aged at Buffalo Trace Distillery. This Handy & Schiller Old Fashioned, 84 proof, is made using the distillery's flagship Buffalo Trace Bourbon and Peychaud's Bitters.

Hailing from Jalisco, Mexico, this Anejo Tequila by Tierra Noble embodies artisanal dedication. Crafted entirely from blue agave, its extended oak barrel aging yields a refined, amber-hued spirit. Jaime I is a work of art, inspired by modernist art, which pays tribute to the founder of Bodegas Torres:
Don Jaime Torres.

Made entirely from the Parellada grape variety, it boasts exceptionally long ageing using the traditional solera method, which gives the brandy a vintage character. Jaime I is made by carefully mixing very old brandies, older than those used in the reserve brandies.

Fine dark mahogany colour. It is complex, majestic and balanced. With notes highly suggestive of vanilla,
walnut, flowers, plum, cedar and sandalwood.

This rare American Single Malt Whiskey was distilled in-house, grain to glass in the Pacific Northwest and aged for at least 2 years in American White Oak. We then laid the precious liquid to rest in one of two seventy-year-old French sherry casks. Enjoy this truly rare and hard-to-get spirit while you can.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Bergamot with hints of bitter cocoa and cinnamon, brown sugar and butterscotch, followed with dried herbs.

After aging for 18 months in American white oak barrels, our Tequila REVOLUCION Aejo goes through a delicate filtration process to become a crystal clear Aejo called Cristalino. This crystal clear aged Tequila is the perfect blend between the centenary craftsmanship of tequila making and present day innovation. Our Cristalino has the complexity and smooth-ness of our award wining Aejo but brings out the fresh and sweet agave flavors found in our Silver tequila that were veiled by aging.

The result is a round and velvety ultra smooth Tequila with a sweet agave finish.
