Hirsch Whiskey is named after Adolf Hirsch, a former executive of the Schenley Co. who bought some aging barrels of bourbon from the famed Michter's Distillery before it closed in 1988. It was in 1974 that Hirsch first imagined the spirit that would become legendary over the years. Its unique and turbulent history would prompt Charles K. Cowdery to write the book The Best Bourbon You'll Never Taste, centered around this mythical bourbon. Today the brand is owned by the San Francisco-based distiller & importer Hotaling & Co. They aim to bring back the famous name with premium expressions. "With this reintroduction, we invite people to take a journey into the world of bourbon and discover what makes HIRSCH legendary. THE HORIZON takes the first step into the future of HIRSCH, with additional expressions planned to round out the collection," says Hotaling & Co. President and CEO Dan Leese. Hirsch The Horizon expression is made to embody the spirit of adventure, the lifelong search for new experience chasing the horizon. It's a blend of 2 straight bourbons. Distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, 94% of the blend is a 4-year-old juice with a traditional (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley malt) mash bill, while the remaining 6% is a 6-year-old rye-heavy whiskey. Bottled at 92 proof, it's a traditional, complex, and incredibly well-balanced offering that is equally stunning neat or on the rocks.

High n’ Wicked is an importer and specialty bottler of exceptional whiskies. It was founded in 2019 by two former Brown-Forman senior executives, W. L. Lyons Brown, III and Kevin E. Sachs. Found on the lower areas of El Mezquital, Durango, Wild and scares, this huge maguey has very long and narrow leaves, with a green color. It has a 2 to 3.5m diameter and 1.5 to 2m height, delivering piñas that weigh 120kg in average.

Matured for 18 years in hand-selected oak casks from Europe and America, this rare whiskey is finished in first-fill bourbon barrels. This rite of passage introduces subtle traces of vanilla to an exceptionally balanced, mellow whiskey with a lingering finale of wood, spice and toffee. Our Lemon Gin Liqueur was born when our Master Distiller Jason MacIsaac dreamt up a drink that was light, refreshingly delicious, and easy to shake up. Made with a gin base specifically crafted to pair with the juice of delectable, premium lemons, this liqueur exemplifies simplicity at its finest. The fresh, tart notes of the lemon are gently sweetened to create a spirit that is 100% Sheringham. Enjoy this liqueur in a simple cocktail or on its own, shaken over ice. It’s sure to evoke the simple pleasures of the summer—no matter the season.

Teaninich was founded and built in 1817 by Hugh Munro on his estate of Teaninich Castle, Alness. Despite an initial difficulty of procuring barley whisky owing to a high demand from illegal distilleries, by 1830 Teaninich produced 30 times more spirit than it did at its founding. The distillery suspended production between 1939 and 1946 due to barley shortages during World War II.

Today Teaninich plays an important role for its owner, Diageo, in providing a signnificant volume of single malt whisky for use in its blending operations – Teaninich is one of its largest players.

A relatively long fermentation time is utilised at Teaninich, as well as large ball-type stills with slightly downwardly sloping lynne arms. The result? A particularly wonderful grassy and somewhat oily spirit that is fantastic for blending, and more magical yet as a single malt.
