"Crafted and produced in San Diego, California and founded by Mike Love of the Beach Boys, Club Kokomo Spirits focuses on providing consumers with a top shelf sensory visit to the islands of the Caribbean. Years ago Mike enjoyed a particularly well-made Mojito as he hummed the chorus of his co-authored hit song Kokomo. His penchant for wordplay took over as he uttered the word, “Kokomojito”. Ever since, Mike’s dream has been to share the spirit of Kokomo to the world. From that original state of mind to a present day reality, Welcome to Club Kokomo.

Hand crafted by our award-winning spirits formulator, Geoff Longenecker, We are excited to bring you rum and gin cocktails made with integrity and a true passion for the unique flavors and tropical inspiration of the Caribbean. Our entire cocktail lineup is made with natural juice, flavors and sugars - nothing artificial here. Each cocktail is also gluten free and features over 10% alcohol by volume. We will never waver on bringing you big flavor and big fun.

To make this all possible and to ensure product quality and consistency, Club Kokomo uses award-winning spirits in every product. Both our rums and gins are designed and produced exclusively for us by our sister company and highly acclaimed artisan distillery in San Diego, California - Seven Caves Spirits. We will continue to serve up new craft cocktails coming soon and our master distiller is at the helm of our extensive flavor library. We are proud to work so closely with Geoff, and can’t wait to show you what lies ahead in Club Kokomo."

R6 Bourbon Whiskey featuring The Lost Abbey.

In 2019, The Lost Abbey brewed a Bourbon-influenced beer.  When the beer was finished, they transported the entire batch across town to our plant in El Segundo, using several stainless-steel tote containers. The alchemists at R6 turned that original Bock into delicious whiskey and have been aging it every since - waiting for maturity to be just right.

Nose: Spice, Apple, Fall, Raisin Bread, and Cinnamon 
Palate: Warming Honey, Clove, Brown Sugar, and Fresh Nutty Dry Grass 
Finish: Light Caramel and a Hint of Cocoa

Maker Notes

Our Germain-Robin flagship expression showcases California-grown Colombard grapes, a standard in traditional brandy making. Distilled exclusively in Pruhlo Charentais Pot Stills and aged in Limousin Oak Barrels, Germain-Robin highlights the flavors that make California Brandy one of the most sought after aged spirits.

DISTILLER'S NOTES:
Germain-Robin is met with a nose of oak spice and fruit. The fruit forward notes of apple and pear are lightly accented with honeysuckle and cherry blossom, giving way to a rich apricot and peach flavor. Well integrated toasted oak gives light accents of cinnamon and brown sugar. The rich full mouthfeel lingers after finish in this balanced blend.

The Bottled In Bond Act of 1897 was created to regulate the quality of American whiskeys. Before this act was passed, whiskey had few regulatory guidelines and was often adulterated with additives and colorants.

After the act was passed, distilleries could label their whiskey as Bottled In Bond if it met specific criteria.

American Whiskey has of course become far more regulated since 1897. Present day Bottled In Bond whiskeys use the term to signify a true grain to bottle product. Every Oregon Spirit Bottled In Bond barrel is carefully selected by our distillers, and is bottled and stamped with its unique barrel code to showcase what makes that particular barrel a part of our single barrel program.

Flavor Notes
Kettle Corn, Dark Fruit, Caramel, Vanilla

A blend of superb exclusively copper pot-distilled brandy with real character and depth of flavor mingled in a unique, modern American style. Small batch distillation of superior, highly aromatic wine selected for exceptional quality.

Non-Chill Filtered For An Authentic, Uncorrupted Natural Flavor and natural color. Some Cloudiness, faint suspension or light sediment may be apparent at colder temperatures. Our ambition is to retain the integrity of the distillate with minimal intervention, with our signature mouth-feel and definitive aroma. Matured in Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey and medium-char American white oak barrels for balance, complexity and a polished, velvety finish. The approximate blend is 90% Kentucky Bourbon Barrels & 10% New American Oak.

Tasting notes

Appearance: golden, caramelized oats, darkening harvest sun.

Aroma: caramel, honey, cherry wood, honeysuckle with a hint of melon and subtle floral bouquet.

Taste: luscious, ever so slightly oily & viscous. Honey, toasted oak, tobacco, dried stone fruit, feisty spice on the mid-palate.

Dewar’s brings together Scotland and France for this fruit forward flavour experience, bringing together the vibrant flavors that embody both countries. Dewar’s French Smooth is an 8-year-old Blended Scotch Whisky finished in Apple Spirit (Calvados) Casks and is the fifth in an innovative cask series. This rich and full-bodied whisky brings this unique finishing process to the double aged Dewar’s blend for the first time, creating an approachable and smooth whisky with a difference.

FLAVOUR NOTE: Apple, Cinnamon, Citrus

This Rosé is a perfect example of teamwork. Susana and her children, José and Ana, decided to experiment decided to experiment with a new, fresh, aromatic and engaging rosé made “a la Provencal” where the winemaking team applied similar techniques used for the whites: an early picking time and an extremely gentle pressing to get a very light-pink- red onion peel-salmon color. The result: an unbeatable wine with fresh, citric, mineral and sweet red berries aromas.

The wine critic described it for The Wine Advocate as “One of the finest rosé wines from Argentina”.

NAPA VALLEY WINE CASK

CASK TYPE

Cabernet Sauvignon reigns supreme over this rugged terroir, ripening fully in the California sunshine to produce big, bold and fruity flavours as well as notes of spice from ageing in oak.

Lovingly handcrafted and aged in Kentucky, Pinhook Bourbon was established in 2014 and has produced several small-batch bottlings in their newly restored Castle & Key distillery in Frankfort, KY, to much critical acclaim. What makes their line unique is the brand's three distinctive characteristics: its limited availability, mass appeal and strong ties to Kentucky's legacy of horse racing. Each release of Pinhook Bourbon is named after a thoroughbred owned by Bourbon Lane Stable. The label also features the horses racing records on their brand's website. Every year over the next 9 years, Pinhook will select 150 bourbon barrels and 50 rye barrels to be blended and proofed creating the most balanced expression for the vintage. The collectible journey begins with their inaugural 4 Year old bourbon followed by the Vertical Series in annual releases from age 4 to age 12. The Rye Vertical Series will begin in the spring of 2020. Proofed at 98, this straight bourbon whiskey has a bright nose of tropical fruit, butterscotch and cedar followed by a rich and vibrant palate of dried fig, cocoa, roasted peanut and clove.

Mix it in with some lemonade, throw it in a copper cup and enjoy a long afternoon of Corn Hole with friends. There’s no need to muddle tiny pieces of fruit when our blackberries create a smooth yet spirited flavor with a kick that’ll keep things interesting.

Our Reposado rests for two months in large oak vats to ensure minimal contact with wood, giving it a livelier agave taste than most wood-treated tequilas. It's light in color with a floral-vanilla scent and has a distinct, smoky finish.

Chula Parranda Tequila Blanco is handcrafted from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave and a time honored double distillation process and offers an amazingly smooth flavor with hints of sweetness, herbal notes and a warm and spicy flavor.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh Agave, with floral tones, slight tones of herbal and touch of menthol.

Palate: Herbal, sweet, and slightly minty.

Finish: Smooth finish with cooked agave and a hint of spice.

This liquor made with alkaline water has brought a whirlwind of popularity among liquor lovers. Needless to say, water, which accounts for 80% of soju, is an important factor influencing the flavor and quality of soju products. VINTAGE 2017

The winter of 2017 ended a five-year drought with January recording the most rainfall in over 20 years. The abundant rainfall continued into March, causing a modest delay in budbreak, and pushing bloom back by two weeks. Increased soil moisture allowed for healthy vine growth and development. The summer, in turn, was warm and punctuated by occasional heat waves. Despite Mother Nature’s variability, favorable weather in August provided optimal conditions for fruit development and maturation. Superb flavors and excellent ripening led to an earlier than expected harvest, which commenced on the 5th of September. 
The Opus One 2017 offers a harmonious aromatic balance of rich dark fruit, stems of roses, and earthy forest floor. The juicy entry offers a round, silky mouthfeel with just enough acidity to complement the satin texture. This seductive wine shows flavors of black cassis, black cherry and a hint of cocoa powder. The fine-grained, plush tannins evolve into a long, supple finish. A supremely age-worthy wine, it will delight now and for many years to come.
