Our approach to production has changed very little over the generations, following traditional methods that guarantee tequila that has stunning flavor and superior quality.

Using traditional tools to harvest and prepare our blue agaves by hand, our experts then hand-prepare each agave to be cooked for nearly 3 days in our brick ovens before beginning our process of open vat fermentation. Our one-of-a-kind bottles are made from recycled Coca-Cola bottles and our labels are sourced from recycled paper. Inspired by the early Cabernets of Inglenook and Beaulieu Vineyard, we’ve spent the past 20 years finding, farming, and obtaining highly sought-after land in Rutherford—with particular attention to the Rutherford bench—to perfect our craft. Years of effort with organic viticulture, dry farming and minimal cellar intervention yield a wine that could not be produced outside of the 10 square miles that define its appellation.

Like all of our bourbons, Lady Bird begins its life as our distinguished Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey. Master Distiller Donnis Todd selects barrels of this nectar that already display notes of honey, and delicately infuses them with Burleson's Texas Wildflower Honey for an additional 8-9 months. The liquid then ages in exquisite French Cognac XO casks for an additional 3 years, resulting in a harmonious blend of unparalleled flavor and elegance. This double-finished masterpiece reflects the perfect balance between sweet honey notes and the rich complexity of cognac.

Our Lady Bird Bourbon greets you with the inviting aroma of freshly cut grass and sweet honey accompanied by subtle notes of black cocoa waffle cone and honey wafers, creating a warm and enticing experience. As you take your first sip, true decadence unfolds on the palate: the rich taste of warm buckwheat pancakes, dark chocolate-covered cherries and malted milk balls. The complex profile also includes the indulgent essence of cognac cherries, dried figs and plums, offering a luxuriously unique tasting experience. The beginnings of Ocho Tequila can be traced to 1937, when the Camarenas first started making tequila. It is a collaboration between Carlos Camarena and his family and Tomas Estes, owner of multiple Mexican restaurants and bars. He has been passionately promoting and selling tequila since 1976, making him a perfect partner for the Camarenas. The Master Distiller Carlos Camarena is a third generation of tequileros, operating in Jalisco, Mexico. He is well-respected for making high-quality spirits, which have accumulated a respectable amount of awards over the years. Ocho Tequila is the culmination of the visions of these two gentlemen. Made according to tradition from 100% agaves, grown in their own fields, they always strive for perfection, never rushing the process. They are the first to mark not only the year of production on each bottle, but also specify the exact field in which the agaves were grown. "Ocho" translates to "eight" and the number is deeply ingrained in the distillery's history and operations. Out of the first samples produced by the Camarenas, the 8th was chosen. It's the number of years agaves need to fully ripen, as well as the number of kilograms of agave needed to produce a liter of Ocho tequila. It's also the exact number of days that takes for a freshly delivered batch of fruit to be turned into unaged tequila. Carlos Camarena has 8 siblings and the family has been distilling for 8 decades. Finally, the Reposado tequila is aged for 8 weeks and 8 days. Every bottle of Ocho Tequila is marked with the year of production, as well as the estate or "rancho", from which the agaves come, not unlike fine wines. This makes the bottles highly collectible. Ocho Aejo has been aged in ex-American Whiskey barrels for one year and is made from 100% blue agave, then bottled at 80 proof.

The "Grande Amber" designation signifies the remarkable aging process that this VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) brandy undergoes. Only the finest and most exceptional aged eaux-de-vie are meticulously selected and blended to create a harmonious and complex flavor profile.

Our design is inspired by traditional Mexican art and modern art tendencies. Our primary purpose is to showcase s colors, patterns, and symbols that create an emotional connection with our consumers. Elements like the sun and the moon are directly tied to Mexican customs
and traditions. Flowers and animals are used throughout the design to mimic patterns in Mexican textiles and street art in a modern yet sophisticated way. The vibrancy of the colors and the fonts help us create an appealing blend of components that will help us stand out from the competition and increase our presence on drinking occasions.

THE ARTIST

Guillermo "Memo" Malo finds inspiration in his Mexican roots and nature's shapes, textures, and colors. His work provides a sophisticated blend of traditional and modern elements. A testament to his community commitment is reflected in the co-founding of "La Madriguera Espacio Cultural." It is an artistic center where he promotes his rich traditions, inclusivity, and diversity. Memo lives in Monterrey and has
supported numerous non-profit organizations to access health services, education, and environmental programs. He has also collaborated with international companies and governmental institutions. His work has been showcased in prestigious galleries, museums, and festivals.

Solum directly connects us to the primordial essence of the Pacific Northwest through a rediscovery of the oldest style of whiskey. Unearthing eons of flavor imparted by layers of flora unique to this place, we seek to experience the very essence of time through terroir.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: This peated whisky showcases bright notes such as fresh fuji apple, ground cinnamon, charred wood, and strawberry rhubarb crisp. There’s a savory smoke note that teases the nose.

The sour mash distillation process and non-chill filleted bottling allows this mature whiskey to remain consistent, as well as creating reliable flavor profiles that come from being aged in single story warehouses.

Distilled and aged its entire life in Tennessee, this whiskey is non-chill filtered to preserve its mature flavors. The result is smooth and lasting with notes of vanilla and baking spices layered over a bed of toasted oak.

TASTING NOTES

TO THE EYE: In appearance, each bottle has a crisp golden honey hue. What gives whisky its colour? The maturing process over 12 years as the liquid comes into contact with the barrel. The longer a whisky matures will determine its colour and flavour profile.

TO THE NOSE: A Single Malt Scotch whisky with a distinctive aroma of crème brulee to the nose with a burst of citrus and then the signature nuttiness and green leafiness you would expect from Auchentoshan.

TO THE TONGUE: A smooth whisky taste with sweet notes along with hints of tangerine and lime characterise this 12 year old.

TO THE END: This particular whisky offers a gingery and slightly dry finish with a pleasant, lingering nuttiness. 

In its first life, Glen Moray was the Elgin West Brewery, until the end of the 19th century, when the brewery was reincarnated as the iconic Speyside distillery. Glen Moray was founded by Robert Thorne & Sons. Situated on the banks of River Lossie, in the Royal Burgh of Elgin, the first spirit dropped from the copper pot stills on the 13th of September 1897. There have only been five Master Distillers since then, which is a testament to their authenticity, and reputation for producing consistent, quality spirit. This pristine craftsmanship has been passed down through generations. With over a century of tradition, not much has changed at the iconic Speyside distillery. They continue to mature their whiskies in a wide array of casks, a technique which was once a rarity. Their whisky ages onsite in casks ranging from sherry and chardonnay to port, yielding an impressive spectrum of aromas and flavors. After a brief pause in production during WWII, Glen Moray revamped their facilities and expanded, and the distillery is currently owned by French spirits company La Martiniquaise. Graham Coull is the fifth master distiller at Glen Moray. At the helm of the operation, he oversees all of the production that goes into their signature core range, featuring nine single malts. Glen Moray single malts are produced entirely onsite, in pot stills, from the distillery's own water and malted barley. A tradition that dates back to 1897. The whiskies mature in American oak casks sourced from North America. The result is a signature single malt with every bit of Speyside character: soft and fruit-laden. This elegant single malt is finished for eight months in Port pipes from Porto Cruz, the N1 Porto company in the world. Expect intense notes of summer fruit, dark chocolate and cinnamon and a distinct pink hue. 

Foursquare 2011 Exceptional Cask Selection Mark XXIV is a Single Blended Rum, aged for 12 years in first, second, and third fill ex-bourbon barrels. Bottled at 60% ABV, this fine Barbados rum is known for its purity—no color, sugar, additives, or filtration are used. Distilled, matured, blended, and bottled entirely in Barbados, it offers a rich and authentic experience. Lovingly handcrafted and aged in Kentucky, Pinhook Bourbon was established in 2014 and has produced several small batch bottlings in their newly restored Castle & Key distillery in Frankfort, KY, to much critical acclaim. What makes their line unique is the brand's three distinctive characteristics: its limited availability, mass appeal and strong ties to Kentucky's legacy of horse racing. Each release of Pinhook Bourbon is named after a thoroughbred owned by Bourbon Lane Stable. The label also features the horses racing records on their brand's website. Every fall Pinhook features an annual vintage of Pinhook Bourbon and Pinhook Rye, each of which is inspired by a thoroughbred horse. Each blend is as unique as the horse on the label. "Pinhooking" refers to an old Kentucky term for purchasing young thoroughbreds, holding them until they mature, and selling them when they are ready to run. Successful pinhooks much like whiskey are made on instinct, experience, an appreciation of quality, and a little luck. Pinhook bourbons and ryes are handcrafted to reflect the richness of the Kentucky soil and the character of its beautiful horse country. This year brings Pinhook Rye'd On Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey, dedicated to a young thoroughbred of the same name that can be seen on the label. Crafted from a mash bill of 60% rye, 20% barley, and 20% corn, this flagship rye has been aged for at least 2 years at their Castle & Key Distillery. This special release is the first incarnation of their proprietary mash bill since restoring the Old Taylor Distillery, their very first 100% in-house spirit. You can expect fruity aromas of peaches, spearmint, and cinnamon, followed by a taste of cherries, toffee, and cloves.
