Siete Misterios Arroqueño Mezcal is a premium artisanal spirit crafted in Oaxaca, Mexico, renowned for its traditional production methods and the use of wild Arroqueño agave. Hand-harvested and roasted in earthen pits, this mezcal offers a rich, smoky flavor with hints of citrus, spice, and herbal notes. Diplomtico Single Vintage is crafted from a selection of special rum reserves that evolved in an exceptional way, drawing the interest of the Maestros Roneros for their distinctive character. This special liquid is separated from the rest of the reserves for its uniqueness, and to be shared with rum enthusiasts. Distilled in vintage copper pot stills in the year indicated on the label, the rum is then aged in bourbon and single malt whisky casks for twelve years.

After the aging process, the Maestros Roneros carefully blend the rum in order to obtain the structure, body, personality, flavors and aromas that they are looking for. Finally, the rum spends a year in Spanish sherry casks to provide the perfect finish.

A ginger beer, a hint of lime, and aromatic bitters flavor makes for the start of a perfect mule. The addition of award-winning Bourbon adds a depth of flavor to turn the classic on its head. Spicy, bold, and ready-to-enjoy.

Classic cocktails demand classic liqueurs and no liqueur is more classical than the Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao. Crafted in consultation with cocktail historian David Wondrich and based on a 19th century recipe, it is a traditional French “triple sec” – thee separate distillations of spices and the “sec” or bitter, peels of Curacao oranges blended with brandy and Ferrand Cognac. This Classic Collection Shiraz, sourced from our family vineyard, is an elegant example of McLaren Vale’s flagship varietal. Deep purple, with red hues. Lifted aromas of dark berry and plum fruit, with underlying earthy notes and savoury toasted spice characters, chocolate and liquorice. Dark berry fruit and spice intermingle on the palate, with hints of smoky oak. A rich, well rounded wine with good depth of flavour and fine, structural tannins.

Tasting Note
This White Label Shiraz from our family vineyard is an elegant example of McLaren Vale’s flagship varietal. Deep purple, with red hues. Lifted aromas of dark berry and plum fruit, and more earthy, savoury toasted spice characters along with hints of chocolate and liquorice. Dark berry fruit and spice intermingle on the palate, with hints of smoky oak. A rich, well rounded wine with good depth of flavour and a fine and soft lingering tannin structure.

Kilbeggan Single Pot Still is a glorious tribute to the town and those who kept its whiskey alive, proudly wearing the colour of County Westmeath on its label. It is the second limited release whiskey to be 100% distilled and matured at Ireland’s oldest licensed distillery, and the oldest expression to be released since distillation resumed at Kilbeggan in 2010. Double distilled, once through the oldest working whiskey pot still in the world, Kilbeggan Single Pot Still is a unique mash of malted barley, raw barley, and 2.5% oats that was inspired by historical recipes from the distillery’s heyday in the late-1800s.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Initial fresh crisp aroma followed by apple, pear and melon. Jasmine and hazelnut notes combine with an almost honeycomb sweetness.

TASTE: Spice becomes apparent but not overbearing with summer fruits and citrus. Warming mid palate with a fresh mint leaf flavour leading on to a rich creamy mouthfeel.

FINISH: Initially soft, mellow and smooth with a creamy finish. Lingering spice and a dryness as the oat influence becomes evident.

An un-aged 100% agave tequila, which reflects the purest expression of the 100% pure agave flavour.

Espanita Anejo is aged for 18 months in small American oak casks previously used in Bourbon production. The result is the luxuriously smooth liquor rich in vanilla and caramel notes, which still retains its charming, honeyed flavors of slowly roasted Agave.

Espanita Anejo is designed to be sipped and savored. We recommend to use either a Glencairn whiskey glass or a stemmed brandy glass. Narrowed, tulip- shaped brim of the snifter allows you to immerse yourself in tequila’s delectable aromas in order to better appreciate the complex character of Espanita Anejo.

COLOR: Pale amber color, superb purity.

AROMA: Succulent, wafting bouquet with whiffs of aromatic honey oak that gives way to a rich nuanced roasted agave aroma with traces of citrus tree wood, almond nougat and caraway.

FLAVOR: Luscious and velvety entry. A slightly chewy, fruity, sweet medium-to-full body redolent of thick honey and fresh grass, vanilla, toasted marshmallow with notes of sassafras and apple.

FINISH: Smooth and long finish with rich flavors of honey, black tea, coconut flesh, banana and candy corn with apple and peppermint accents.

COCKTAILS: Excellent in Tequila Old Fashioned, Tequila Manhattan, Tequila Sour and Tequila Sidecar.

TASTING NOTES

Luxuriously succulent.

With notes of Highland honey, wild strawberries and ripe peaches warmed by the sun – the aroma builds with cocoa powder, creamy caramel and warming cinnamon. On the palate, delicate fruit rests on a malty, cereal base, with a hint of vanilla coffee and a long satisfying finish.

CASK TYPE

Matured for over two decades in a combination of re-fill hogsheads and refill butts, the whisky was then finished for over a year in First-fill Oloroso Sherry casks.
Oloroso casks augment Aberfeldy’s rich and fruity character, and bestow a delightful spiced note.

Los Sundays Blanco is our un-aged clear tequila. It is double distilled from a blend of highland agave offering smooth floral notes and lowland agave which lend earthier undertones. This blending technique provides a full bodied blanco with multiple layers of agave.

The Wild Turkey distillery, then known as Boulevard, was built in 1935 by the Ripy Brothers in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. The Wild Turkey brand name originated around 1941 when some, shared on a hunting trip, was referred to as "some of that wild turkey whiskey." It is distilled at bottled by the Austin Nicholls company and for many years they had sourced the whiskey from the Ripy's, but eventually bought the distillery from them in 1972, renaming it in the process. Of almost equal importance, the purchase of the distillery included the contract of legendary master distillery, Jimmy Russell, who started working there in 1954. His name is synonymous with the brand, and his son succeeded him 2015. In 2011 a new Wild Turkey distillery was built on the same site, replacing the original Ripy plant after 76 years.

Barrelled at a lower proof and stored in lower, cooler warehouse B to allow a slower maturation. 

That daiquiri is what you’d call a ‘fond memory’ cocktail. It’s typically enjoyed in the summer with the warmth of the sun soaking into your skin, but we think it’s perfectly acceptable to enjoy it all year round given how refreshing it is. Patrick Pistolesi, our master mixologist, has mixed our award-winning version using white rum, citrus and liquid sugar. It’s a classic cocktail and a crowd pleaser all at once, and is one of the most well-balanced drinks around.
