Two James is located in Corktown, Detroit's oldest neighborhood, and is the first licensed distillery in Detroit since Prohibition. Because of our belief in the importance of local agriculture and the fact that sugar cane isnt readily available in Michigan, we decided to take our Rum project to the Caribbean, and the Land of Wood and Water. We import several different Jamaican rums and ship them back to our distillery in Detroit where they are artfully blended and aged in special Moscatel barrique. In 1939, King George VI and Queen Elizabeth made history when they became the first reigning monarchs to journey across North America, traveling from Quebec City to Vancouver by train. Prior to their arrival, a local entrepreneur set out to craft a whisky that the King and Queen could enjoy in the privacy of their rail car. After sampling over 600 different blends of whisky, and scouring through hundreds of different types of glass, labels and bottles, the entrepreneur created what he believed to be the perfect whisky and called it Crown Royal. At the beginning of their journey, the King and Queen were gifted ten cases of the whisky from Canada to enjoy on their journey. The first release in Crown Royal's new Noble Collection, which honors the brand's regal roots, Crown Royal Cornerstone Blend Canadian Whiskey is crafted from three of Crown Royal's essential whiskies a spicy Canadian rye, a creamy coffey still whisky and a bourbon-style whisky matured in charred American white oak. Cococabana

1½ ounces Chopin Vodka
¾ ounce Dorda Coconut Liqueur
¾ ounce Fresh orange juice
¾ ounce Pineapple juice
¼ ounce Coco Real Coconut Cream
Fresh grated nutmeg
Pineapple leaves
Orange slice

In a large shaker combine vodka, Dorda Coconut Liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple and orange juices. Add a scoop of ice, cap and shake vigorously for 8 seconds. Strain over ice into a Collins-style Tiki glass. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top. Garnish with orange wheel and pineapple leaves.

The Dalmore Luminary No. 2 2024 Edition represents a scarce offering of single malt Scotch whisky, matured for 16 years in the Highlands. As a distinguished member of the Dalmore Luminary Series, it constitutes one segment of a trilogy of exclusive single malts crafted through collaboration between esteemed figures in the realms of whisky and architectural design, in conjunction with V&A Dundee, Scotland's renowned design museum. This particular 2024 edition holds particular appeal to collectors, particularly those with a penchant for Scotch whiskies boasting a profound heritage.

Snowed in at home, our Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill, began dreaming of this whisky. His goal was to capture the snug and magical feeling of sitting in front of the fireplace as snow blankets the world outside. In pursuit of rich, radiant taste and wintery aroma, he finished the 13-year-old single malt in Marsala wine casks from Sicily.
The experience begins with light flurries of fruit and honey, building to torrents of cocoa dust, flakes of red pepper and chunks of brazil nut toffee. It culminates in a feels-like-forever finish that swirls with cinnamon, ginger and clove.

Taste: A juicy viscous, but slightly peppery mouthfeel, leads in to a burst of sweet, nutty flavours – coco powder, red pepper, brazil nut toffee and sweet barley malt.
