The latest series, Fusion #5, showcases the fusion between exemplary 11-year-old sourced bourbon with two of our own carefully-selected mashbills. As we grow, our bourbon ages — a difference you can taste with each fusion release.

TASTING NOTES

Rich bread pudding and caramelized plantains with a touch of orange zest leads to flavors of dark chocolate and bing cherry on the palate, concluding with the signature smooth and balanced fusion finish, perfect for a cocktail or summer sipper.

Maker Note

"PIAFF" originates from the French word Piaffe. A Piaffe was a move originally used in battle to keep horses warm on the spot, helping them remain focused on what’s ahead and ready to move forward. Now, it’s better known as a Grand Prix, cadenced dressage move, where a horse playfully and rhythmically moves opposite hooves in perfect synchronisation.

Blanc De Blancs Brut has a delicate yet persistent mousse highlights soft floral notes on the nose with a hint of almonds and fresh hazelnuts. Superb structure and length on the palate introduce white fruits in perfect balance with a particularly pleasing minerality and undertones of brioche/yeastiness.

Terroir: Easterly aspect, topsoils are thin and the Chardonnay finds root in chalk at a lesser depth than elsewhere. Noted for it's minerality.

An extremely limited release of 200 bottles to celebrate the 200 year anniversary of Bladnoch Distillery.

Made from two exceptional casks of Whisky distilled in 1988, the Bladnoch Bicentennial Release was first matured in Oloroso Sherry casks and finished for a final 18 months in Moscatel casks. Each personally numbered and presented in a luxurious gold plated bottle.

Ancient buffalo carved paths through the wilderness that led American pioneers and explorers to new frontiers. One such trail led to the banks of the Kentucky River where Buffalo Trace Distillery has been making bourbon whiskey the same way for more than 200 years. In tribute to the mighty buffalo and the rugged, independent spirit of the pioneers who followed them, we created our signature Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

TASTING NOTES

Palate: Bold spice note with black pepper, walnut, vanilla, cinnamon caramel, and cherry.

Nose: Strong notes of spice with hints of oak and wood barrel and occasional leather and tobacco. 

Color: Reddish cooper.

Finish: Medium length finish with caramel, oak, cinnamon, and vanilla notes and rich lingering earthly spice taste.

Aged for 18 years in our finest oak barrels, this award-winning malt is full-bodied and rounded with a deep fruity character. Aged in three types of American oak casks, Loch Lomond 18 year old is bottled at 46% and non-chill filtered to keep things as nature intended. TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Green apple and grapefruit aromas fuse before honeysuckle and mature oak character comes through.

TASTE: Elegant wood notes of toasted oak and cigar box become green fruits with apple and gooseberry.

FINISH: Long finish with dried tea and tobacco leaf in balance with soft medicinal peatiness and wood smoke.

Legendary Master Distillers Jimmy and Eddie Russell use over 100 years of combined experience to create this thoughtfully crafted expression. Each bottle of Russell’s Reserve 13 Year Old is aged for a minimum of 13 years, reaching an ABV of 57.4% and promising a distinctive, rich, warm flavor best enjoyed right out of the bottle.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Dark amber

AROMA: Lots of aged character. Sweet and woody with notes of dark dried fruit like cherry or plum and confectionary notes of honey, chocolate, caramel, nougat and brown sugar throughout.

TASTE: Sweet and warming. Dried dark fruit notes complete with charred confectionary notes of charred marshmallow or burnt brown sugar. Smoky campfire notes enhance the finish on the palate.

FINISH: Warming, long and lingering, this finish does not give up

Clase Azul Tequila Reposado is a symbol of Mexican tradition and culture. Made with slow-cooked 100% Blue Weber Agave, our ultra-premium reposado tequila is unique and incomparable. This Reposado is masterfully aged for eight months in American whiskey casks creating its unique hazelnut and vanilla flavors as well as exceptionally smoothness. Its decanter is our most recognized icon with its distinctive "feathered" design, painted by hand in cobalt blue.

COLOR: Gold color with bright yellow highlights. 

BODY: Medium. 

AROMA: Agave syrup, vanilla, candied orange peel, and American oak. Light notes of cinnamon and banana. 

FLAVOR: Hazelnut, vanilla, cloves, cinnamon, and a subtle hint of agave syrup. 

Pairing

> A rich cut of pork such as pork shoulder or pork ribs accompanied with acidulated sauce.

> Aged cheese (sheep milk cheese and smoked provolone), with honey and old style mustard.

> Bittersweet chocolate mousse with hazelnuts and orange.

CRISMA is made with a blend of genuine 3 year aged Barbados Rum from the Foursquare Rum Distillery, Jamaican Coffee and Cream sourced from Holland. Bottled at 17% ABV (34 Proof), from one of the most renowned rum distilleries in the world. Each bottle bears the manufacturing and best by dates – shelf stable – but to maintain best quality and taste, recommended to refrigerate after opening.

Initial Impressions: Extremely smooth, creamy and delicious. Would easily make for a fantastic after dinner drink, exceptional in coffee. Rich notes of butterscotch and caramel carry from the nose, to the palate and make for a delightful sip wanting to go back for more.

Aroma: Vanilla, butterscotch candies, caramel and milk chocolate with a hint of chocolate covered cherries and mint.

Palate: Smooth and creamy character – notes of butterscotch, coffee with cream, subtle spices, vanilla, and rich milk chocolate.

AN EXTENDED FINISH IN RARE FRENCH COGNAC CASKS ADDS EXTRA LAVISH LAYERS OF SWEET TASTED OAK AND VELVETY AROMAS OF CAFÉ CRÈME, BROWN SUGAR AND SOFT SPICE.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Antique gold.

NOSE: Vibrant and lively with an abundance of toasty oak sweetness. Reminiscent of a French pâtisserie, freshly-baked Tarte Tatin and buttery choux pastry.

TASTE: Deep, velvety smooth and indulgently sweet. Café crème with soft brown sugar and a hint of spice.

FINISH: Very long-lasting sweet oak.

Zeppelin Bend Reserve is our historic single malt whiskey, aged four years in new American oak, before being finished for nine months in sherry casks from Bodega Alvear.

Notes of raisins and plums come forward in its aromatic nose. Toasty malt character with hints of nuttiness, is framed by graceful tannins from the uncharred sherry casks, leading to a soft, smooth finish laced with warm chocolate tones.

Tasting Notes

Color: Flamboyant mahogany with light tones.

Nose: Release very mature notes, evoking the aroma of fresh fruit coupled with a sensation of suppleness that settles in to underscore the harmony of this cognac.

 Palate: The sensation of full body deepens with the flavor of juice fruit, vanilla, spices and mild tobacco also provided by the vigor of the younger eaux-de-vie.

The latest permanent release from Basil Hayden consists of an entirely new brown rice mashbill and a secondary finish in toasted barrels. The result is a bourbon with less spice, and deepened notes of sweet caramel with a bright, light mouthfeel.

Howler Head Banana Bourbon is a blend of various Kentucky straight bourbon whiskeys. What sets it apart is a banana infusion, achieved by adding all-natural banana flavors. The banana is prominent on the nose, with some sweetness and brown sugar. There is even more banana and sweetness on the palate with some added spiciness of the oak. The unconventional drink is perfect for a shot but really works wonders as a great base for various cocktails, such as an Old Fashioned with a banana twist or a Bourbon Banana Colada.
