The Open Special Edition of 2021 has been created in partnership with Colin Montgomerie, Scottish Professional Golfer and Loch Lomond Whiskies ambassador.

For this special edition, a combination of spirits from both our unique straight neck and more traditional pot stills have been selected, delivering an approachable single malt of exception quality. As with all Loch Lomond Single Malts, the underlying fruit character shines with a gentle hint of smoke on the finish.

The spirit has been matured in three types of American oak casks, managed by our onsite cooperage. Michael Henry, our Master Blender then marries the casks together before a partial finish in Virgin American oak.

Non-chill filtered just as nature intended, and bottled at 46% ABV delivers a rich mouthfeel and a deep and complex flavour.

Flavor Profile
Fresh Fruit Flavors: Ripe Raspberry, Wild Strawberry, Red Plum

Carefully crafted in our distillery with a double distillation process in copper stills, this tequila undergoes no aging or maturation process, other than a final period. Visually, we have a completely transparent tequila, with bright tones and silver hues. In aromas, it presents herbal, mineral, and citrus notes, very fresh. All of this manifests the authentic characteristics of a blanco tequila. Its predominant flavor is cooked agave, which can be somewhat sweet because it naturally contains sweet honey notes, but it also retains the distinct flavors of the land where the agave was planted.

This is a limited edition release of the popular Brooklyn-based distillery's signature rye whisky. This particular release was hand-selected by restaurateur and hospitality expert Will Guidara, who personally signed each bottle. It is a highly coveted whisky among collectors and enthusiasts alike, thanks to its unique flavor profile and exclusive nature.

Ragtime Rye Single Barrel is made using a mash bill of 75% rye, 13% corn, and 12% malted barley. The rye is sourced from a single farm in upstate New York, and the whisky is distilled and aged in charred oak barrels in the heart of Brooklyn. This gives it a distinctive flavor profile that is both bold and complex, with notes of spice, oak, and vanilla.

The single barrel release of Ragtime Rye takes this flavor profile to the next level, offering a more concentrated and nuanced expression of the whisky. Each barrel is aged for a minimum of two years, allowing the flavors to develop and mature over time. The result is a whisky that is rich and complex, with a deep amber color and a smooth, velvety texture.

Will Guidara's hand-selection of this particular barrel adds an extra layer of exclusivity to this already sought-after whisky. Guidara is a renowned restaurateur and hospitality expert, having founded the acclaimed Eleven Madison Park restaurant in New York City, which has won numerous awards and accolades. His signature on each bottle adds a personal touch and a sense of prestige to the whisky.

DOS PASIONES ESPADÍN

Our Espadín comes from a variety of agaves that we cultivate and harvest after 7 to 8 years of seeding. These agaves are grown among the various soils of our village which adds to its flavor's distinct strength and complexity.

Crown Royal Northern Harvest Rye Whisky is made from Canadian rye grain, certified by the #1 Canadian Western. The rye is planted in the fall, and sprouts until blanketed by soft winter snow. After the snow melts, the rye completes its growth, maturing over the spring and summer, and yielding a perfectly smooth rye grain for whisky.

The whisky is unusually fruity for a rye, with an aroma of apple pie, cereal and mild spices. The aroma gives way to an extraordinarily smooth flavor profile, with more apple, custard and caramel, while the typical rye spiciness picks up. The finished is well-balanced, smooth and creamy.

Founded in 1952, the Kumesen Syuzo Distilling Co began distilling spirits made from Long Grain Indica Rice and fermented with native Black Koji. At Amador Whiskey Company, we partner with the finest distillers to create small batch, luxury whiskies. Amador Double Barrel is a rye whiskey aged in new charred American oak barrels for 3 years, which creates flavors of baking spices, blackberry, and chocolate. It is then finished in former French/American barrels for 9–12 months, which provides additional vanilla notes and a velvety mouthfeel. The “Double Barrel” aging technique creates characteristics from the individual barrels that are then blended together to make an exceptional tasting Whiskey, far greater than the sum of its parts.
