NOSE: Rich, indulgent and multi-layered aromas with hints of dried fruits, buttery toffee and dark chocolate.

PALATE: A velvety, dark chocolate palate yields to elegant floral notes and a wisp of sweet, mellow smokiness.

FINISH: Extremely warm, long finish.

The 2021 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is comprised of fruit sourced primarily from the Bob's Ranch Vineyard, as well as the Sangiacomo Vineyard. Bob’s Ranch Vineyard is characterized by its proximity to the Pacific Ocean. Coastal breezes along with low rolling hills and morning fog define this cool climate. The Sangiacomo Vineyard is a certified sustainable vineyard, first planted in 1969. The block we source from is entirely "Old Wente" field selection. The proximity to the Pacific Ocean and San Pablo Bay makes this site ideal for growing Chardonnay.

2021 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay opens with vibrant aromas of lemon zest, fresh apple, crisp peach, and vanilla cream. The palate is round and flavorful, finishing with bright acidity and a note of spicy ginger.

A rarely seen, regal whisky still in the prime ​ of its years, with a rich, sweet nature lightly influenced by long years in cask, and a ​ spicy, peppery finish that comes as a ​ pleasing surprise. Urbane yet determined; sweet and smooth on the surface, but with hot spices bubbling away beneath; quite delicious.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE: Gleaming gold with amber lights.​

BODY: Medium.​

NOSE: Subtly spiced cereal hints and sweetness entwine to suggest ripe tropical mango, papaya, and peapods. Rising through this, traces of hard toffee and light, sustained shavings of oak hint at the spicy intensity on the palate. A splash of water reveals notes of cinnamon bun and salted toffee. Later, these fade appealingly to scented beeswax​.​

PALATE: Silky and smooth-flowing in texture with an intense butterscotch-sweet taste, which mellows into rich caramel toffee. A balancing spicy-dry, oaky intensity appears mid- palate. Adding water softens the honeyed sweetness to creamy-smooth Swiss milk chocolate, with just a little salt mid-palate. Gentle spice now holds the sweetness in check.​​

FINISH: Short and quite intense, with considerable warming chili spice. With water sweeter, the spice reduced.​​​

Casamigos Cristalino Reposado is made from 100% Blue Weber agave from the rich red clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. In the 18th century, John Shenk, a Swiss Mennonite farmer, settled in Pennsylvania's Blue Mountain Valley. He worked tirelessly and harvested more grains than he could sell locally. Shenk decided to distill the excess grains into whiskey, establishing Michter's, the first distilling company in the United States. Prohibition in 1919 led to the closure of Michter's and other distilleries. In the early 1990s, Joseph J. Magliocco and Richard Newman revived the brand, focusing on creating exceptional whiskey. Michter's US*1 Single Barrel Straight Rye Whiskey is crafted from plump rye grains, fermented, distilled, and aged in charred American oak barrels. The heat-cycled warehousing process enhances the mingling of whiskey and wood, resulting in marmalade and light caramel notes.

Michter's Barrel Strength Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey is the limited, overproof version of their Single Barrel Rye, with a bold aroma of butterscotch, golden raisins, and vanilla. The palate offers flavors of morning toast, maple syrup, and fresh fruit, followed by a spicy finish with hints of mint, cinnamon, and honey.

TASTING NOTES

This is Bricoleur Vineyards first Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine has a deep garnet hue that leads to a captivating spice and dark berry aroma. On the palate, it displays both power and grace, as black currant, savory spice, purple plums, tobacco, and damp earth meld seamlessly. We call it a "trophy release"

Introducing, Peated Finish. We took this special expression out of our whisky vault in celebration of our recent wins at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

This expression is a New World take on an old classic; It's a red wine barrel aged, single malt whisky finished in peated barrels straight off the rugged coast of Islay, Scotland. Melded with Starward's quintessential tropical notes and the smoky, earthy flavors from Islay’s coastal peat. Expect a whisky that's unlike any other. Peated Finish even won a Gold medal at the recent 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. This is something special.
