Lucky Seven Spirits was founded by best friends Michael Lahalin and John Pals. Both bourbon fans and cinema aficionados, the pair settled on the moniker Lucky 7, named after the legendary Stage 7 of the Warner Brothers lot, where countless classics such as Casablanca were filmed. Since the giant stage got a reputation for producing so many hits, it got the nickname "Lucky Stage 7." The pair sources and blends rare bourbons, only using the finest juice they can find and releasing them as limited editions: 12 YO "The Hold Up," 6 YO "The Jokester," and 12 YO Single Barrel "The Proprietor." They have won several medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, among others. As befits the Hollywood and movie history that permeates Lucky Seven, they have also created a series of short films that accompany each expression. The luxurious decanter bottles include several nods to Old Hollywood, as well as real 22-karat gold. The Lucky Seven 'The Holiday Toast' expression is a limited release that is perfect for the holiday season. This Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey was aged in heavily-toasted new American oak barrels and is bottled at 115 proof. With notes of cinnamon, mulled cider, and baking spices, it's a unique yet serious whiskey that adds a festive touch without being gimmicky.

As part of our award-winning, independent “Single Barrel” range, each barrel is evaluated, bottled, and hand-selected from Milam & Greene’s growing sourced collection. The team only bottles whiskies that demonstrate elegance and personality. No two casks are the same. Each barrel yields approximately 280 bottles and the cask number, proof and alcohol by volume is hand-written on each label. This year’s lot comes from Tennessee and has already won numerous double gold medals in international competitions. Our fans can expect a variety of gorgeous single barrel offerings for years to come.

At The Clydeside, we don’t want our whisky (nor our customers) boxed in by stereotypes or clichés. With our annual Limited Edition release, The Clydeside hopes to shed a new light on Lowland whisky: highlighting its many beauties, while showcasing its manifold virtues and re-examining its presentation.

The first Clydeside Limited Edition release is a cask strength expression bottled at 60.6% vol., bolstering the intensity of the generally softer Lowland style, while exemplifying its finest attributes. Orange marmalade and fruity malt aromas linger on the nose. The sweetness of the malt marries seamlessly with oak influence from the ex-Bourbon casks the whisky was matured in. The spices and vanilla explode on the finish as the higher proof finally announces itself.

This Clydeside Single Malt is produced using clear water from Loch Katrine, 100% Scottish barley and then matured in the finest Oak casks.

Often seen as a gin replacement, Aquavit is a centuries-old Scandinavian liquor. Aquavit starts as a clear, neutral spirit, similar to vodka, which is then flavored with a variety of spices including caraway, anise, dill or coriander, and is most commonly served chilled, in small, icy glasses. You can often see it accompanying most Scandinavian foods, like preserved fish, or even moose. Krogstad is crafted in the spirit of adventure, the expression is inspired by the first European explorers to reach America who later passed down that adventurous spirit from generation to generation. Krogstad is distilled from naturally gluten free, American grain, and flavored with a robust blend of caraway and star anise.

Batanga, born in the heart of Tequila, is made using 100% blue Weber agave with traditional, old-world methods, that have been used for generations. Our jimadors hand-harvest the agave piñas from the agave fields, which are then cooked in traditional style masonry brick ovens, imparting nuances of cinnamon, clove and other warming spices from the delicate process of caramelizing sugars. The ‘mosto’ released is then fermented and double distilled, giving Batanga the crisp, bright finish that has won the hearts of people near and far.

Batanga Reposado is aged in American oak barrels lending coffee, vanilla and toffee notes that heighten the warming spices introduced in the production process. The addition of a barrel comes through in bold, complex flavors.

It was nearly 180 years ago that Jean-Baptiste Combier and his wife Josephine started experimenting in their kitchen in the village of Saumur in the Loire Valley of France. The confectioners wanted to create something new and different, an original flavor. In 1834 they finally perfected the recipe for the very first triple sec Combier Liqueur d'Orange which consisted of sun-dried West Indies orange peels, local spices, and some secret ingredients. The recipe and process remain the same to this day, from the bitter Haitian and sweet Valencia oranges, down to the century-old copper stills. Once the orange peels are rehydrated, the rind is separated from the pith by hand in order to tone down the bitterness during distillation. After the first distillation, a period of maceration follows, and the spirit is distilled two more times. Natural sugar crystals are added and the alcohol volume is brought down to 40% before bottling. The entire process takes place at the same location since the 19th century. The signature profile of the original triple sec has a pleasant sweetness that isn't overbearing, along with fruity and bitter citrusy notes.

Hirsch Whiskey is named after Adolf Hirsch, a former executive of the Schenley Co. who bought some aging barrels of bourbon from the famed Michter's Distillery before it closed in 1988. It was in 1974 that Hirsch first imagined the spirit that would become legendary over the years. Its unique and turbulent history would prompt Charles K. Cowdery to write the book The Best Bourbon You'll Never Taste, centered around this mythical bourbon. Today the brand is owned by the San Francisco-based distiller & importer Hotaling & Co. They aim to bring back the famous name with premium expressions. "With this reintroduction, we invite people to take a journey into the world of bourbon and discover what makes HIRSCH legendary. THE HORIZON takes the first step into the future of HIRSCH, with additional expressions planned to round out the collection," says Hotaling & Co. President and CEO Dan Leese. Hirsch The Horizon expression is made to embody the spirit of adventure, the lifelong search for new experience chasing the horizon. It's a blend of 2 straight bourbons. Distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, 94% of the blend is a 4-year-old juice with a traditional (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley malt) mash bill, while the remaining 6% is a 6-year-old rye-heavy whiskey. Bottled at 92 proof, it's a traditional, complex, and incredibly well-balanced offering that is equally stunning neat or on the rocks.

Ocean Vodka is distilled from pure organic sugar cane using continuous column distillation through 103 platelets. Each platelet acts as a mini-distillation, resulting in an exceptionally pure spirit.

Ocean Vodka is the only spirit in the world made with 100% deep ocean mineral water, sourced from 3,000 feet below the Kona Coast of the Island of Hawaii. The water in Ocean Vodka contains trace minerals including calcium, magnesium and potassium, which combine to create an exceptionally smooth and distinct flavor. Northern Rye is a style of whiskey created by Mammoth Distilling that combines North American traditions with old-world techniques to create a spirit showcasing character from both grain and oak. The result is a new expression of whiskey. One that explores the nearly endless possibilities of complex rye grain character while balancing the structure, flavor and depth that comes from oak. The inspiration for Northern Rye No. 02 came from the local wineries of Northern Michigan, whose ethos and production techniques involve blending old world viniferous varietals with new American hybrids and aging them in French and American oak barrels to create wines worthy of their own designation. This whiskey is the next chapter of our story, where Northern Rye meets Northern Michigan wine for a perfect marriage of terroir and technique.

Northern Rye No. 02 contains a blend of 11% straight Michigan Wheeler rye aged in first-use, char level 3 Missouri white oak barrels, 21% 18-year Alberta rye finished in American Oak Port barrels from 45 North Vineyard & Winery, 20% 18-year Alberta rye finished in Bonobo Winery’s Estate Pinot Noir French oak barrels, and 48% 15,16, and 18-year Alberta rye in second- and third-fill American casks.

Gingersnap and fig on the nose, followed by strawberry jam, tobacco and grass, warming into pink peppercorn and ripe pear, with a long velvety finish of sweet challah bread, port and leather.

El Tesoro de Don Felipe tequila honors Don Felipe Camarena, the man who established La Altea Distillery in 1937, where El Tesoro continues to be distilled today. El Tesoro tequila is the treasure of Jalisco, created in celebration of Don Felipe's most precious asset: his agaves. Today El Tesoro is still made honoring the same traditional methods that have been passed down through generations. El Tesoro Blanco is an unaged spirit that is immediately bottled after distillation. It is double distilled to proof and captures the essence of highland agave.
