This version spends between 2 and 11 months aging in oak barrels of less than 200 liters. Singel barrel bottlings of our aged products ensures premium quality mezcal. The distinctive bottle comes with it's own little Scorpion Mezcal sombrero.

Gold. Lanolin and honey aromas. A soft round entry leads to a dry light-to medium-body with honey, grassy herbs, flax, caramel, salt, light spice. Finishes dryly with a honeyed oak barrel note.

Color: Crystalline and translucent, with slight golden shimmers that recall its origin and aging. Perfectly clean and shiny, great adherence on the glass, forming tears and legs of great body.

SMELL: Very pleasant, with a variety of aromas that go from fruit notes, sweet and citric from orange and grapefruit, with notes of cooked agave honey, slight vanilla, and cacao in a perfect balance of wood without overstepping its presence.

TASTE: The notes of smell are confirmed in taste; this is a very smooth product to the plate. Balanced and fresh, with a slight flavor of cacao, fresh and sweet fruit, peach, and berries. Of great presence within the palate.

Matured in a slightly higher proportion of Oloroso Sherry casks, this sublime 19 year old whisky is the epitome of an aged Ardbeg. Heaven Hill distillery was founded in 1935, immediately after Prohibition ended in the United States in 1933, after a group of investors decided to be ready for the rebounding market. The investors including the famous Joseph L. Beam. Heaven Hill is located on a massive estate boasting 22 multi-story rick-houses across hundreds of acres of land. Forty years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence, George A. Dickel was born in a rural town in eastern Tennessee. By 1867, Dickel was an established Nashville merchant but moved his family to the city of Tullahoma (situated in south-central Tennessee), where he purchased the Cascade Hollow Distillery. Bourbon & Brew is the intersection between bourbon whiskey and cold brew coffee. We begin the process with a bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. After aging, we add a twist – a French Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with cold brew coffee, imparting rich, hearty flavors, and notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and burnt vanilla.

Hints of menthol hurl headlong into rich antique leather.

TASTE: A viscous mouthfeel bursts forth to introduce a sparkling array of salty, sweet, and savoury flavours. Peat smoke, eucalyptus oil, minty chocolate and toffee mingle with smoked pecans, creosote, and tar. Subtle sweet pear crumble and fudge lurk in the background.
