In 1974, when A. H. HIRSCH first imagined his now legendary bourbon, he set the gold standard for thoughtful American whiskey. The Bivouac combines two straight bourbons distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky - the world capital of Bourbon. Our custom mashbill is inspired by A.H. Hirsch Reserve 16-year-old legendary whiskey, providing balance to our make. 95% of the blend is distilled from mashbill of 74% corn, 18% rye, 8% malted barley, aged a minimum of 3 years. The remaining 5% is distilled from a high malted barley mash 72% corn, 13% rye, 15% malted barley, aged for a least 6 years, for added complexity. Bottled at 100 proof with approximately 160 barrels bottled with every batch. Enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktail.

A mezcalero's mezcal made from Agave Espadn tells a lot about that mezcalero's style and craftsmanship. Because specific notes cant be attributed to different agave types, the characteristics of a mezcal Espadn can be very indicative of the hand of the maker.

Mezcal Vago's Espadn from Emigdio has become a favorite amongst mezcal novices as well as enthusiasts. It was awarded Double Gold, Best in Class & the coveted ""Best Mezcal"" at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The terroir shines through in this mezcal, and you really get a sense of place when tasting it. Every batch is slightly different, but ABV is usually around 50%. This mezcal is a magnificent sipping mezcal, but like all of Emigdio's mezcals, it serves particularly well accompanying fresh fish preps like nigiri or ceviche, as well as fresh oysters.

Our 100% Rye Mashbill began with Elbon Rye from Northwest Texas accompanied by crystal, chocolate and roasted rye. Driven by constant curiosity, we distilled our Rye in our copper pot stills, bringing new subtlety and perspective to our approach.

A grain whisky that’s only a pot still away from being a single malt

A grain whisky made only from malt? That’s also smoky? Paradoxical spirits are something of a calling card for the whiskymakers at Loch Lomond Distillery who operate their site with seriously open minds. We managed to source some of their peated, Coffey-distilled whisky to create a blended grain with a difference.

Experimental Grain Whisky is in many ways the alter ego to Hedonism, our signature expression. The smoke notes that the Loch Lomond parcel bestows are unlike anything we have used before: herbal, moss-like, clinging.

Crafthouse Classic Cocktails are made from the highest quality all-natural ingredients. They All of our ready to drink cocktails contain no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. 

We use only exceptional spirits, collaborating with the finest producers (many of whom are our friends). You will never find malt, low-grade grain neutral spirits or unnamed “brewed alcohols” in our pre-mixed cocktails. 

Each Crafthouse Classic Cocktail is made just as it would be at a cocktail bar. We simply make them in larger batches. It is important to note that unlike many RTD’s (ready to drink) in the market, our cocktails each have their own ABV (alcohol by volume). You would never expect a Moscow Mule and an Old Fashioned to contain the same percentage alcohol, would you? 

Our cocktails in cans are not watered down. They have full and distinct flavor while still maintaining an accessible profile. Carefully curating our lineup, we worked diligently to provide something for every taste, occasion and mood.
