Introducing, Peated Finish. We took this special expression out of our whisky vault in celebration of our recent wins at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

This expression is a New World take on an old classic; It's a red wine barrel aged, single malt whisky finished in peated barrels straight off the rugged coast of Islay, Scotland. Melded with Starward's quintessential tropical notes and the smoky, earthy flavors from Islay’s coastal peat. Expect a whisky that's unlike any other. Peated Finish even won a Gold medal at the recent 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. This is something special. 

Tasting notes

COLOR: Auburn

NOSE: Bright tropical fruits, toasted oak followed by a hint of sweet peat.

PALATE: Ripe red fruits, subtle peat smoke, yellow peach and mocha.

FINISH:  Palate slowly dries from the oak and has very long peated finish

NOCHELUNA IS A RARE AND WILD SPIRIT

Born from the Chihuahuan desert and harvested from the resilient Dasylirion plant, Nocheluna has a pronounced and versatile flavor profile. This exceptional spirit embodies fresh minerality and light sweetness balanced by herbal tones and notes of dried stone fruits and cacao. The 100% artisanal process yields a dynamic liquid that can be enjoyed by all spirits lovers in a neat pour or in cocktails alike.

For 18 months our Anejo ages, giving this expression an even richer color, aroma, and flavor, amplifying the present qualities of our reposado. A well rounded, multi-layered palate of sweet oak, butterscotch, finishing with ultra-smooth vanilla highlights.

AROMA: Rich oak, cooked agave, nutty, and caramel

COLOR: Dark gold reflections, brilliant and rich amber

Meaning “rested”, it is aged for a minimum of 2 months to less than a year, in oak barrels.

Naked Diablo’s Reposado is aged to perfection in smaller batches for a minimum of 10 months in 10 year old Bourbon oak barrels. Balanced, rich and wonderfully smooth, this light amber tequila is full-bodied and strikes the perfect balance between bourbon, caramel, vanilla, agave and toasted coconut, with notes of butterscotch and clay.

It is best experienced neat, on the rocks or mix it into the occasional cocktail.
