Lucky Seven The Frenchman Single Barrel Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Lucky Seven

750 ml | 56.5% ABV
Whiskey | Bourbon

A premium bourbon whiskey that is highly sought after by bourbon aficionados around the world. This bourbon is produced by Lucky Seven, a craft distillery located in Kentucky, USA, which is renowned for its high-quality and unique bourbons.

The Frenchman Single Barrel Select is made from carefully selected corn, rye, and malted barley, which are aged in charred oak barrels for a minimum of seven years. This extended aging process gives the bourbon its smooth and complex flavor profile, with notes of vanilla, caramel, oak, and spice.

What sets Lucky Seven The Frenchman Single Barrel Select apart from other bourbons is its unique finishing process. After the bourbon has aged for seven years in the charred oak barrels, it is transferred to French oak barrels that were previously used to age red wine. This finishing process imparts subtle fruit and floral notes to the bourbon, adding to its complexity and depth of flavor.

Each bottle of Lucky Seven The Frenchman Single Barrel Select is hand-selected by the master distiller and is bottled at cask strength, meaning it is not diluted with water before bottling. This results in a higher alcohol content, typically around 60% ABV, which makes it a bold and powerful bourbon.

This is a must-try for bourbon lovers who appreciate complexity, depth, and a little bit of adventure in their whiskey. Its unique finishing process and cask strength bottling make it a stand-out in the crowded bourbon market, and its smooth, complex flavor profile is sure to impress even the most discerning palate.

On The Rocks Jalapeno Pineapple Margarita With Tres Generaciones Cocktail 375ML

On The Rocks

Cocktail

On the Rocks Premium Cocktails was launched in 2016 by Andrew Gill, Patrick Halbert, and Rocco Milano in Dallas, Texas with the idea to bring the cocktail bar experience into the comfort of your home. They produce premium craft ready-to-drink cocktails using the finest natural ingredients and proper spirits. Their aim is to bring the whole experience of having a consistently perfect cocktail, without the need for multiple ingredients and equipment, and without sacrificing taste. No preservatives are added and the range is sweetened with cane sugar only. After securing several partnership deals with airlines and hotels that recognized the quality of the product the list includes Four Seasons, Hyatt, Hilton, and Hawaiian Airlines the company took off in a big way. "My focus was to create bar-quality cocktails that had balance and subtlety of character making cocktails that have layers of complexity rather than being overly sweet, boozy, or otherwise. We operate under the belief that good is the enemy of great. We kept working on our drinks until we had great drinks," says co-founder and mixologist-in-chief Rocco Milano. After Beam Suntory joined to provide quality branded spirits for their cocktails, the road was paved for a smash hit. "We couldn't be happier to have gained a partner like Beam Suntory. Their partnership will help us grow our business much faster, and our collaboration will mean that our hand-crafted, quality cocktails will also include some of the world's finest premium spirits," said Halbert of the partnership. Right now their lineup consists of The Old Fashioned, The Aviation, The Mai Tai, The Cosmopolitan, Jalapeo Pineapple Margarita, and The Margarita. Jalapeo Pineapple Margarita is made with Tres Generaciones Plata Tequila, pineapple, triple sec, and a natural jalapeo extract that ensures the perfect amount of heat is in the drink each and every time. It's sweet and spicy the perfect cocktails for chili-heads.

The ready-to-drink cocktail has struck Gold at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in 2018 and Silver at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2017.

Erstwhile Mezcal

Mezcal

Brand Introduction

A mission-driven, social impact-driven company, Erstwhile is a boutique agave spirits importer based in Brooklyn, New York.  Our mission: advocate for small, independent, family-owned producers who lack representation outside their local communities in Mexico; and bring their craft to mezcal lovers in international markets for the first time.

We work closely with our partner producers and set them up for success.  No haggling.  No exclusivity contracts.  We guide producers through the complicated steps to export in their own names for the first time, and cover necessary expenses including local attorneys, accountants, license fees, and more.  We absorb our producers’ marketing and supply chain costs as our own.

We believe in autonomy for producers, be it hiring their own workers or using their own bottling facility. We only step in if they want our help. We connect our partner producers to share knowledge and help each other in production.

Revenue from every Erstwhile bottle sold creates jobs in our partner producers’ and vendors’ local communities in Mexico.  Our producers hire their own team of local men and women, on their own terms.

Erstwhile is a woman-owned, women-led business.  Our team is multicultural and multilingual.  We are outspoken about elevating underrepresented voices in Mezcal and our industry.

Erstwhile Madre Cuishe (2021 Ancestral Limited Edition)

Distilled in clay pots and quiote.  A legacy of the era when Mezcal production was illegal in Oaxaca, this extraordinary batch of Madrecuishe crafted by Silverio García Luis – a 2021 Ancestral Limited Release – rescues a García family tradition that had been lost for about 50 years.  In the 1960's and 1970's, mezcal production was illegal in Oaxaca and other parts of Mexico.  Don Lencho, Silverio's father, used a hollowed out quiote (the flowering stalk of agave plants) instead of a copper tube, to evade the military that would come and seize his distillation equipment by force.  The García family went back to using copper stills around 1980, as prohibition came to a gradual end in Oaxaca.  Now you too can partake in this unique distillation method and family tradition from the García family in Rancho Blanco Güilá, Oaxaca, available for the first time in the United States in partnership with Erstwhile Mezcal.

Opus One Napa Valley Red Wine 2018 1.5L

Opus One

1500 ml | 13.5% ABV
Wine | Red

One wine of absolute quality
Opus One is the realized dream of two men: Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Chateau Mouton Rothschild in Bordeaux and Napa Valley vintner Robert Mondavi. Together, our founders set out to create a single wine dedicated to the pursuit of uncompromising quality. This singular mission shapes every vintage, today and for generations to come.

The vineyards enjoyed idyllic growing conditions with consistent weather and milder temperatures in 2018. The beginning of the year was notably dry; however, well-timed rainfall just before budbreak provided the necessary water for canopy development. Flawless conditions ensued during flowering and fruit set which led to higher-than-average yields. While the season got off to a later start, veraison occurred only seven days later than the average which gave the fruit the necessary time to ripen perfectly. Harvest began on September 19th with a steady pace that continued until the last fruit arrived on October 25th.

The Opus One 2018 offers profuse aromas of blackberry, cassis and black cherry. Elegant notes of violets, white pepper and rose petals follow and together they deliver a very seductive bouquet. The seamlessly layered flavors build to a crescendo of fresh and juicy black-fruit, accented with hints of orange zest, licorice and dark chocolate. Beautifully balanced, the smooth round tannins and fresh acidity combine to create a soft, creamy mouthfeel and extend the flavors into a long persistent finish.

Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon 84%, Petit Verdot 6%, Merlot 5%, Cabernet Franc 4% and Malbec 1%

Skin Contact: 18 days

Barrel Aging: 17 months in new French oak

Hudson Manhattan Rye Whiskey

Hudson

750 ml | 46% ABV
Whiskey | Rye

For nearly 220 years, the Tuthilltown Gristmill located off Albany Post Road in Gardiner, New York used waterpower to mill local grains into flour. In 2001. Ralph Erenzo acquired the property and together with a partner, converted one of the mill's granaries into a distillery. At the time, Erenzo had little experience distilling spirits. After purchasing a furnace from eBay and a German copper-pot still that arrived without instructions, Erenzo attempted to distill a batch of vodka using apple scraps from a nearby apple-slicing plant in the Hudson Valley. Soon thereafter, Tuthilltown Spirits began experimenting with whiskey. "Our first aged spirit was an experiment that turned out quite well indeed," says Erenzo. "And since we are a small batch shop, we can change direction overnight. We also realized early that whiskey was coming back, in particular the interest in straightforward aged spirits; people are just tired of the same old thing. And we copied no one." Hudson Manhattan Rye Whiskey is the first rye whiskey to be distilled in New York since Prohibition. It is made exclusively from rye grains that are harvested by farmers situated less than ten miles from the distillery. After the grains arrive, they are milled and mashed at the distillery before being fermented for nearly a week. Following fermentation, the rye is distilled twice through Tuthilltown Spirits' 800-liter, hand-assembled German copper-pot still. After distillation, the whiskey is poured into 3-gallon and 14-gallon charred American oak casks. The casks are then laid to rest within a warehouse that is lined with heaters that power the distillery's stills. As a result, when the stills are running during the day, the warehouse becomes incredibly hot, causing the oak casks to expand and interact with the whiskey. In addition, each night, when the stills are dormant and the temperature cooler, speakers, which have been placed throughout the warehouse, play loud rap music with deep bass. The deep bass agitates the whiskies, and causes the barrels themselves to experience micro-expansions and contractions. This sonic aging process unique in the industry adds to the interaction between the oak and the whiskey. After a slumber of up to two years, each batch of Hudson Manhattan Rye Whiskey is brought to proof, before each bottle is filled, sealed and numbered by hand. Hudson Manhattan Rye earned the Silver Medal at the 2012 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and earned a score of 90-95 points from Wine Enthusiast. "We're not making whiskey the 'traditional' way, as defined for 80 years by the big whiskey producers," says Erenzo. "We are making it the way their grandfathers made it. We do all the work, hands-on, from scratch. All of our product are handmade."
