TO THE NOSE: Fresh tobacco leaf, then some sweetness, layered with a hint of caramelised sugar, green tea and almonds. 

TO THE TONGUE: A smooth whisky taste with a floral freshness and a burst of sweet barley at first. This gently ebbs, revealing a tangy zestness of Auchentoshan whisky. The palate is left alive and refreshed. 

TO THE END: A long, lingering well balanced Single Malt. A dram that invigorates the senses.

Our 25 year old is a complex and elegant Campbeltown single malt Scotch whisky. Bottled at 48.8%, this full-bodied whisky offers a fruity and sweet character with crisp coastal notes and hints of sea spray. Gently matured in our finest American oak barrels before being married in first-fill bourbon casks before bottling. The signature nose has hints of vanilla oak interwoven with subtle notes of sea spray and spicy aromatic fruits. Bottled at 48.8% with no added color or chill-filtration, as nature intended.

It is found in 32 countries across Africa and can live up to 5000 years and reach over 30 meters high and 50 meters in circumference. You may even recognise it as the tree that Rafiki calls home in Disney’s Lion King and in the Avatar too!

In 2006, the Singleton collection of whiskies was launched with the aim of highlighting the unique single malts produced by three distinguished Scottish distilleries: Dufftown, Glen Ord, and Glendullan. Each whisky in the range provides an insight into the history and tradition of its respective distillery, while also showcasing its distinct flavor profile. The Singleton Glen Ord 40 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a truly exceptional and rare whisky that has been crafted with precision and care. This limited-edition release is the result of almost half a century of aging in American oak ex-bourbon casks, followed by a second maturation period of almost three decades in ex-rum casks. The whisky was then further matured in Ron Zacapa XO solera casks to create a complex and luxurious expression.

A true farm-to-table bourbon, Frey Ranch Four-Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey is 100% sustainably grown, malted, distilled, matured, and bottled on the Frey Ranch. Aged for 5 years, this 90-proof bourbon is smooth yet complex with oak and citrus aromas followed by vanilla, caramel, banana chips, and dried hay on the palate. With a 4-grain mash bill of non-GMO corn, winter cereal rye, winter wheat, and two-row barley-malted on site, this is a flavorful bourbon that can easily be enjoyed on its own, yet also holds up in any whiskey-based cocktail.

Elijah Pepper began distilling Whiskey at the dawn of the American Revolution and during the War of 1812, he built the first log cabin distillery in Versailles, Kentucky. Eventually, he passed the family business on to his son, Oscar, and then on to his grandson, James E. Pepper. Colonel James E. Pepper was one of Kentucky's first Bourbon aristocrats he raced thoroughbreds in the Kentucky Derby, traveled in a private rail car and made famous the Old Fashioned cocktail. Pepper Whiskey is an old fashioned Whiskey, made in the old time way from a formula used for more than 100 years by three generations of the Pepper family, wrote James, in an advertisement dated August 22, 1887. We claim not only to make the oldest but absolutely the purest and best brand of Whiskey made in America, and we invite comparison with any Whiskey of any age. In 1958, after the Whiskey industry fell on hard times, the James E. Pepper Distillery was forced to close its doors. During its tenure, Pepper Whiskey, or Old 1776 Whiskey as it became it known, was a favorite of Presidents Andrew Jackson and Ulysses S. Grant, and was preferred by Daniel Webster, a leading American statesman and senator from Massachusetts. Before re-launching this iconic brand, says Amir Peay, we did extensive research and spent years collecting and analyzing full, preserved bottles of original Pepper Whiskey. Peay even acquired a letter written by Pepper himself, detailing the exact mashbill and recipe used to create Old 1776. We wanted to pay homage to Pepper's legacy and do our best to recreate the original Pepper Whiskey something that was part of American history, he says. The high-rye mash bill, non-chill filtration and overproof character result in a Whiskey with spicy aromas of crushed pepper, tobacco, barrel char and licorice. The chewy palate is filled with more herbs and spices, particularly cedar, and leads to an exceptional finish with hints of black cherry, charcoal smoke and mild sweetness. "We used the same traditional methods that Pepper championed in order to restore these Whiskeys," says Peay.

A wave of fresh peaches hits you the moment you uncork the bottle. There isnt any artificial peach flavoring here. Instead, youll find a familiar, pleasant, and sweet true-peach scent. And because of the vodka's corn base, the bright tawny spirit is reminiscent of peach-flavored bourbonit has a boozy presence, yet a long finish with hints of vanilla and bruised peaches.

Courvoisier, the only cognac house that uses achieves their own barrels for achieving their signature taste. The Courvoisier Initiale Extra is created by blending eaux-de-vie from the Grand Champagne and Borderies area. These blends were aged up to 50 years in oak barrels. Perfectly balanced, it gets a rich and deep flavour from its long aging process. The aromatic intensity of the cognac is exceptional and powerful. It has an intense depth and finesse that bring out all the unique flavours and layers. It has a 40% of alcohol by volume.

TASTING NOTES

Color: Amber liquid.

Nose: Fragrance is heady with forest floor aromas; rich truffles and cedar wood. The humid conditions of the cellars develop this truffle aroma. Notes of port wine and fruit cake bring a warmth to the nose.

Palate: A long finish, thanks to its eaux-de-vie from the Premier Cru. The long aging process makes the flavor very intense and concentrated. The rancio is wonderful with notes of earth and wild mushroom. A deep and balanced mix.

Founded by Brad Beckerman Stillhouse Spirits Co. produces a 100% clear American corn whiskey. Released in 2010 this award-winning corn whiskey is crafted and finished in the some of the top distilleries in Virginia and Kentucky.

The first batch of Beluga Noble Russian Vodka was produced in 2002. It was the first and the dearest to our hearts! This was the result of the meticulous hard work of the Mariinsk Distillery masters. The refined, rich taste of Beluga Noble Russian Vodka results from its unique composition, mainly due to the malt spirit and the purest water of the Siberian artesian wells. This helps to smoothen the taste of vodka.

These carefully selected natural components pass through a triple filtering system. Afterwards, Beluga Noble is left to «rest» for thirty days. Such method helps to neutralize the harsh smell of the spirit and to enhance the rich taste and soft flavor of Beluga Russian Noble Vodka.
