Wheaters, come gather ‘round because this one's for you. A delicious and well-balanced wheated bourbon is something every whiskey lover should get their hands on. Ours is a chance for us to show you and the world what we’re capable of. By using our expertise in creating our delicious flagship bourbon, we tweaked our recipe and upped the wheat and kept the corn at the minimum. Our wheated bourbon consists of 51 percent corn, 45 percent wheat and four percent malted barley. The result? A liquid that allows for each ingredient to not only shine on its own, but highlights what happens when success meets craft.

The Parker's Heritage collection of small-batch bourbons are a series of rare, limited-edition bourbons crafted in tribute to Master Distiller Parker Beam and his five decades of experience distilling whiskey. Each year, Parker Beam and Heaven Hill select a special expression of whiskey to release under the Parker's Heritage Collection label. The barrels hand-selected for this series include bourbon, rye and wheat whiskeys, among others, and are some of the highest quality and most diverse American whiskeys to be produced. This 13th edition eight year old is the first-ever Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey to be released as a park of the Parker's Heritage Collection, consisting of 75 specialty barrels charred for a full minute and a half, as opposed to a more traditional 40 seconds. The Level 5 char barrels have been rested for eight years and nine months, on the seventh floor of Rickhouse Y. The heavier char allows the whiskey to penetrate further into the barrel, delivering deep notes of spice and wood, resulting in enhanced notes of spice and a distinctive character imparted by their traditional Rye Whiskey mashbill. Parker's Heritage Collection 13th Edition 8-Year-Old Rye is bottled without chill-filtration at 105 proof.

Bender’s is a complex yet accessible corn whiskey that’s produced on San Francisco’s Treasure Island. Sourced from a distillery not far from where one of our founders was born, each batch of Bender’s is unique.

Our second batch of Old Corn has been aged for a minimum of 9 years in charred oak barrels and is blended in small batches of 2000 bottles or less. Alan Shayne founded Spirit Imports in 1993. An experienced veteran of the spirits industry, Shayne founded The Scotch Malt Whisky Society of America. In the nearly three decades since his daughters Lauren and Gabrielle joined the family business they have built a portfolio of eight brands and dozens of releases. The Classic Cask is a label of distinctive single barrels and strictly limited releases of Single Malt from some of the best distilleries. Each bottle is numbered in series, once a release is gone it is gone forever. This Classic Cask 23 Year Old Caribbean Rum Finish is part of a series of four twenty-three year-old Spirits released in tandem. After 23 years of aging the whisky was placed into former Caribbean Rum casks that once held Solera aged rums, for 6 months. During that period, it picked up the distinctive rum features which added a new dimension to this thoroughly engaging whisky.

Hailing from the Hinch Distillery in Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland, this delightful Single Pot Still whiskey features oats in its mashbill, imparting a subtle creaminess.
