Before cocktails were cocktails and even before Scotch was Scotch, Drambuie has been a premium Scotch liqueur at the heart of great cocktails. In its native Gaelic, Drambuie means the drink that satisfies. Though the exact recipe has been a closely guarded secret since it was brought to Scotland in 1745, for the past 200 years, Drambuie has been made with aged Highland whisky, heather honey, herbs and spices.

Mars Shinshu is Japan's highest whisky distillery, at 798 meters just over 2,600 feet nestled between Japan's Southern and Central Alps. Mars Shinshu is owned by the Hombo family, who have been in the business of distillation for over a century. Whisky became a part of the Mars Shinshu production line up in 1949. In 1984, Shinshu decided to move their southernmost Kyushu distillery to the picturesque alpine Miyada village, where the high altitude and cool climate make for suitable conditions for whisky-making. The whisky is produced from waters that pass through granite rock, this water is high in natural minerals. This whisky is named after Kiichiro Iwai, known as "The Silent Pioneer of Japan Whisky," and the former mentor of Masataka Taketsuru, the founder of Nikka and Suntory Whisky. Iwai sent Taketsuru to Scotland to learn the art of whisky-making. Taketsuru returned to Japan, presenting a whisky-making report the Taketsuru Notes to Iwai. Taketsuru was the first Japanese to learn the art of whisky-making. Mars Shinshu's whiskies continue to be some of the most inexpensive Japanese whiskies on the market, and they are full of high-quality character and complex flavor. Iwai Tradition is a blended whisky, comprised of both single malts, grains, and blended whiskies. Mars Iwai 45 is a higher proof version the original spirit, distilled from a high corn mash of 75% corn, and 25% barley aged in ex-Bourbon casks delivering a unique flavor profile with a distinctive bourbon influence.

The "American Spirit" with a unique Vermont twist

Bourbon has become “The American Spirit” in a way that cognac represents France, gin represents England and vodka represents Russia in the hearts of their consumers. We offer our own special Vermont take on the liquid gold so associated with Appalachia. We use only regionally-sourced, non-GMO grains and mature our bourbons on site in the clear, clean air of Vermont.

Our bourbon has a wonderful deep and rich aroma of Vermont-grown corn, smokiness on the palate, and a smooth aromatic finish. Since bringing our bourbon to market in May of 2014, we have been selling it at local farmers markets, the distillery and of course through the Vermont state liquor stores. The response has been overwhelming — we can barely keep it in stock!

Glendalough is an idyllic little town in eastern Ireland. Gaelic for "valley of two lakes," it was said to have been founded by a man named Saint Cemgen also known as Saint Kevin. The Glendalough Distillery, Ireland's first new craft distillery, was set up by five friends from Wicklow and Dublin with a deep passion for reviving the heritage of craft distilling in Ireland. The 18th & 19th centuries there were the glory days of the Irish whiskey industry, with over 200 licensed distilleries in all of Ireland. There were also countless unlicensed distilleries at the time, producing diverse styles of poitn, whiskey, gin and even absinthe. But through a series of unfortunate events, the Irish Whiskey Industry dried to a trickle in the 1970's. Glendalough Distillery is part of a revival of this Irish heritage. Their philosophy is "to make innovative spirits while staying true to the tradition and heritage of our ancestors." Glendalough started out making poitn the traditional Irish distillate made in small pot stills. From there they seamlessly transitioned to whiskey production, and most recently, seasonal,wild botanical gins. All of their production is handmade. Working alongside local forager Geraldine Kavanagh, only the freshest botanical ingredients are foraged in the wild Wicklow country side. Small batches of this award winning seasonal gin are distilled in Holstein copper stills. No more than 3,000 bottles are produced each season, and each season yields a different character, creating something really special. MacNair’s Lum Reek 21-year-old is a marriage of Single Malts from Islay and Speyside – two of the most sought-after whisky regions in Scotland – combining both peated and unpeated spirit to create a perfectly balanced and complex malt. The recipe, concocted by industry veteran and Master Distiller/Blender of the Year, Billy Walker, includes aged GlenAllachie single malt.

The small batch expression was matured to perfection at The GlenAllachie Distillery in a combination of Oloroso sherry, red wine and virgin oak casks expertly sourced from across the globe. The resulting whisky, offered without added colouring or chill-filtration, is brimming with dark chocolate, vanilla fudge, and cinnamon buns, all with gentle peat undertones.

Madre Tequila is a pure tequila blanco, made to highlight the natural agave flavor, drawing on the traditional methods of 'Vino de Mezcal de Tequila.' Produced with insights from Madre Mezcal, it showcases agave from a single estate at high elevations in Jalisco, 7,500 feet above sea level.

The agaves are harvested at peak ripeness, roasted in clay ovens, and distilled with mineral-rich water from 1,500 feet underground, reflecting traditional mezcal techniques. At 48% ABV, Madre Tequila offers a smooth, full-bodied agave flavor with notes of caramel and citrus, suitable for both cocktails and sipping neat. Don Vicente is naturally handcrafted in Destileria El Pandillo, located in the Highlands of Jalisco in a famous tequila town called Jesus Maria. Destileria El Pandillo is one of the best, most sustainable, and most innovative distilleries in the world. It has topped many lists as the best tequila distillery in Mexico.

This is all masterminded by our master distiller Ing. Felipe J. Camarena. Felipe Camarena is a 3rd generation Tequila Distiller and a 6th generation Agave Farmer, a family tradition going all the way back to 1861. His main goal is to produce the cleanest, most natural, and traditionally made tequila there can be. Camarena is also an engineer by profession. The way he mixes his engineering skills along with his tequila knowledge can be seen throughout El Pandillo in the most innovative and impressive way.

REPOSADO

Remarkably smooth. The same body of Don Vicente Blanco rested in American White Oak Bourbon barrels for less than a year. The aging adds a complexity of aromas and flavors. The cooked Blue Weber Agave, minerality, and earthiness are all still very present; with hints of vanilla, caramel, and butter.

A rich and buttery mouthfeel.

Founded in 1982 by German-born Jrg Rupf, St. George Spirits is one of the oldest craft distilleries in the United States. The distillery, housed in an old World War II airplane hangar on a former naval base on the edge of San Francisco, is home to Lance Winters, mad scientist and St. George's master distiller. Winters, who is widely-known for experimenting with different types of spirits, has a laboratory dominated by a 10-liter test still in addition to the glass beakers and graduated cylinders that cover every inch of his counterspace. Next to the dusty chalkboards caked with equations for the conversion of sugar to alcohol and intricate diagrams of molecular structures are bottles of experimental whiskies, vodkas and even an aging balsamic vinegar (it's 14 years old already). Our objective with St. George Raspberry Brandy, explains Winters, was to take an olfactory snapshot to capture exactly what raspberries smell like at their peak of ripeness. We used the whole fruit in its entirety in a deliberate effort to maximize the most elemental and essential flavors and aromas. Once the raspberries have been harvested, they are distilled through copper pot stills without the use of sugar or any other artificial ingredients. The brandy has an extraordinary texture and flavor profile, with rich waves of soft fruit, raspberries, oak and cinnamon that are complemented by a mineral touch. The brandy was named one of the Top 75 Spirits of 2014 by F. Paul Pacult's Spirit Journal.

The Quinta do Seixo 2017 is an exceptional single estate Port Wine produced from selecting only the best grapes on the property.
