Like Sloe gin, our Damson is handmade in the traditional way; in small batches, using hand-picked British damsons and a moderate amount of sugar. We slowly mature an abundance of damsons in our London Dry. The fruits combine with the smoothness of the gin to give an intense fruity dryness.

Fantastically Fruity, our Damson gin is definitely something special. Masses of luscious, hand-picked British damsons are left to steep for six months or more in our strikingly smooth London Dry. We add sugar, but not too much, just enough to balance the natural tartness of the fruit.

Slowly matured, the resulting rich, ruby-red gin is velvety and smooth with an intense depth of flavour and fruity dryness; unlike many fruit gins, it delivers quite a kick – bottled with an alcohol content of 40%.

TASTING NOTES: Aromas of damsons and marzipan waft out of the glass. Deliciously fruity plum and date flavours are followed up with a flash of citrus and spice, then subtle tannins on the finish to refresh and balance out the sweetness.

To create this whisky, we traveled all the way to Spain, and had Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry made especially for us. The casks, once filled with quality sherry and seasoned for one year in Spain, were brought to the distillery to mature our New-Make spirit for a wonderful complex whisky. The M&H Elements Sherry is the first and only kosher single malt whisky in the world, aged in Sherry casks. This single malt reveals robust flavors of red fruit, dark chocolate, and oaky notes.

TASTING NOTES

AROMA: Dominant rich red fruit notes, covered by gentle oak, caramel scent and lemon freshness.

FINEST & RAREST TEQUILA
The foundation of Komos XO is elemental: handmade, double pot-distilled tequila. The agave is hand-harvested from both the Highlands and Lowlands of Jalisco to increase the complexity of the blanco tequila base. Through an exacting and complex aging process, our tequila is then aged in American oak bourbon barrels and French oak red and white wine barrels. Throughout this process, only the very best barrels are selected. Each barrel is completely unique, and individually assessed over time, with the youngest barrels aging for a minimum of three years and the oldest aging for up to 11 years. At the exact right moment, we take the tequila out of the barrels and transfer it to Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks. These casks are specifically selected to highlight the beauty created thus far while also building upon it further, thereby creating deeper flavor and refinement. BACKGROUND

Boulard Calvados is the first name in super-premium Calvados, the celebrated apple-based spirit unique to the Normandy region of France. Boulard was founded in the late 1820's by Pierre-August Boulard.

Boulard's time-honored reputation begins in the firm's 150 acres of orchards and 35,000 apple trees in the Pays d'Auge district, the officially designated source of the finest apples in Normandy. Over 120 varieties of apple, from 800 varieties grown in Boulard's orchards, are selected for production of Boulard Calvados (over twice the number of varieties stipulated by the governing body regulating Calvados production).

Calvados Boulard VSOP is the culmination of blending different Calvados Pays d'Auge from 4 to 10 years old.

In years long passed, distillery workers would help themselves to a dram using a ‘copper dog’; a pipe hidden inside the leg of their trousers. These rascals are the inspiration for this unique blend of no fewer than eight Speyside single malt whiskies, slowly married together in old oak casks for a minimum of three months. Copper Dog Blended Scotch Whiskey is an easy-drinking scotch with ripe fruit aromas and a delicately spicy finish.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: On the nose, fresh fruit and toffee apple; an integration of ripe orchard fruits (apples and pears), berries, and a hint of citrus, layered above a background of sweet wood and creamy vanilla fudge.

PALATE: Fresh and fruity, some malty notes with hints of wood (mainly vanilla) and spice. The balance of wood is equally important; it has allowed these important distillery characters to come to the fore, amplifying their subtlety, whilst giving us creamy vanilla and delicate spice notes and tannins.
