Pure Rhum Agricole delicately aged in re-charred Bourbon barrels and allowed to naturally reduce and bottled at “cask strength” creating a boldly flavored single vintage aged rhum with tremendous body, redolent of crushed walnuts and pecans, pecan pie and brown sugar.

The flavors are more sophisticated, with notes of saddle leather, old wood and tobacco joining the subtle sweetness.

PaQuí Reposado is lightly aged for four months in American oak. What makes it unique and delightful is that the wood flavors do not dominate like so many of the competing reposados. Oublié’s blend is always Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre – our California version of a Châteauneuf du Pape. The namesake is a play on the French term for “forgotten”.  Rhône varietals grow beautifully on our estate and we believe that they are far-too-often forgotten when you think of a California wine.

Continuing to honor the wines of Châteauneuf du Pape, the Oublié 2017 does not disappoint. It shows off a deep youthful ruby color beneath a purple rim. Ole Smoky has been making moonshine in the Smoky Mountains ever since our great, great mawmaws and pawpaws stepped foot in them over a hundred years ago—but it wasn’t until Tennessee state law changed that we were able to legally open up our first federally licensed distillery in Gatlinburg. In the crowded world of vodka, something was missing. There were no natural options. Artificial fruit extracts, flavors, and colors lined the shelves, and we knew something had to be done. So through our desire for naturally infused spirits, Wild Roots was born.

As natives to the Pacific Northwest, we knew there were few places in the world that produced fruit as flavorful and abundant as Oregon’s Willamette Valley. The rich soil, pure water, and exceptional climate allow the fruit to develop unparalleled taste and balance—which is crucial for creating an authentic tasting spirit.

Each bottle of Wild Roots starts with 6 times filtered corn-based vodka, infused with real fruit the Pacific Northwest is best known for. To capture the essence of the beautiful Northwest, we chose fruits that weren’t only rich in flavor, but history as well. 

Wild Roots Pear

Infused with real fruit in every bottle, this spirit tastes exactly like biting into a ripe, juicy pear. Intense aromatics, subtle vanilla bean flavors and floral fruitiness add to the complexity.

No artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors

Mal Bien Tepextate – Ramos is made by Victor and his son Emanuel. They are the 3rd and 4th generations of the Ramos family to produce mezcal in the Miahuatlán District of Oaxaca, an area famous for its abundance and diversity of A. karwinskii sub-species (madrecuixe, tobaxiche, etc.). The community of Mengoli de Morelos where they live and work has a population of just under 200 people. They are related to the neighboring Cortes family via Victor’s wife (Emanuel’s mother), Cleotilde, whose sister Cesilia is married to Felipe.

The maguey Tepextate (Agave marmorata) used in this mezcal are cooked for 8-10 days in an underground pit oven with Encino and Mesquite. Once cooked, the agave rest 3-5 days before being mashed by ox drawn tahona. They’re fermented with open air yeasts for 3-8 days before being double distilled in a copper refrescadera still.

The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve is an indulgent, smooth single malt that displays a multitude of exotic flavours. The spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, yielding soft vanilla and honey notes. The whisky is then apportioned between American white oak casks and aged Tawny Port pipes from W & J Graham’s vineyard in Portugal. The two parts are then brought back together to harmonise the flavours before bottling.

Bottle Size: 750ml

This wine is produced primarily from the terroir of “La Crau”, with the blend primarily Grenache reinforced by a strong proportion of Syrah, and complemented by Mourvèdre, Counoise and Vacarèse. The red wine of Château de Nalys is intense with a deep, dark, ruby red colour. A third of the wine is aged for 18 months in large oak vats and oak barrels. With aromas of small black fruits and spices, on the palate it has silky tannins and a powerful, long finish. This Grand Vin from Châteauneufdu-Pape is a perfect illlustration of the nobility and complexity of the wines of Château de Nalys.

The story of 1738 Accord Royal starts with a royal grant from King Louis XV to Remy Martin in the year 1738 in recognition of the exceptional quality of its cognacs. Over 250 years later– the House created an exceptionally oaky and smooth blend: 1738 Accord Royal.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Generous notes of plum and fig jam rounded out with intense oaky notes of toffee & toasted bread.

TASTE: The mellowness of butterscotch, baked spices with hints of dark chocolate.

BODY: Exceptionally round with a creamy after taste and concentrated nutty aromas imparted by a careful blend of eaux-de-vie.
