Rogue
In 1988, near a scenic stream called Lithia Creek in Ashland, Oregon, Jack Joyce and Bob Woodell, fraternity brothers at the University of Oregon, opened the doors of Rogue Brewery. For fifteen years, Rogue Brewery brewed beers such as Dead Guy Ale, Dad's Little Helper and Brutal IPA under the tutelage of John Maier, Rogue Brewery's brewmaster. Then, with the addition of Master Distiller John Couchot in 2003, Rogue Spirits was born. Couchot, who earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry at Evergreen State College in Washington, was a professional chemist for six years before jumping ship to make spirits. They take pride in all their whiskeys being handcrafted. This starts at the selection of grains, brewing, and distilling, then ends with aging and bottling. All Rogue's spirits are made from ingredients off their own Rogue farms and Oregon Single Malt Whiskey is no exception. It's a handcrafted single malt whiskey that's pot-distilled in small batches using malted barley that has been smoked using cherry and alder wood. It is aged for a minimum of 5 years in new American Oak barrels, char 3. It is then bottled at 80 proof with no chill filtering involved.

Garrison Brothers
Our award-winning Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey, infused with Burleson’s Texas Wildflower Honey, resulting in a smooth, light bourbon with a sweet honey finish. Our Master Distiller transformed used bourbon barrels into small, wooden cubes that were immersed in honey. After fully absorbing it, they were placed in the belly of a stainless-steel tank, letting the bourbon soak up those delicious honey flavors every single day for seven months.
Buffalo Trace
In Kentucky, buffalo carved a pathway followed by America’s first explorers. Those brave pioneers distilled whiskey using traditional methods and drank it right off the still. They called it White Dog. This raw distillate was clear, un-aged and had a hint of sweet corn. Later distillers discovered this spirit was perfect for aging - creating what we know today as fine Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. We’re still making whiskey on the spot where ancient buffalo once crossed the Kentucky River and following centuries of time-honored distilling tradition. Enjoy this White Dog the way Americans did more than 200 years ago.
TASTING NOTES
Sweet aroma, with a slight burn. The corn coats the tongue with oil and vanilla.
Widow Jane
Maker Notes
Black Opal 2024 release is a rare unearthing of Widow Jane’s oldest whiskey. Aged 20 years and finished in prized Mizunara Oak casks, it’s a whiskey to savor & cherish. In the pursuit of even rarer & more intense bourbon, Widow Jane unearths its oldest whiskey yet. Black Opal is an artful blend of rare whiskeys, each aged for a minimum of 20 years. This extraordinary marriage of bourbons takes on an extended finish in prized Mizunara Oak casks. Old growth trees are harvested, air-seasoned, & crafted into casks that receive a medium toast. Highly porous & low in tannins, this special Japanese oak imparts an intense & distinctive flavor on the bourbon. A deep aroma of molasses, root beer, & tobacco lays a foundation for notes of incense, smoldering wood, & toasted almond to shine through. We proof Black Opal with our own limestone water from The Legendary Rosendale Mines of NY. This hard-yet-sweet water delivers a lavish mouthfeel & long finish.
Parker's Heritage Collection
Each year as part of the Parker's Heritage Collection, we select a special Whiskey to be released in the name of our late Master Distiller Parker Beam. The barrels selected for this series include Bourbon, Rye, and Wheat Whiskeys, among others, and are some of the finest and most diverse American Whiskeys ever produced. They are a fitting tribute to the expertise of Parker Beam.
Proof: Varies by ReleaseAge: Varies by Release
The 18th edition of the Parker's Heritage Collection® consists of 14-year-old Malt Whiskey aged in the upper floors of Rickhouses O and Q. Then, barrels that previously held Cognac were reconstructed to include a handful of new heavy toast staves. The Malt Whiskey was then rebarreled in the reconstructed barrels and aged for almost four months. Bottled at 107 proof without chill filtration, the rebarreling transforms the Malt Whiskey's earthy, herbal characteristics into complex notes of molasses, dark chocolate, and dried summer fruit.

Balcones
As a symbol of our offering to the makers who came before us and whose inspiration roused us to seek a future all our own, Cataleja Texas Single Malt is one of the most complex and unique whiskies in our portfolio. The Single Malt made with 100% Golden Promise Malted Barley was first aged in refill casks, then in a variety of decommissioned Sherry Solera puncheons: Moscatel, Amontillado Dulce, Oloroso, & Palo Cortado. The word Cataleja is a loose translation of the English word spyglass. As we chart our course, we honor our elders by viewing the horizon through their lens, learning the lessons we need to chart our own course and ensuring the future of Texas whiskies and American Single Malts.
ON THE NOSE, Cataleja is bright yet earthy with notes of brandied figs dusted with smoked paprika that build to sautéed apricots served on an olive wood spoon. Deeper breaths reveal sophisticated savory notes of sobrasada garnished with orange zest, mossy cherry cavendish, and venison jerky in browned butter.
ON THE PALATE, it is sticky with brooding notes of medjool dates stuffed with cashew butter, cacao nib, and ground clove which transitions to vibrant notes of eucalyptus oil and burnt lemon peel. Pineapple kebabs on matchstick and cinnamon skewers fade to a bittersweet finish of licor de hierbas and affogato made with cherry ice cream.
Pure Kentucky
For the Willett family, distilling craft whiskey is a family tradition. During Reconstruction, John David Willett the family patriarch began distilling whiskey at the Moore, Willett & Frenke Distillery, which was situated just outside of Louisville, Kentucky. In 1898, his son, A. Lambert Willett who was 15 years old at the time began following in his father's footsteps. Three decades later, Lambert, together with his son, Thompson, purchased a farm on the outskirts of Bardstown, Kentucky, and began construction of the Willett Distilling Company. While the Willett Distilling Company eventually changed its name to Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, the family tradition lives on Even Kulsveen, the current owner of KBD, is Thompson Willett's son-in-law. In keeping with family tradition, Pure Kentucky XO Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is an authentic Kentucky straight bourbon. Aged for about twelve years ("XO" meaning "extra old"), Pure Kentucky is bottled at an unusually robust proof of 107, yet is remarkably smooth and drinkable. The bourbon has an intense aroma of sweet vanilla, cedar and oak. The aroma yields to notes of spicy rye, vanilla and maple syrup, with hints of cherry. The slightly salty finish is long and smooth, with continued vanilla notes. Pure Kentucky won the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and is highly recommended by F. Paul Pacult's Spirit Journal. With its combination of age, taste and proof making it an unparalleled value, Pure Kentucky XO Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is one of the best kept secrets on the whiskey market.
Kings County
Situated along the banks of the East River, Kings County Distillery is New York City's oldest operating whiskey distillery and the first distillery in New York City since Prohibition. Wedged between Williamsburg and Vinegar Hill, Colin Spoelman and David Haskell, the master distillers at Kings County, make hand-crafted bourbon and moonshine out of the 113-year old Paymaster Building at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. A typewriter the two distillers found on the sidewalk in Williamsburg is used to make the labels that adorn their clear, flask-like bottles, while a hairdryer (made by Revlon) is used to afix each bottle seal. Handwritten scrawls on a chalkboard keep track of different batches, and mesh laundry bags are used as strainers. Before white whiskey, there was moonshine, otherwise known as whiskey before it is aged in a barrelthough the word can also mean any illegally-made spirit. Kings County Distillery's Moonshine is a corn whiskey made from 80% New York State organic corn and 20% malted barley. It is double distilled and reduced to a smooth, drinkable 80 proof. Bright with a sweet slap of corn, this is a very respectable take on a classic American whiskey.

Woodford Reserve
Batch Proof is a celebration of Woodford Reserve’s proprietary process – blending barrels into a batch and then bottling the whiskey at its actual proof, straight from the barrel. Batch Proof is crafted using the same grain bill and process as Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The 2023 edition is 124.7 Proof.
Batch Proof, however, takes Woodford Reserve’s trademark flavor range of sweet vanilla and toasted oak to a whole new level offering consumers the privilege of tasting Woodford Reserve in its purest form (and not the standard 90.4 for which Woodford is known).
Appearance: The color is reminiscent of burnt orange.
Aroma: Upon nosing, delightful scents of nutty toasted almond, cherry, and overripe banana are accompanied by subtle oak notes complemented by a sprinkle of citrus zest, which gradually transforms into a lively pepper aroma.
Taste: The palate reveals a rich tapestry of flavors, including peppery baking spice, cardamom, and pine.
Finish: The experience concludes with a concise and satisfying finish, characterized by notes of leather, cedar, and dry vanilla.
Eagle Rare
For over 200 years, our Distillery has been defined by a dedication to one craft: making fine bourbon whiskey. By honoring tradition and embracing change, Buffalo Trace Distillery has earned its place of leadership among the legendary spirits makers of the world. Take a look at this time honored craft from start to finish.
Buffalo Trace Distillery produced this Wheat Recipe Bourbon in a partnership with the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc). Made with the same high quality grains as W.L. Weller Bourbon Whiskey, this Kosher spirit was aged in specifically designated Kosher barrels. In order to satisfy Passover requirements, these barrels were sold to a non-Jewish executive in a ceremony witnessed by a representative from the cRc. After aging for seven years, this Wheat Recipe Bourbon was bottled at 94 proof after ensuring the bottling lines were cleaned beforehand and that no contact was made with non-Kosher spirits. Released after Passover each year, this Wheat Recipe Bourbon stands alone, a tribute to the legacy of America’s oldest continually-operating distillery.
The subtle sweetness of this Wheat Recipe Bourbon is complemented by hints of fruit and vanilla.

Tyrconnell
Over 800 years ago, the O'Donnell Dynasty ruled Tyrconnell in northwest Ireland. In 1876, they celebrated a horse race win by launching Tyrconnell Irish Whiskey, which was a pre-Prohibition best-seller in the U.S. Revived in 1987, this single malt is made with pure spring water, malted barley, and copper pot stills, delivering a refined spirit aged in oak casks. The Sherry Cask Finish adds raisin and honey notes, and the finish is soft with butterscotch and nutty hints. With 94 points from Wine Enthusiast Magazine (2012) and 97 points from the Beverage Testing Institute, it's a delicious revival. Cheers to history and taste!
