Our tequila is distilled from 100% Jalisco blue agave, harvested by hand from the bounty of the earth. At Casa Don Ramón, tequila is a passion, a pride, a heritage. We honor this legacy with gratitude and respect for the jimadores and the land they cultivate. From field to flute, every step of Don Ramón is artfully composed by the Maestro Tequilero. Exceptional standards created by the Maestro to cultivate this complex agave elixir, ensures consistency in profile for the discerning palate. Using handcrafted methods perfected over generations, experienced jimadores select the highest quality blue agave, in pursuit of the finest tequila.

Tequila Don Ramón Platinium Plata is double-distilled for a smooth and brilliant taste and pure profile.

Made from 100% Blue Agave from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, this clear spirit can be described as bright, citrus, with notes of agave. Selectively harvesting the Agave Anovillado, at the exact point of maturity before the quiote (flower) is formed reveals the inherent purity of the plata. A sip reveals a hint of sweetness that evolves into a warming minerality.

Teaming up with their close cohorts at Sons of Vancouver distillery in Vancouver BC, 2Bar Spirits embarked on a distinctive venture: aging their 2Bar Straight Bourbon Whiskey in Amaretto barrels from Sons of Vancouver. This collaboration birthed a truly exceptional elixir—an enticing blend that harmoniously merges the captivating essence of amaretto with the robust character of 2Bar Bourbon. The resulting libation, boasting a formidable 90 proof, tantalizes the senses with delightful amaretto nuances while preserving the full-bodied richness of 2Bar Bourbon. 2BAR Spirits proudly carries forward a legacy rooted in five generations of land stewardship under the revered 2BAR brand. Their commitment to quality, self-reliance, and tireless dedication spans over a century, now exemplified in the meticulously handcrafted spirits originating from Seattle, Washington.

Vintage after vintage winemaker Alessandro Ceretto attempts to express the full potential of Barolo, providing consumers a rich and virile wine, able to be enjoyed young or after it is fully evolved, a wine for the those who are truly passionate about Barolo.

TASTING NOTES

An exemplary Barolo with rich notes of ripe strawberry, black licorice, hints of flint, tar, wet earth and soft notes of sweet spice. A complete joy on its own by-the-glass or when paired with a myriad of simple or rich foods. Ceretto’s Barolo is likely never to disappoint the discerning palate.

Old Raj gin has been produced for us since 1972 and is available at 46% and 55% abv. Bottling takes place in Campbeltown. This quality floral gin has a slight yellow tint due to the addition of the saffron. This valuable and rare ingredient is added post distillation.

Juniper , Coriander, Seville orange peel, Liquorice, Angelica root, Orris, Cinnamon, Cassia Quills , Nutmeg, Saffron is added post distillation.

TASTING NOTES

Aromatics of Bing cherries, sassafras and hints of pipe tobacco. Supple red fruits on the entry give way to touches of cedar and sweet herbs.

Crafted in limited quantity, 'black' is aged for 3 years in American oak. a sipping tequila of unrivaled complexity.

Shiraz and cabernet sauvignon have been blended in Australia since the late 19th century, in a style that uniquely combines the plush and savory notes of the shiraz with the elegance, length and structure of the Cabernet. With this wine, Cape Mentelle reconnects with Australian wine traditions and blends these two outstanding varieties from the Margaret River region, creating a rich, deeply textured and complex wine.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE: Deep dark cherry with intense red edges.

NOSE: The aromatics are nuanced and complex; dark black forest berry fruit, sweet paprika and toasted cinnamon overlay intense smoked charcuterie. Finer nuances of cocoa powder, umami and roasted lamb entwined with leather and tobacco undertones combined with sage and spearmint notes.

PALATE: The palate is rich and powerful displaying plum, cranberry and ripe black forest berry fruits of boysenberry and blackcurrant overlaying cured charcuterie and roasted coffee bean. Oak tones of vanilla pod, roasted walnut and mocha interlace with toffee and molasses notes. The tannins are elegant and round with great volume.

Famille Paquet is a 30 hectare property located in the village of Davayé, in the Mâconnais. First created in 1980 by Jocelyne and Michel Paquet under the name Domaine des Valanges, it is now run by their three sons Jean-Baptiste, Mathieu and Camille. The Paquets take great care of their vineyards, using organic and biodynamic compost and manage each of their 50 plots individually. The property is currently in conversion to organic viticulture and will be fully certified in 2021.

Pouilly Fuisse is a remarkable wine crafted by the Paquet family, who have devoted their passion and expertise to producing exceptional Burgundy wines for decades. This particular vintage showcases the distinct character and terroir of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation, leaving a lasting impression on wine enthusiasts.

The vineyards of Famille Paquet are located in the heart of Pouilly-Fuissé, a renowned sub-region within Burgundy, France. Here, the combination of the region's unique soil composition, climate, and meticulous viticultural practices yields grapes of exceptional quality. The 2019 vintage stands as a testament to the family's commitment to crafting wines that truly reflect the essence of the land.

The result is a wine that beautifully expresses the terroir of Pouilly-Fuissé, showcasing the true essence of the Chardonnay grape in a refined and elegant manner.

A CRAFT BEER PIONEER SETS HIS SIGHTS ON SPIRITS

The original Anchor Distilling Company was established in 1993 by Fritz Maytag, the same beverage visionary who sparked the craft beer movement with his purchase of Anchor Brewing in 1965. Maytag had rescued the struggling brewery and its iconic steam beer, and after several decades of exclusively producing beer, Maytag saw an opportunity to expand into the distillation of spirits.

THE RETURN OF POT-DISTILLED WHISKEY TO THE UNITED STATES
Fritz’s vision of a rye whiskey revival was fueled by the bold realization that there were no pot-distilled whiskeys being made legally in America at the time. Finding inspiration in the rye whiskeys of America’s past and the great single malt whiskeys of Scotland, Fritz gathered a small team to begin top secret research and experimentation in the distillery. The first whiskey went into barrel in 1994, and the distillery soon began producing three rye whiskeys under Fritz’s guidance, all pot-distilled spirit from a mash of 100% malted rye.

PIONEER IN CRAFT WHISKEY

Old Potrero is an attempt to recreate the original whiskey of America, and marks the return of pot-distilled whiskey in the United States. It’s distilled in a small copper pot still at the Hotaling & Co. Distillery on San Francisco’s Potrero Hill from a mash of 100% rye malt, with rye being the grain of choice for America’s first distillers.

MASTER DISTILLER: BRUCE JOSEPH

In 2010, Fritz officially passed the torch to Bruce Joseph, who is now the Master Distiller of Old Potrero. Fritz and Bruce had worked alongside each other since the first barrels were laid down in 1994. The whiskey has been historically distilled in small copper pot stills at the Hotaling & Co. Distillery in San Francisco.

In Bruce's own words: "Old Potrero new packaging and bottle embody the boldness of a city that's resilient, creative and richly historic. Our Straight Rye Whiskey is now aged a minimum of six years to ensure exquisite quality and taste.

OLD POTRERO SINGLE BARREL RESERVE

Aged in extra fine grain American Oak. The wood was air-dried for 24 months and the barrels were fully toasted and then charred by hand over an oak fire. The mash of 100% malted rye was fermented for four days and then double distilled in traditional copper pot whiskey stills.

Description

Our Cucumber Gin is made with 8 botanicals, including fresh, crisp cucumbers. We macerate and steep cucumbers into the spirit with our other botanicals for four days before re-distillation. The large citrus component helps lift the cucumber into a beautiful, light and bright flavor profile.

We have won several awards for this spirit, most recently receiving a Gold Medal from the Denver International Spirits Competition. This Gin is delicious in a classic Gin and Tonic or used to brighten your favorite cocktails.

Sourced from some of California’s finest vineyards, our Franciscan Cabernet Sauvignon is full bodied with notes of dark cherry and toasted caramel. While it is bold and plush, our Cabernet is not overpowered by oak or tannins which allows the fruit to shine through. It also allows the wine to pairs well with a wide variety of cuisines - anything from pho to your favorite gourmet burger.

Patrn En Lalique: Series 2 is the second coming of an extraordinary collaboration between the masters of French crystal and the masters of fine tequila. The limited-edition crystal decanter features an Art Deco style with many of Lalique's signature techniques incorporated, representative of Patrn's handcrafted process. The tequila inside is aged for 8 years in a combination of American oak, French oak and sherry barrels to produce notes of sweet honey, fruit and light agave with a long lasting finish.

John Emerald Distilling Company is a family-run small-batch craft distillery from Opelika, Alabama that has been operational since 2014. It is the first legal distillery that opened in the state since the end of the Prohibition era, a year short of a hundred years later. It all started when John and his son Jimmy Sharp, both homebrewers, started looking into opening a brewery. Finding the market to be oversaturated, they turned to craft distilling instead and started rigorous training and education. They came upon an old cotton warehouse in Opelika, a small and business-friendly town where the mayor welcomed them with open arms. The distillery now operates on 8 thousand square feet and has a tasting room that is open for visitors. They produce several spirits using their 350-gallon hybrid pot, each product named after one of John's and Jimmy's ancestors their (grand) father John Emerald Sharp, a successful businessman, being the distillery's namesake. The spirits include award-winning gin, vodka, rum, and a single malt. The latter John Emerald Alabama Single Malt Whiskey is at the very core of their lineup and is the only one to share the name with the distillery itself. Then there's Hugh Wesley's Gin, Elizabeth Vodka, Spurgeon's Barrel Aged Rum, and Gene's Spiced Rum. This expression in John Emerald's Purveyor's Series Double Wood is a bourbon whiskey that is aged in new American oak barrels. But there's a twist, the barrels are filled with wood chips. In this case, toasted American white oak chips are used. The unique way of finishing the whiskey ensures that an extraordinary amount of liquid comes into contact with the wood, imparting the nicely-balanced sweet bourbon with an extra layer of oakiness.

For the Willett family, distilling craft whiskey is a family tradition. During Reconstruction, John David Willett the family patriarch began distilling whiskey at the Moore, Willett & Frenke Distillery, which was situated just outside of Louisville, Kentucky. In 1898, his son, A. Lambert Willett who was 15 years old at the time began following in his father's footsteps. Three decades later, Lambert, together with his son, Thompson, purchased a farm on the outskirts of Bardstown, Kentucky, and began construction of the Willett Distilling Company. While the Willett Distilling Company eventually changed its name to Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, the family tradition lives on Even Kulsveen, the current owner of KBD, is Thompson Willett's son-in-law. In keeping with family tradition, Kentucky Vintage Bourbon is an authentic Kentucky straight whiskey. Bottled at a robust 90 proof, the bourbon has a golden chestnut color, along with an aroma of oranges, lemons, clovers and honey. Notes of ginger, caramel apples, roasted nuts and creamy vanilla dominate the palate, and give way to a finish accented by hints of almonds and black pepper. Kentucky Vintage Bourbon won the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and earned four stars from F. Paul Pacult's Spirit Journal.
